Since repairs were made my tractor has shut itself off twice. Once because of low coolant descending a mountain with engine brake, I understand that one cause they replaced some coolant lines and didn’t fill the coolant. Next it overheats now going up hill. Red engine light blinks you know what your tractor is about to do SHUT DOWN…now I got to hopefully make it to another freightliner to see if they can fix what went wrong.
This Team of employees at Freightliner Northwest Albany are this best they go beyond doing the extra to take care of the customer, Jim the Mechanic he was great the guys behind the counter were a blessing, part needed was at another location which they went and picked it Jim installed and I was on my way.Great Job Freighter NW FreightlinerRandy
Had a def issue and went by a dealer that was closer to me. They were unable to have anyone look at it in a timely manner and I was told once diagnosed it would not be able to be worked in for repairs immediately. I checked with Northwest and they said they would look at it same day. Took it in and they diagnosed the issue, located the parts and had me back on the road in less than 24 hours. Compared to a recent experience with another local dealer I was blown away. I will only use this dealership for my future needs.
Nice place and knowledgeable mechanics!
Staff are friendly and helpful, got the parts I needed to be on the road again.
Very nice facility, pleasant waiting room, very helpful and attentive staff.
They did an excellent job
Good place to get truck parts
Great place to get stuff for your semi. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The items are priced right.
Went in for Thermostats and apparently its my job to find out what part numbers I need not the parts man..So I left and will never do business with them again.. If your going to sell parts, maybe you need to figure out what the customer needs...
The brake work they did on my Freight-liner chassis was good, how ever they did something to the steps to inter coach that shut down auxiliary power to the rest of the coach now when steps are in. They removed the control panel, and did something wrong and stripped the screws and left me on the road with a major problem. Maybe they should resist working on RV’s.
