They took my computer the same day and Express shipped my touch screen. It even was don a day early, and was earlier than all the other computers.I would consider giving 4 stars purely for the smell of the shop, but since youre only in there for a bit it its tolerable.

Mike is just great across the board. Paramount is his great expertise, generosity with his time and his dedication to detail. He has a commitment to high quality parts and dedication to precision. Although the scope of my project creeped (ended up needing a new AIO CPU cooler and airflow layout; I was light on outflow) he slammed the project through and was done 3 days ahead of schedule. He didnt cut corners to make that happen; he just worked well beyond the hours I expected to get it done. His price was what I would consider fair and more than appropriate for his experience and work ethic.

It has been 2 months since I had Mike build me a PC and I have been meaning to write him a review since. Hes a real friendly guy and clearly knows his craft. He is expedient in getting things gone especially given his obvious workload.He sat with me and talked me through the basics of the parts and was able to find me a very reasonably priced GPU given the current environment.All in all a great experience, would absolutely recommend.

He quoted me a price and called me thirty mins later to say he found a sale and would dropping the price. This is a great place to do business. We brought our 17 HP Notebook to Pro Computer on 6/25/19. We were immediately helped on the spot with care and concern. Upon the diagnosis of a motherboard failure, our option(s) for repair were clearly explained in detail. Mike kept us informed on the status, and when repairing became not cost effective he had options for replacing it that included sourcing another and setting it up for us. As part of standing behind what they sell, they extended the standard 90day mfg.s warranty on touch screens to 12 months. Best customer service experience weve had in a long time. Were very glad this great business is in our community.

Quick and efficient. Our laptop screen was completely broken and the bottom piece was busted where the laptop charges. Thought wed be forced to losing everything & buying a new laptop; however, Pro Computer replaced both broken aspects within a few days, saving us a few hundred dollars!

His hours were messed up online Sunday was supposed to be his day off but he still looked at my PC and got it fixed within an hour. He is a PC genius and really helps you understand your PC (pc in general) will be referring and using his place for all future pc needs.
