I was in the store and two of the workers were very distracted with each other. The place had many people in it and there were two ladies before me who’s cashier forgot to remove all ink/alarm devices from their clothes. But luckily they checked in the store and had them removed by the other distracted worker. Unluckily for me I spent 310$ dollars on an outfit and had two alarm things on two of the products I bought very un happy with my experience and way to expensive for that.

5-6 employees working...on their phones..talking with each other. No care in the world that there are potential customers walking around. Ive seen this on more than one occasion. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Same brands and styles at other stores like against all odds so, I suggest taking shopping elsewhere where your business is appreciated.

Great selection of shoes, clothes and hats

Horrible customer service. Walked in..Not a single employee greeted me... with only 1 family of 3 in the entire store you would think they would attempt to assist you. Nope... I was planning on purchasing 2 pairs of shoes... not now. Wont be getting my business... 3 employees and there is only 4 people in the store 3 of which are together. Good luck lasting with customer service that horrible and the female employee made eye contact as I left the store not even saying bye or have a nice day... u need to train your staff before you loss another customer. My first and last time ever going there.

JIMMY JAZZ IS THE WORST STORE EVERNEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ESPECIALLY ONLINE. I brought two pair of sneakers for my 3 years old daughter and they couldnt fit so I brought another size up and return the second pair. When I shipped out the shoes i never got no email response back, so I called them. Spoke to customers service and told me that the warehouse sent my shoes back to me. No notice that my shoes was getting return back to me. I never got them back because I wasnt even home. The dont want to take responsibility for they warehouse mistake. Now I have no shoes and no money. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEY CUSTOMERS AT ALL.

I desperately needed a pair of sneakers and Jimmy Jazz was the only store that had the size I wear. So, I lucked out. I would shop there again

If I could give it a zero rating I would. Bought a pair of sneakers for Christmas(12/2018) were the wrong size returned them and got the right size ORDERED. Was told 7 to 10 days theyd be at my location however no shoes arrived calling the store and customer service and the store that was supposed to ship them but no one knew where they were. After 10 to 15 calls later I get told the order was canceled because they didnt have the shoe in stock. Ive been waiting on a refund to my card but havent got one yet. Its now 2/2019. Ill never order anything again from jimmy jazz. No shoes no money back and no customer satisfaction.
