My girlfriend and I recently went to Reeds to get a Mothers Day gift. After waiting for a while to receive some help, we finally got some help. After getting our gift, we were waiting to receive the receipt and one lady came and threw the receipt in our bag, making the receipt fall out. So someone gave us the bag, and we were waiting for them to grab the receipt to give to us. One customer beside us told the lady they still needed helped, and the worker at Reeds thought we could not hear her, and she said I DONT CARE. I thought this was very rude way to handle a loyal customer, and someone that just spent money at their store. I believe they need to work on their customer service, or they will be losing a lot of customers. This was uncalled for. If you are charging that much money for things at least put a smile on and act like you want to be working there.

I paid 500 for my wedding band, it was supposed to be this super strong metal. I bumped my hand it busted, called Reeds and was told there’s no warranty! I’ll get another ring somewhere, anywhere else. The worst part is how much money I’ve spent here on jewelry for my wife. Rude and unhelpful!

Family is the word I would use to describe my relationship with Reeds. All the staff, store manager included, are always very helpful and their service is 5 star. We have been Reeds’ customers since 1996 and wouldn’t think of shopping anywhere else.

I am not happy with this place when my mother comes to get service. My family and I had been going to Reeds for a long time. Everytime, she its one complaint after another. And I am starting to believe that if my father is not there these service representatives will not treat her right. She now going to other Reeds store just for better serivces. I would not be coming here now that know that how your store in Albany, GA mall treats people.Also, do not use the excuse of your paperwork is not whole. My family was in the serivces but retirement, this is what my father had issued as well. Not acceptable! This needs to be address your review are old and not updated with current review for this store.I would rate customers service better if you make improvements. Stop making it look like its a 4.5 star rating, It is not.Thank you for the response back. I will contact when I have a chance for the email. And also for January 4, 2021. I had to go into Reeds today for my mother. I had a term representative help me and she help me address this issue and she was very helpful. I wish I gotten her name. But Mr. Brain was very understanding about my mother issues. And I did let her know that they have heard the complaints. I do hope my mother continues here and not having to travel for services.

I should have went here first, but I like to look around first. The staff was awesome.. Shawn took time listening to the style of wedding ring I wanted. We found the perfect one for me cant wait for it to be sized...I also had Kristen there from a womens perspective which was helpful. The manager came over and was very helpful in getting credit approval and you could tell they work well together. Glad to see that...I feel very confident that I made the right choice and my finance said thats the best ring you have looked at!

I would give 5 stars but this store needs more inventory. And a better selection of product. But with that said.............I have been a long time customer of the Reeds Jewelers family. I have shopped at several different stores in different states. There has been pros and cons to all of them. But the one thing that stands out the most and keeps me coming back is the is great customer service .The service that I receive at the REEDS STORE IN ALBANY GA has always been constantly professional and pleasant. When I go to Reeds, whether Im just looking around, buying a new item, or just wanting to have my jewelry cleaned I have always been greeted in a timely manor and given professional and great customer service.Shopping now days can sometimes be very daunting. One has to asked What happened to customer service? Shawn C. and Shanice J. are great two examples of how great customer service used to be.I would like to say thank you for always providing great service.

I was already a fan of Pandora but now going into the new year I have so much more to love about this store. My fiancé proposed on Christmas and my ring is EVERYTHING. He said the lady that helped him name was Shanice. He simply told her what I liked and the type of woman I was and she helped him find the perfect ring. He and her together DID AN EXCELLENT JOB! After picking out my ring and saving up for it, my fiance and i purchased it along with the lifetime warranty. We were SUPER excited when we were told that it would be ready in 4 business days. On the 4th day we were then told that is was actually supposed to be the next friday. Disappointed... we went home. Friday arrived, and i was absolutely elated. We called that morning around 11... (as we were promised the shipments were ALWAYS there by 1pm)... just to be told it was not yet there, which was kind of expected. My fiance called for the second time around 5... He was answered with attitude and hostility as the saleswoman told him it was not there. EIGHT OCLOCK rolls around, and we go inside to speak to the manager, whom was not there. Not only were our questions not answered as to why is wasnt in... but the BLANK disregard for me being SO disappointed was unbearable. She refused to give us a tracking number to find out where it was ONLY told us that it would be the FOLLOWING FRIDAY before it came in. Reeds will never get another penny from us. Not to mention the fact that my family has been dealing with reeds since my PARENTS got married... NEVER AGAIN.

I am not happy with Reeds! My husband bought me a ring in Aug 2009. Ive had to send it in for repair 3 times, yes 3, and this time theyre saying they cant repair it. They did a buyout so I can get something else but (1) they no longer have the same ring and (2) the warranty that was supposed to be for 3 years didnt transfer. What a ripoff!

Richard always takes care of us and makes repairs easy as pie!
