Worst Pilot Ive come across.... arrived at 3pm and wasnt in my sleeper 30 minutes and had three different knocks on the door by beggers. One which knocked twice. Went in to grab a bite from Subway on several occasions during this day stay, and was told they were closed or on break/lunch or no one was behind the counter to make a meal. When I was finally able to get a sandwich, the associate maintained a personal conversation (video call) while making sandwiches. Unfortunately there is not much in the way of truck stops in the area. Will try not to make this stop again.

The bathrooms were open and clean and the employees are nice people. I stopped at an Exxon near the campus and the bathrooms are closed and the guy behind the counter doesnt like white people.

Poor customer skills. Pumps need maintenance. Upkeep is needed inside. Lots of conversation, but the floor needs sweeping.

Imma give yall 5 stars but come on yall are loosing a ton of money because of beggers trust me .these people will not stop and do not care yall need security or something get these dudes outta here asap !!! I wont be back another person wont be back there alone is 1000 $ when we fuel all gone !!!!

My company paid for fuel at this location and I was very nice to the manager when I asked about a parking spot that was out of the way she very disrespectfully declined she wouldn’t let me explain nor did she care about me or the service I provided the establishment buy purchasing fuel. Obviously they will let others do what they please but when a kind person asked instead of just doing what they wanted like everyone else they get treated like a door mat. Customer service sucks.

I LOVE this place! Bathrooms and showers were clean; the gentleman cleaning was super friendly, as was Every. Single. Employee I saw last evening and this morning. It is a bit small, probably 4 showers. Grounds were fairly well kept (downside: grassy area around edge of lot has stickers; if you have a dog, walk them closer to the wide grassy area by the highway). The boat/fish pond and garden style areas nearby were such a delight! Someone put a bit of love and effort into creating these little oasis areas of beauty. I have never seen anything quite like this at a truck stop, and I hope whoever came up with the idea and whoever cares for that area knows how appreciated they are. They added joy to my life every time I walked past. We got a shower with a handheld as well as a stationary head; I have no idea if all their showers include that or just that one but it was fabulous and I would return to this place just for that alone. I hope that Ill be in this area again in the future just so I can have another overnight stay at this Pilot. This was such a quaint, friendly place!! Not a ton of parking spots, seems to fill quickly.Walmart conveniently right across the street if you need to stock up on supplies. All employees were wearing masks.

This was the nastiest place. They were short handed and the staff was unfriendly. I went in to get a sandwich on a Sunday night and the girl behind the counter had a hand written note On Break as I was walking in. She went back behind the counter, I only ordered one sandwich and she left it on the counter and completely waited on the couple behind me. My husband was hungry so I waited patiently. I guess I wasnt the right color.

The Subway out of Bread! 1/2 of one sandwich left! Roller Grille has 3 Jalapeno Dogs! Thats it! So if you are Hungry you probably will stay that way. No Reasonable! Excuse for these things! Place is Rundown. Not much parking.

I hear that there are never truck spots and fills up fast. when I got here there were a bunch of spots around 1300.Its a busy place though, trucks in and out more then other pilots.Inside is ten times busier then outside, its very packed inside; they tried to put as much as they could inside and its hard to move around when there are people inside.The restroom was very dirty when I went inside it, not kept up as much as I think they could. However it would be hard to keep up a restroom that has as many people in and out as it does.Showers are nice though.

Arrived @4pm on a Saturday and there were still a couple non reserved spaces available. Restrooms were clean so all in all this pilot is small but a good place in my book.

This has to be the nastiest pilot in the US. Trash everywhere, the showers has no water pressure, the shower heads are out dated. At least the employees are nice

It was Christmas Eve, workers was super friendly even having to work on the holiday. Never like going to Truck Stops to park for the night because most night workers arent to friendly, but I have to say this was a nice change of pace! Thank you for being warm and inviting!

Just like at all other truck stops, the drivers park on the fuel island and go take a shower or use the bathroom and block them up. You can get mad if you would like but once you go into the Pilot, you will be greeted with a smile, WELCOME TO THE PILOT!! The customer service is great, the people are great, and the atmosphere is perfect.If you need help with something, they are always willing to help. It never seems as if you are bothering them

The subway in this place is EXCELLENT!!!!! The ladies that work there are amazing. Im a manager and AVP for a local bank and I wish I could add them too my staff. If I EVER need anyone, Ill be going there to get my next employee. And the store was clean and the staff was great.

