I came in and bough my first pair of Jordans here not knowing what my size would be nor what I really wanted. The customer service was excellent and they helped me find the perfect shoe as well as the proper fit. I will definitely be coming back here when it is time for my next pair!!

Time wasters. Tell you a price online and when you get to the store they give excuses and either try to low ball or not want it anymore. Laced up is much better

I went up to the store to find a pair of shoes I couldn’t find anywhere and they had it in stock for a reasonable price. The customer service was amazing and the employees went above and beyond to make the transaction an effortless process. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area!

Terrible customer service and everything is over priced. Bought air force 1 from store they were overpriced and i ask to return he said no returns. So I asked to speak to the owner because I really feel this is unfair in pandemic times to take advantage of people when jobs and money is scarce. Every penny counts. The kid Evan told me he was the store manager and threatened to call the cops on me cause I was asking for my money back. If you ever see a place like this around you run run run as fast as you can. Its a blatant rip off. I will never shop here and I will pass the message along to all my friends and family. Just a complete rip off. And just to top it off I told the kid I would give a bad review and he said he comment back to justify this rip off. The worst experience Ive ever had in all my days off shopping for my kids.

Very dishonest company, avoid. Someone stole my PayPal account and bought $795 shoes from a sneaker city. They noticed it was fraud and never shipped it but they still charged me money. They only gave a partial refund from the shoes. Now I’m disputing their bogus charges.

I ordered a mystery box and paid 250...... Received two t shirts valued at about 70 bucks a piece .. I get I ordered a box on the lower end of the prices they offer. But a 140 dollar value for 250... Should have known better and ordered from another company. Will never order from here again.

I ordered a $500 dollar mystery box from the store. It came with some really good shoes and shirts, ALL BRAND NEW. it was a great experience with my friends and i would definitely order again. the owner of the store is super nice and helped me with all of my questions and more. the boxes worth was easily about $700.

My teenage sons saved their own money to purchase their “dream sneakers”. Within a 7-day period, we have had the pleasure of purchasing one pair in person and the second pair on-line. I could not be more pleased with either experience. The on-line order arrived at our door less than 24 hours after we purchased. A Sneaker City is truly a top notch business. We will be back!

I took my son to A Sneaker City on 11/16/2019 to pick out designer items for Christmas, however the second we walked into the store the owners gave my son and I dirty looks and blatantly ignored us for the entirety of our visit. When we checked out, one of the owners was rude as if it were an inconvenience for him to check us out. Moreover, every other individual was treated with respect in the store (none of them bought a thing and left prior to our check out). We weren’t loud, disrespectful to their products, or rude and we were there to spend money. If anything, my 15 y/o son didn’t deserve that type of treatment. If it hadn’t been for my fulfilling my son’s Christmas wish, they would not have received a dime from me. Additionally, because they were rude, we left and spent the cash we were gonna spend at Sneaker City at Laced up instead. They know how to treat customers.

Best sneaker store in crossgates

Ive bought several pairs of sneakers here, for my son. The customer service is always great. Love that they have comfortable seating for people who have to wait for the browsing to be over. The staff has always been attentive and professional. They have a great variety of hard to find sneakers. I like it better than laced up. Prices are fair.
