I usually dont shop at this store due to poor customer service but I see nothing has changed. The cashiers are rude and dont want to assist with ANYTHING. I will never come back even for one thing, they need to do better or hire people that at least likes their job.

I had a great experience. Customer service was excellent. Savings phenomenal.

Management has terrible customer service. The merchandise is good and convenient location. Some of the staff needs training in customer service. They eat behind the register, talk amongst themselves in front of customers and give attitude as if shopping there is bothering them.

I have never been so frustrated in my life after visiting the Family Dollar Store on Northern Boulevard in Albany New York. The staff seems to consist of foreigners who have the wrong ideology of black Americans which is why I would never go back to that store.The thing that they fail to realize is that they are coming from a third world country and my country is their welfare. Point Blank Period.

The employees at this location do not properly wear their masks. There is also no sanitation area to wipe down baskets or use hand sanitizer for the customers. The employees are rude. They followed my husband around even though he was pushing our baby in the stroller. If I was going to steal I would not bring my baby. Over all this store is untidy. The only good thing is that I was able to find some cheap items.

This store is in bad need of a new morning manager and employees! System always down lately, stand in line forever, and the morning workers don’t communicate, all they know is to follow you around the store on your heels like your a thief! Place sucks!!!!!

Need to keep it neat

I pretty much find this place to be satisfying for my needs. Every now and then they run out of stock. But,I still seem to do alright. Keep up the good work family dollar.

I think the store is a bit cluttered on the front. The lines are too long. More registered/cashiers needs to be open when there are a lot of customers This business needs more employees. Other than that, its at a convenient place as it is convenient for many people prices are reasonable and the employees are pleasant

Employees talk on their phones, nobody is ever around to help you. Theyre rude, and they never stay stocked with items that people actually want. That store use to be a pleasant place to shop, now Im in and out.

They always have what u need and theres usually a line. But the staff is always nice about helping.

It is nice to have the family dollar next to me and I saved a lot money.

They are 👌, besides the fact that every time i walk in that store, their is always someone new working every time. They switch up on their theem of employees to much, itd like that store cabt keep noone there for to long and thats not good. Other than that its an ok store and i do shop there a lot.

The place is always full of stock boxes on the floor and they always have one cashier open. But you cant beat the prices stuff is always cheap and now they are at 25%on Red tag items go check them out

Its hard to get out the store in a timely fashion

The service at this store sucks! There was only one register open and I waited in line for about 15 minutes.

This is the second time I’ve been in this store with my mom and have been racially profiled in this store after wanting to buy multiple i teams I will not be returning

Management tries to hold some type of order but due to heavy theft and local customers treating the place horribly staffing is difficult to maintain as well as store upkeep. Dont expect a high class establishment in a low class environment.

They wanted me to leave my shopping bags at the front which is fine but then they wanted me to leave my purse and Im not comfortable leaving my purse with all my money and belongings with people I dont know

This is my favorite store to shop for household items, candy and paper products.....The problem is you have to wait in line forever no matter what time of day you go there.....its suppose to be a convenient store but the time you spend in there is not convenient.....

Clerks are rude and ignorant. Lines are long while cashiers drink coffee and talk. Aisles are cluttered with boxes waiting to be shelved. The floors and shelves are dirty and dusty.