Pilot is always a great place to go, they will always honor there sales if they are still posted and if you have the app and the rewards card you get 3 cents off per gallon of gas which is already competitively priced. Everyone is friendly and they have a lot of options I love pilot and it is my go to place it is half way between my 50 mile commute to work from home but I always like to stop.

I have a friend that says this Pilot is close to the SEVENTH LEVEL of WELL... you know ... I happen to think its an ok stop for Albany... I would rank it as tiny, old, and in need of a makeover... If you want to park here, make sure you get in early, buying reserved parking may help you, but these guys here park where ever they want, it does turn into a crazy truckers nightmare after dark, also note, you may want to get a spot by the pumps, because other trucks may block you in your space... FYI - On the plus side, the Repair shop here does washouts for Mars loads...

Whole building should be knocked down and rebuilt. Full bags of trash in front of fuel bays so long I am sure attendant forgot about them. Not enough windshield washer sticks to accommodate all lanes. Almost broke my neck on steal mesh on the way into store. Bathroom dirty even though location had plenty of staff. I could go on and on. The only thing good about this location, the staff

The only real negative is not being heard when I said no 2, 6 inch sandwiches. First deluxe BLT please chop the bacon and veggies. Vinegar and herbs. Not 12 inch deluxe or oil or whole with essentially raw bacon. I didnt even bother trying to have my 6 inch be something I wanted. I was glared at for trying to tell her that only one sandwich was a BLT. Then I was accused of being troublesome and the next guest took the other 4 slices because I cant stand 12 on a 6 inch. I dont generally write bad reviews, I dont like to, but I wont be eating at a subway with individuals who choose not to hear me. Sorry Pilot your night shift subway girls dont listen to female white truckers.The pilot is very busy, no problem. Great that they are open when so many others are closed. The bathrooms were good. They need to keep the coffee equipment running and looking good. Smelled nice but when I went to select, I decided not to buy when I saw how bad and not working much of it was.

Been here many times before. Sure, Its an older Truck Stop and may not be up to the standards of the newer ones. Its on the small size. But for what they have to work with I think its maintain pretty good. People are very friendly. Did have a problem while making my Chili Dog. The button on the dispenser was missing. I pointed that out to the young black man working there. (I didnt get his names. He has long braids) He seemed very concerned and was very apologetic. Seen him again when I got a shower later. He got me an extra towel without me asking. Later I ran a cross him again while walking my dog. He was in the golf cart picking up the trash. He is a good guy and a hard worker from what I seen. Pilot would do well to hang on to him and workers like him.

As a woman I depend on feeling safe. Not so much here. No locks on the shower doors ( 2 broke on inside). Sure they had to open the door to access and let me in ( usually access code). But as usual can depend on a good hot fresh cup of coffee.

Pretty rough here. Seemed to have a lot of questionable people here. Probably not someplace I would suggest after dark for sure. On a positive note. The Subway that is inside is by far the most efficiently ran sandwich place I have ever been. Those folks got a system figured out. From start to finish our 2 sandwiches didnt take over 5 minutes to make, bag and pay for. They were really good too.

Pilot with maybe 75 spots with 50% pay to park they let drivers park wherever and the parking lot turns into a cluster but heaven forbid you park in reserve spot with out paying. Dont you dare pay for their overpriced subway and goods and fuel then expect to park without being squeezed for more money! Lot attendant wanted to threaten me for parking in reserved spots. Parking shortage but if you give them more money theyll build more spots! Sure

It is a good Pilot. It is better than a Loves. Like any other Pilot it is the equivalent of a fast food franchise. You know what to expect when you get there and it all boils down to the quality of the individuals working that day as to how clean and organized things will be at any given time.

Avoid this place like the plague. The pump readers require TLC or need two, three chances to read your cards. Limited parking. Idiots park all over the place, including one halfway stick out onto the exit drive today and nobody does anything about them. Shop is good. Inside convenience store is dirty. Bathrooms were dirty. Only two urinals on Mens room and one of them is for dwarfs.Last resort.

