Quick and painless delivery...

Very Poor phone system. Very Hard to get a hold of anyone in parts. They say to leave your number and some one will call you back. THEY DONT, so dont waste your time. Just wait. Usually in about 10 to 20 minutes some one will answer in another store somewhere else. They will patch you through to the original store you were trying to contact. For this reason I have decided NOT to purchase a Cat Backhoe.
