Dealt with Roman Jewels for the first time recently, and they have gained my business for life! I surprised my wife and had her engagement ring repaired/re-jeweled. It was done very promptly, at a very reasonable price and the end result was stunning! I went in to get a ring cut off my finger that was stuck. Bob was so kind to cut it off and not even charge me. They repaired the band and sized it up at a reasonable price. I will be a customer for life. Good people.

Just sold them my watch collection, got top dollar compared to offers from others. Bob was very professional and polite. Last year Marcella provided a new setting for my wifes wedding ring. Their new store is fabulous and easy to get to.

I have been there twice to sell unused or broken jewelry. Both times the price they offered seemed very low. I got a second price from another local establishment That was much more reasonable. I will not be back.

I cleaned my jewelry box, and had a diamond to reset. Marcella was wonderful, worked with me on resetting my diamond, and gave me very fair prices for my pieces. Definitely recommend!

Very very very rude older man working there. Went in to look at engagement rings, wanted a specific shape that they did not have up front. The kind lady helping me turned to ask another lady behind the counter if they had any in the back that she wasn’t aware of.. the older man VERY rudely and loudly turns to her, puts his finger up and says you need to wait your turn, we are with another customer.. practically rolling his eyes. The way he talked to this poor woman just trying to help out me.. aka another customer... was disgusting. I thanked her, and said it was okay, no need to bother the man again and I walked out. Trust me, I will not return.. and I will not recommend anyone to this place.

I’ve been unemployed and needed money for bills. I brought my jewelry to Roman Jewlers and they took the time to go over every piece and spoke about how they price out and check to see what it authentic gold / silver and what’s not. I was able to get enough money to help pay bills and I am so greatful to this jeweler. They are an honest business and I can guarantee I will be shopping there in the future:-)

Had a piece of jewelry appraised, very under valued offer and the women was quite rude. Plenty of other places in town to shop at.

Looked for a crucifix and they had a nice selection and good prices.