For some reason my scale app wouldnt work yesterday but, it worked fine today. The ladies on second shift are so sweet and funny. The 3 ladies in subway were great also. I bought some choc chip cookies right from the oven...well they had to cool a little but, but still gooey gooey.YUM YUM...those and a glass of milk...LOVED IT

The Pilot Travel Center is a great place to shot for gas. This pilot that is located in Albany Georgia on Cordele Road has to be one of the best truck stops and Albany Georgia for 18-wheelers and tractor trailers. They can park their truck and trailer and theyre huge parking lot that is available towards the back of the store. The store splits with the entrance with one side being available for cars and other vehicles that allow them to purchase any three type of gas for their cars they need. The other entrance is the entrance for truck drivers. This Pilot Travel Center also have showers available for truck drivers. There is also a Subway located inside of the Pilot Travel Center. There is a small Lounge that truckers can wait in while they are waiting to take a shower. Of course there is a store parts that they can buy items such as food and even accessories for their trucks. There is also great employees that work at this location from the cash registers and their front to the subway employees towards the back left side of the store if you walk in from the front of the store. Is Pilot Travel Centers also have amazing hot dogs that you can customize any way you want, which is my favorite reason for going to the Pilot Travel Center 😇🙏

The employees are all very nice. The showers are just about ready for a Reno, dont get me wrong they are clean, just in need of some updates. The shower pressure and hot water were both wonderful. I had a Spinach wrap from Subway and it was perfect.

This Pilot is usually very busy and many times the equipment just doesnt work. Im always concerned Ill pull up to a pump that doesnt work with a piece of paper that just says out of order.The rewards card doesnt always work. It happened to me just last week. They advertised a price and mine was supposed to be several cent below the price on the board. I got charged the entire price.If you go inside about anything expect to wait a while if there is any kind of line.The Subway inside is also packed if it is lunch hour. Something to consider if youre in a hurry during lunch hour. Although there arent a lot of good options around this area.

This is the nastiest run down Pilot station Ive ever seen. The 30 year old gas pumps still dont accept debit/credit cards. The outside is full of drug deals and hookers. The concrete sideways are filthy chewing gum and trash everywhere.No wonder Love truck stops are so nice. Pilot has set the bar very low.

Horrible! Food stations are always messy, customer service is the worse and the restaurant is never clean. We were at this location yesterday for 20 minutes waiting because the one and only worker decided to take a break and leave the customers waiting. She did walk through the restaurant with her cell phone up to her ear and never acknowledged the awaiting customers such as myself. Great customer service is a thing of the past. I love the Pilot store itself but the subway inside needs to be revamped with better service!

Not bad of a pilot. Lots of space to maneuver. Limited parking. Subway is the food option. Only truck stop in Albany so you kind of don’t have a choice.

Older looking store but has what you need and employees are friendly. The pump did not read the loyalty card but the cashier took care of it inside. Good selection of Pilot coffee and items on shelf were well organized and neat. Parking lot is a little tight getting to the diesel on the auto side (pulling a utility trailer or TT) but that is mostly due to the customers parking where there are not parking spaces and partly due to the parking lot design. We also used to stop here when we were o/o trucking, good location.

Better friendlier cashiers are needed. And stay away from the fountain machine. Sodas are way too sweet, no carbonation. The ice is good. Just buy the ice cup and a bottle coke if you need a soda. Restrooms are clean.

The place needs to be cleaned better, especially the restroom. The Subway is decent. Parking fills up quick. The dedicated drivers running MillerCoors like to do their 30 minute breaks at the fuel pumps, but the Pilot staff chases them off on occasion. Its one of the few places where thats done.

Clean well lite truck stop. Coffee station rocks.

I really like flying J much better. They have dedicated RV pumps. Too many people here having to go in and pay to pump their gas. Took us 25 minutes to buy gas.

Prices jacked through the roof. They think that truckers dont notice but they do. Needs some deep cleaning at food and drink stations honestly scared to eat there because of all the caked on debris. Bathrooms are clean for a truck stop except for drain flies on the walls. Customer service is exceptional.

The manager that was on duty on 10/9/19-10/10/19 at midnight was doing all he could to run the store by himself. The other employee(female) was worried about taking care of a certain male. The manager made another truck driver move from reserve so I can park. The manager prepped a shower for me. The sowers needs major attention. The door will open and close but had no lock on it way so ever. There is no where to put your soap in the shower stall. Way understaffed and out of date. Definite needsa visit from the upper management.

The pilot at Albany, GA looks nice from the outside, but it very crowded in the store, and I dont mean with customers. The shelves are overflowing with merchandise, even boxes of product stacked in the isles. This may be because of shipments delivered that day, but I havent encountered it at other stores in their chain.

Same issue with pump not able to read my loyalty card, forcing me to go inside to the cashier. As for this location, I was pleased with the cashier who was friendly and courteous. As for Subway, someone needs to do a better job of maintaining and ordering inventory. Two subs I requested could not be filled because of not having the meat i.e meatball. The two young ladies working the counter were apologetic but it was not their fault.

