We have been so pleased with our experience thus far with PMI. I wanted something very specific for our project and our salesperson, Rafeena Alli has been amazing! She is so patient and really listened to my requests to find us the perfect product. She worked with our schedule and followed through with everything we asked for. My wife recently decided to replace the very plain Corian counter that was in the house when we moved in. Our search sent us an hour out of our comfort zone over to the Albany area. I must say it was meant to be. We had done a kitchen and two bathrooms in a Florida condo and I thought we had seen an extensive inventory down there. So, much to my surprise when we went through the PMI warehouse . The inventory was the most diverse and colorful we had ever seen. Jeff was the resident sales associate there and I am sure the rest of the staff is just as informed and easy to deal with.Jeff took us through the different styles and choices of materials like a surgeon doing a heart transplant. There was never a rushed or pressured feeling and Jeff listened and knew exactly what to show us as we went through. As a retired sales manager I would hire him in a second.My wife was totally left alone except to answer an occasional question. By the way, Ruth picked a very alive and colorful slab we can’t wait to see in our kitchen.

Unbelievable staff!!! Our experience here was more than amazing! From the sweet Taliah greeting at the front door, to the knowledgeable Jeff & Kevin on the floor, this place was so warm & welcoming. Jeff & Kevin were so professional, yet made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Honestly, I have never had better customer service anywhere. I highly recommend visiting PMI. It’s well worth the visit from start to finish!

We shopped around the capital region for quartz/granite — PMI had the most affordable prices by far. We highly recommend Jeff. We were first time shoppers and had TONS (too many) of questions, Jeff always got back to us in a timely manner and was never rude. We greatly appreciated that he kept us in our ballpark and was honest if we were looking at stones that were above our budget. We have already recommended him to friends.

We stopped by to look at soapstone, not planning to meet someone who could envision our project so perfectly. Gavin has provided service and recommendations exceeding our expectations--and the stone is spectacular in our brand new kitchen. I recently made a trip from Syracuse to PMI stone in search of countertops for my home on the lake! It’s a pretty large project and was feeling a little overwhelmed until I met Jeff the sales associate! The showroom/warehouse was beyond amazing and so well organized. After spending time looking at slabs I found the perfect one! Jeff was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable! I actually found counters for my laundry room and guesthouse kitchen too! Phew!! He also took pictures of each slab outside and emailed them to me for a great reference too! I would highly recommend a trip to PMI!

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at PMI, especially Gavin. They were all so knowledgeable and accommodating. Gavin went above and beyond what he needed to do to help us make decisions when redesigning our kitchen. He helped us in picking out the granite then continued to help with flooring, backsplash and even paint colors. I would never go anywhere else!

My husband and I met with Gavin at PMI International Stone recently. We were looking for a piece of granite for a bathroom. We loved the ideas that Gavin shared and the experience provided was memorable. Gavin was so helpful in providing guidance on what granite would coordinate well with the marble tiles we were using. PMI has an amazing selection of stone. If you are looking, dont pass up an opportunity to view what is available at this location. There was no sales pressure but a wealth of information.

Great selection, prices, and customer service!

Hundreds of different colored stones to look at! There are free coffee and cookies for you when you walk in the door. You get to walk around the warehouse with their very friendly staff and learn all about the stone types. If you are renovating a kitchen or bathroom, you have to come see PMI in Albany.

PMI is a very neat and clean facility. Peter was wonderful to work with!
