Called Overhead Door in Albany, GA. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and pleasant. She told me that the technicians would be here in 30-40 minutes. And they were. They were very professional and finished their work in reasonable time. I like to do business with people who do what they say and in reasonable time.

Adam, the owner, came out to the house measured, explained & answered questions. Then, Leslie did a show & tell @ the office for a visual of Adams explanation. Finally, Charlie came out and spent 9 hours to build out my garage for 1st time use of garage doors. He & his assistant were well equipped with fans, water & supplies to complete the job without me having to micromanage. It was the most trustworthy & stress-free experience I have ever had. By far, money well spent for a product & services with hospitality to the max. I will be bragging on them for a while!-ODT

After EF3 tornado Sunday Jan 22nd 2017 my business (Team RV ) had considerable damage including 10 commercial doors blown down. The following day I contacted Adam who had someone at my business immediately surveying damage. Estimated cost of repairs was provided within hours and doors were ordered same day..Today, Saturday Jan 28th..Doors have been installed and all debris has been removed from property. Its great to do business with people who understand your needs in time of crisis and always good to do business local.