Store closed from 8pm till 8am leaving drivers with no access to any amenities including scales and restroom pulse there is lot of truck industry in the area that rely on the cat scale. It’s sad these companies treat truckers this way there is no excuse for this.

Albany,Ga Pilot is the worst in the 5 Southern States i run....thank God they are building a Loves 4 blocks up the road.

Managed to get a parking spot that is quite decent.Plenty of creepy characters panhandling. To my comment about it too the manager (I am a woman trucker and not feeling safe in these circumstances) he just sent out a kid working at this Pilot to chase them away. Really?? From what Ive read in Trucker Path reviews this is an ongoing issue at this truck stop and management is aware. So why are they not doing anything about it??

Clean facilities. Decent subway. Clean store. Parking is decent but get there after 5p.m and plan on hunting to try to find a spot. Also there is no real security local cops ride through at night sometimes. But there are 2 or so lot lizards that work that parking lot. If your really trying to get a good nights rest be better of trying to park at your shipper/reciever at night but during the day good place to catch a nap.

Very clean truck stop. Subway was also clean, and although there was only one lady working, she was efficient and friendly. Bathrooms were also very clean.

Ive been to alot of pilot stations but this one needs better customer service!

It wasnt well lit outside and looked junky. The bathrooms were tore up and dirty. There was a crowd of people standing around the door asking for money. That was creepy walking through the crowd of people to get to the door and leaving. The employee at the register was nice, however.

Good stop for what drivers need. Easy in and out, decent amount of parking, and more than basic choices for food, drinks. Would be better if cleaner but is an older, smaller store.

Great shower, very clean... So sad for these folks. Hurricane Michael stopped us and we ended up here. Stuck at gas pump all night. Winds and rain where awful. Lost power shortly after we got here. My prayers are with yall. Nothing was left untouched! So very sad....

The pumps are old & need a good cleaning. One cant use a credit or debit card @ the pump, all gas is prepay for non-truckers. Dirty gas islands & no hand sanitizer @ the pump :(

They are always clean and friendly staff. We stop every trip at the same station for this reason. Clean bathrooms and a great selection of snacks and drinks.

Some staff members were super helpful and one could not me bothered to help as he was too busy watching everyone else work!!

Good place to stop for fuel and quick bite to eat. Parking fills up quick everyday. Weekends are rough for parking.

Im done with pilots flying j suppose to be 1 shower every 50 gals and I pumped 163 gals 2 days ago and only had 1 shower credit so I will take my business to loves where u get u showers and receive more points per gal

Except for the drunks passed out or puking in the bathrooms it was a nice quiet spot. Clerks friendly and to top it off Walmart right across the street.

Arrived at 4:40 only to find 7 dropped trailers and a whole lot of reserve only available. I asked the lady at the fuel desk and she said there was only two trailers that were supposed to be dropped. However had no interest on getting the others moved while I pay yet another $15.00 for truck lot rent. I shouldnt have to pay for others to drop trailers. One star is to much for this location.

Staff is very slow and not motivated. Was not very clean and the store was messy. The only reason this place is thriving is because its the only truck stop around. This is one of those last resort places.

Typical Albany, GA Pilot. At least 5 or 6 panhandlers bumming money on the fuel aisle. Cashier in her own world. I was greeted by the manager. Rap music playing inside the store. Cleanliness was lacking.

Nice clean and well stocked. Kinda quick in and out. The employees were not very friendly. Restrooms are large and clean. Food available.

Amazing stop. Could tend to the bathroom more to supply them. And be slightly more meat. Great service tho

This is my familys pit stop. Its exactly halfway between my parents house and ours. We stop for restroom breaks and snacks both there and back. The restrooms are always clean and the cashiers and attendants are nice.

Really clean the bathrooms are clean you can take good showers there I got good food in there with Subway with them theyre nice people that work in there theyre fast and its clean.

Its always good place to go and stop to get coffee and any snacks or food. They had a subway inside as well...was crazy busy when we were there. The only not so great thing was the bathroom, it was pretty nasty.

Not a bad place the only problem I had was the shower shower was clean but the area around it not been swept or mop the toilet was dirty I complain to the manager whether he did anything I dont know but I dont know what they pay these people but they did a really really bad job I dont think that for has been swept and mopped in probably at least a couple days so thats the only real problem I had with it other than that it seems like a decent store
