The tech person was not in. An employee advised me I could bring in my HP Notebook PC and they could change it over from Windows 7 to 10 for a price but it would be best to just purchase a computer already set up with Windows 10 on it. My rating of 3 stars is mediocre in that the tech service person was not at work and should really be a not applicable rating...
