Cool stuff. Not well stocked at times. They dont carry a lot of the stuff they used to.

Every single time I visit this Hot Topic location Im always excited to be there and sad to leave. The employees are so friendly and really make the atmosphere there comfortable to be in. I just went there a few days ago and I already want to go back! Please try and keep your current employees because wow they are so well versed in todays entertainments such as anime and kpop, that when you ask if HT has something they jump up to help you and are so so sweet!!!! I really prefer this location over Poughkeepsies and when it was there, kingston!

I love hot topic so much! They make me feel so welcome and valid. All of the workers there are so pretty and nice.(not in a weird way). I cant wait untill Im able to work there

Way overpriced for such poor quality materials. Very cheap things being sold for a small fortune. A lot of nonsense and not very cool stuff. Not the same hot topic my generation once knew that for sure!

Every time I happen to visit this Hot Topic location it is usually a great experience. Excellent variety of jewelry, fandom stuff, clothing, etc. which is what I go there for. The store is usually always clean, and most of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I have had a few negative experiences a long time ago with certain rude sales associates, but I havent seen those certain people again for as long as I have been going here, so I assume those people arent working at this location any more (hopefully for that reason). They have a rewards program which is very useful. Some certain things here are a little pricey and/or low quality, but rarely. Usually everything else is in a good price range/has great quality.

Amazing selection of clothes, especially for people who dress alt, gothic, scene, and other styles similar to that.

Hot Topic always has interesting jewelry, which is mostly what I go in for. The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially the last time I went.

Horrible staff they treat you like your garage. An me being black to hear another black woman speak to us this was its no wonder the staff there is never there long enough to catch there names. Sad wont be returning, an whats even sadder is that I never once heard from the manager about any of this.

As a horror, comic book, and anime fan this I a must stop store when I hit the mall. They have a good rewards program and a good selection of shirts, toys and accessories. I always come out of here with something cool.

Only reason they git 2 stars us i love the store. Waited at the register for 15 minutes with a arm full and no clerk to be seen. I got tired of waiting and left everything and walked out. Great customer services Lol yeah right.

Worst customer service!!!! Dont go here, shop online everything they sell in store you can find elsewhere online an in most cases cheaper. Not sure if she was a manager didnt catch her name but she was so rude, while in the middle of training some new girl.

Was on the phone with a man who was at the store an I could literally hear her yelling at him is there a problem no seriously is there a problem I know him well an I thought he was going to lay into the associate, but he calmly said no. Keep in mind this was over a t-shirt size he called me to tell me the shirt was mislabeled an the manager went off the rails like it was his fault because you know everyone looks inside the neck line for the size its not like those stickers on the outside of shirt that are placed there are for the consumer, no no those are just for show. Come on never ever will I go to this store and I will tell everyone I know not to shop her. I still cant believe it who is she to say anything cause he called me, shes lucky I wasnt there I would have e told her to f@#$ off. Worst customer service an I wasnt even there I could only imagine what the the other customers felt. If I heard all that on a phone her volume had to be high. Really sad hot topic encourages this type of behavior especially for a store where a lot of young adults shop way to set a bad example. An to the mans credit he wont let me use her name but she knows who she is.

This place has changed for the worse, and keeps getting worse. Harry Potter and A nightmare before Christmas are their main focus. Their accessories suck. They have no purses and the people who work there are rude and have no idea what they are doing.

Hot Topic always seems to have the exact things to fit my style or what I like! I love the jewelry and all the clothes, plus the pins!

Worst experience by far. Brought shirts for 2 kids an one was mislabeled as a medium. I went back to the store to return or exchange them. After a girl in training helped me find the shirt she noticed that it was just mislabeled medium but was actually a small. So while she was doing the return I made a phone call to let the parents know the shirt was mislabeled an it would fit him. Some woman who I assume or maybe be the manager asks be if theres a problem, I said excuse me she says no for real is there a problem we can can all hear you on the phone its not our fault the shirt is mislabeled the customer is suppose to look inside the shirt an not go off our labels. LMAO. Ill be nice an identify her as salesperson #203577. First your in the business of customer service you dont speak like that to a customer. Second your there to sell hot topics mission an I can tell you if I was your manager I would fire you on the spot. Third a simple Im sorry it was mislabeled would have been sufficient had I just not had spinal cord surgery we would have had a problem and I would have wiped the floor with you. Lastly think before you speak cause chances are whatever is going to come out of your mouth may be inappropriate for the work place. And to the woman who was in training she was a sweetheart, you handled yourself amazing I apologize I asked so many questions but you handled yourself very well considering who was training you. And to the district manager just a thought from someone who owns there own business maybe if you put the right people in place your turn over rate of employees wouldnt be so bad. If thats who you have training people, I only hope they dont pick up her bad habits, an poor customer service skills. You dont talk to customers like that just use your head an think seriously. I shop there at least once a week but I can tell you this never again will I come back fortunately your products are sold on Amazon, Think Geek, FYE, an gamestop so I can buy your products anywhere I came cause I always enjoyed the people an atmosphere but that has now been tainted with your new employees.
