Today I stopped into Rite Aid on North pearl St in Albany NY. I can honestly say that the Lady at the register around 2:45pm was very disrespectful! She never greeted me..she had her back turned to me for greater than two min...she took care of a customer who wasnt even in line yet before even acknowledging I was there...then when she finally seemed to be ready to cash me out, she decided to fiddle with papers behind the he register for about a whole min. This is when I realized that she was doing it purposely. And I walked out of the store. Not good!

Jehovahs Witnesses will often sit by the store entrance passing out their tracts.The store itself features a woman named Tineka P. who is part of management and abuses her position, thinking she can act any way she pleases. She discriminates against whom she will ring up and help. I came in here pressed for time and because she was taking too long to process my card I had to leave abruptly without paying (I left the items on the counter) in order to catch my bus to work. Tineka was the one who waited on me and took it personally. Meanwhile I had forgotten about it. Several weeks later when I came back Tineka held this grudge against me and declared she would not wait on me because she remembered me, that I am not nice, and said she does not like me. Tineka claims to be a nice person but for such a nice person she is apparently more concerned about judging who is worthy of her service. She is a conceited jerk who is acting in an insubordinate manner but gets away with it because of her managerial status. Special thanks to Rite Aid for DOING NOTHING ABOUT TINKEA P THE RUDE CONCEITED WOMAN.

Quick service, normal pharmacy prices, pleasant workers.

Their bar code reader did not read my birthday coupon. so dissapointing in this store. only store couldnt read a coupon.

Convenient for the area

A pharmacy that covers salads, ice cream and snacks. However, the inside of the store drifted with various smells, probably because the store was dim and a little bit of food was placed.
