Absolutely horrible customer service. I paid nearly $1800 for a dollhouse kit which they said they had more than 2 in stock, up charged me an additional $75 on the shipping and then canceled my prepaid order when I called them out on it. Called and left a message to no reply back. As a active miniature hobbyist I will do no further business or refer business too. Good day✌🏻

This is a great on-line store that sells collectibles, gifts and toys made by high quality craftsman and manufacturers. I have always had exceptional customer service experiences.

Buyer beware!! This place (Colorado location) is THE WORST! I ordered a fairly expensive stuffed animal for my child and when it arrived it was so creepy looking she wont even have it in her room (yet in the online picture the animal looked adorable). I wrote back the same day it arrived to get a return authorization as it was not like the picture. Out of the $186 I paid, they are saying they will only refund $130 plus I have to pay for return shipping. They are saying they are charging me a restocking fee. This is such a scam!!! Be warned, what you see online may not be what the item looks like in person and you will pay a hefty fee to try to return.Also, the item said ships in 2-3 days but it took a week and a half to get it.
