If they for some reason could not get what I needed, they did not hesitate to refer to someone who could. They will always be my first stop when looking for furnishings. Good variety of styles, affordable.

We just bought two couches from here and got them delivered. They wouldnt fit in our apartment at first so they took them back to the store and tried to figure out how to take them apart to get them in out apartment. They figured it out and delivered them the next day with no problem! Fantastic store with great employees that go above and beyond. Definitely will be my go to place to buy furniture.

Cara is very fast and efficient on helping me with my claims on my couch. She always gets it taken care of of right away so my furniture can be repaired as soon as possible. Highly recommend anyone to purchase from there and if you have kids or pets to get the insurance, I know for us it has definitely paid for itself!

I am extremely impressed with the customer service and non pressure atmosphere. I came in to look and get an idea of what I wanted. Tim showed me some options and texted me a couple links. I then went home and discussed it with my husband and emailed Tim for some dimensions and more pictures. We emailed back and forth and then went in a few days later and purchased a couch. There was absolutely no pressure. It was actually enjoyable. Not to mention the quality and selection they had was great!! I would definitely recommend At Home!

They helped me find a nice powered recliner sofa, & told me how the head rest adjusted two it was amazing. They told me about the warranty it had, and the option warranty you could get & what it would cover, & asked if I had any questions about anything. I love powered recliners, but was thinking manal to save some money, I didnt know about adjustable head rest, I decided that was worth the extra money for all the convince. 😁Thanks guysLeland Owens

The service was amazing! I honestly didnt think wed find absolutely everything we were looking for, but we did! DeEtt listened to everything we were looking for and showed us what they had. Even things that werent on display she was able to help us find just what we were looking for and they were able to deliver to Waldport which was an extra bonus for us. Quality of furniture was exceptional! I highly recommend them!

For the most part it was a decent experience for a furniture store however I was offered and kind of talked into purchasing a couple of warranties for the adjustable bed and sofas I purchased. When it came time that i needed to use my warranty on one of my sofas I was told they were no longer making that sofa any more therefore my warranty was useless. When I inquired about return of my money for a useless warranty I was refused any kind of compensation. Not sure that I would purchase from them again they dont seem to be very conscientious about their customers satisfaction.

Purchased a Jackson sofa. Was told by At home salesperson the couch was excellent and material was better than leather. 6 years later, (the couch rarely gets used because its just not comfortable and not in a part of the house that gets used), the material just starts peeling and flaking. As if the glue just disintegrated the material. Since my warranty ran out 6 months ago, meaning read the fine print of the 10 year warranty, home furniture and Jackson would fix it for a cost. I declined since I do not want to spend one more cent on the piece of junk Jackson sofa that cost $1000.00 I will not purchase again from this store nor purchase Jackson furniture.Regardless of the owner response. I did not make a warranty claim. There was no assessment as I was told the warranty had expired. The person I talked requested pictures. Then sent me a estimate to fix. I didnt ask for that and I didnt accept. Therefore, the following response is simply a confirmation of the misleading tactics and non-accountability that I have experienced from At Home Furniture and Mattress.

Started looking for couches about a month before buying.. finally found the one I wanted and went down to the store just to sit there while the lady tried to figure out the system. She asked if she could call me with the order confirmation because they where busy ( I guess finishing my order wasnt important). Asked for a price of the couch (which she quoted me $1000 less then the actual price I paid). Took all day for her to complete my order. Finally at the end of day I went to pay (pay in full). And I asked if that came with free delivery( which I assumed because I paid in full and we where waiting 20+ weeks for our couch). But no, ended up being charged for delivery ( sometime in May 2021, order placed December 2020). Super disappointed in sales people and store in general. Wont be going back

Bought a sofa 2 years ago with an extended warranty. When my sofa broke I tried to file a claim myself and was running into trouble with it left and right. I called At Home and they were quick to help and so friendly! Im so glad I purchased my sofa here! Anywhere else in town wouldnt be so quick to help like they do!

We bought a beautiful couch and loveseat in the style Id been looking for. Both were delivered today, much earlier than expected since the Loveseat wasnt in stock. Delivery team Eric and Frankie called prior to appointment time very pleasant and professional. Removed my old furniture and was very carefull with the new, and made sure that they placed it where I wanted it. If i could give 0 stars I would Most terrible store ever went to get my family a bed frame my children were being children and the guy dealing with us was very rude and disrespectful they also have a no kid policy so if you have children I advise not to bring your kids here I felt very unwelcomed but felt as if my children were not welcomed at all bad service and terrible and disrespectful staff
