Purchased a new plasma cutter, paid in full. Received a 11 year old used, missing parts, dirty plasma cutter. The box it came had wet stains and was retaped. Read numerous bad complaints on the Better Business site regarding this company. No one can give me the CEO (Michael Molinini) phone number nor email. Waiting for a refund! I want nothing to do with this unprofessional company.
