The best furniture hands down. We first purchased our master bedroom furniture 20 years ago. It was so beautiful, solid and we never had any problems with any of the drawers, or bed frame. We lost these items this last year when our home burnt in a wildfire. We drove to the company store in Corvalis, OR and met with an amazing sales rep who was so knowledgeable with no pressure to buy. All the furniture is crafted with beautiful solid hardwoods. Quality is top notch. We ordered our new bedroom furniture today made with cherry wood. So excited!

We purchased a bed from Wood Castle more than 15 years ago and the footboard wasnt looking good anymore. We discovered that the lifetime warranty was actually true! Wood Castle refinished the footboard and it looks great. We like the quality of the bed construction and ordered another bed from them which we are excited to get in a few weeks!

I have purchased several pieces from the Wood Castle. Their furniture is well made and beautiful to look at. The sales staff is gentle, helpful and there is no sales pressure. I live on the Coast and the store, for an added fee, had my furnature delivered. The itmes all arrived in great shape.

I went in on August 30th to purchase a shed they were closed they did not open until that following Wednesday When they opened they raised the price of the shed $611 Because it was after September 1st the shed been sitting there for 2 years They raised the price $611 higher than the asking price of the shed delivery time is 3 weeks or more Have left messages for corporate and no one has returned my calls

Although the furniture is of high quality and buyers understand it is hand made, the length of time to complete one piece of furniture was excessive. Moreover, the store misled us regarding an estimated completion date, which was an important part of the decision to purchase, as the item was a gift. The piece was completed two months beyond the date indicated. Calls to the store indicated they placed a single item at the bottom of their list and concentrated on full sets of furniture and multiple orders. Yes, supply and demand should be considered; however, communication to all consumers is appreciated. This is too important for me to ignore and I have removed the establishment from my list for future shopping needs.

Great quality made in Oregon furniture, highly recommended. We have a complete bedroom set in cherry from this place and the fit/finish on each piece is perfect and they have held up very well.

Not in the safest place to enter from the hwy you defently need to slow down and watch the traffic behind you when entering there drive way and when coming out even more because your fighting a two way hwy coming and going from around curves on both sides, have seen many attcidents coming and going out. Now White Castle its self sales very nice furniture that they themselves built by hand, they use great wood products not pile board but real wood.

Their furniture is great, all around perfect. As a previous employee I can say as a company theyre alright, but pay sucked. Paid once a month on the 5th in physical check (other then 1 draw and good luck racing to your bank before it closes), no real advancement in pay, no insurance, some management were awesome others were just doing their job and had no real care for the workers other then the occasional instance to save face as a family company. But I did have a great time with my co-workers in between our 10 min breaks and they did teach me a bit. Other then that its a good job if your YOUNG and dont really NEED to allocate your funds around to much. BUT if your a FAMILY man you might as well just keep looking around for some place that can ACTUALLY support your family other then just leaving fruit out. On the last note this company is around good, trying, and surviving but with anything it comes with a cost.
