I know nothing about cigars whatsoever and I stopped in to buy several $20-$25 cigars for a good work friend who was retiring. I had a budget, I gave them the budget, they explained a bunch of options and within 5 minutes I had 3 very nice cigars (confirmed by friend who was delighted at the selection) and a good explanation of what I was buying. Good on ya folks. I appreciate it greatly.

If i could give them less than 1 star i would. I simply went here for a tobacco pipe. The man who greeted me at the door was very rude and entitled. Told me to go else where... Great customer service for a first time customer. I Will never go back or suggest this place to friends.

Had a problem receiving the wrong vape juice. I didnt notice til I got home.Beacuse I purchased 4 bottles all the same( so i thought) I live an hour away. I called immediately and they said no problem bring it back with reciept. I had made 3 trips to the store each time bringing the bottle and either forgetting the reciept or bringing the wrong one. I was on a trip to Albany on another task and it wasnt like I could run down the street to my house to get the correct reciept. This time I was talking to the store manager ..he was amazing. He gave me credit and I just purchased an extra bottle. He was pleasant and had wonderful customer service skills. You dont see that a whole lot any more. Also they carry products that are hard to find...where juice is concerned. I was able to find something that Id have to go all the way to the city to get. Beware though. Id advise u call first..to make sure a product is in stock. If u make long trips like me. With deliveries being so unpredictable. Great place to do business. And always double check your purchases. Mistakes do happen.

Selection is way above average for the area, prices are pretty average as well. The real gem here is the staff, the amount of knowledge these folks have is absolutely mind blowing, as is their professional attitude. If you want a few sticks at a reasonable price locally speaking they can not be beat. Save your bulk purchases for online shopping ;)

Best place in town to shop for cigars by a long shot. Friendly and super knowledgeable staff, and none of that weird machismo vibe that you get at most other places. Their walk-in humidor is arranged in a logical way too, which is unusual compared to most local cigar places. If you do wind up having an issue finding something specific, theyre always super quick to help out. Lots of variety and surprisingly reasonable prices.

This is my go-to place for cigars, related supplies, an excellent advice. I have spoken with many of the behind the counter staff and each one has had excellent suggestions for cigars in my price range and with my particular taste. The store also has a smoking room which is nicely appointed with leather couches and is a nice place to smoke a cigar with friends or alone. I highly recommend this store.

Great selection, staff always seems to know about the cigar I want and provide great suggestions. Lounge is huge, almost always playing sports and has some of the friendliest customers to hangout and talk with. Whether you want to talk or be a loner, everyone there seems to be very respectful.

They have at least two locations that Im aware of. Ive been to this one several times as well as the one on Route 4. They always have a nice selection at reasonable prices. Ive also spent time enjoying cigars on property in their Lounge, enjoyable.

They have everything. This shop is very close to an original cigar shop. Of course they have cigars but dang, they have quite the selection of cigars and accessories. Not to mention they also have pipes, pipe tobacco, hookahs and tobacco, pens, cigarette tobacco and rolling machines, razors and the list goes on. There are very few shops that have this assortment and have a lounge as well. If you want a cigar shop that can give you that kid in a candy store feeling this is the place to be. The staff is knowledgeable and the assortment of cutters and lighters they have for you to use is great. Highly recommended.

Stopped on my way home to Ontario and has an amazing experience. They have a great selection but the service was sensational. A lovely lady helped me (she told me she is usually grumpy) but she was outstanding and was happy to answer all my questions, give me suggestions and guide me through the humidor. Would definitely go back if I had the opportunity.

The cigars are a bit too expensive, but there is a great selection.The real beauty of this place is the smoking room. Plenty of seating and really nice lockers.Tons of TV with an array of sporting events playing.

I dont know much about smoking but my boyfriend is a pipe smoking enthusiast and loves to visit Habana. He always has nice things to say about this store and feels comfortable going there and hanging out. True to the words on the sign outside it is a great husband day care!

As a cigar novice the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The employees seem truly passionate and have in depth knowledge regarding their products.

I have been buying cigars here for my brother’s birthday for a number of years now. I thought I would have to wait awhile to get some for him this year, but the store offered curbside pickups so I was able to buy him some nice smokes!

Habana has an excellent selection of cigars and accessories with a great walk-in humidor. They have a wide variety of pipe tobacco and pipes plus tubes and tobaccos for cigarette smokers. If you need help, they have a very knowledgeable staff who can help you in any part of the store. And if you have time to spare, you can ease into a spot in their smoking lounge and enjoy one of the sticks you just bought.

Great people here, very comfortable atmosphere. Good selection and knowledge and the pricing is (locally) competetive. The only ding is the ventilation system. If you spend even 5 minutes in the lounge you will leave smelling of old, stale, smoke. I didnt realize how under powered it was until I went to some busier smoke shops of equivalent size in larger cities and couldnt smell a thing on me after I left.

Every time I stop by Habana, the people there are always friendly and helpful. They greet you heartily even if they dont know you, theyll go out of their way to help you find what youre looking for, and they offer good advice.I bought a hookah from them (not offered in the store, but sold through their website) and when I went to use it I found it had a crack in the vase. I brought it back on a Friday night and the employee apologized and said that the warehouse was closed, but theyd be happy to help me on Monday. He even offered to send an e-mail to let the warehouse workers know what was going on. I ended up chatting with the employees there for a few minutes, talking about hookahs and shisha.Anyway, I came back on Monday and the employees there were very helpful. They took me over to the warehouse and got a new hookah for me. The guy filled the vase for me to check for leaks, and even threw in a pack of coals for my trouble. He was pleasant and helpful throughout, chatting about the job and the warehouse and everything.Overall, the exchange experience was what it should be like at every business - the employees are helpful, theyre looking to get you the products you want, and make it right even if (as in this case) the problem wasnt their fault.Basically, this is a great shop. Theyre always hosting events, doing giveaways, and you know youll get good service when youre there. Plus, is there anything better than standing in a big humidor and breathing in the tobacco essence? :-)I highly recommend both the shop and the website.

The staff at Habana is top notch. They all know their stuff when it comes to cigars and often I ask for their input on what theyre smoking that they like lately and whats new. The Walk in Humidor is large, well stocked and well kept. The lounge is nice too just needs to be bigger *Hint hint Scotty!

They were super helpful. We walked in without really knowing what to buy for an school pipe. They explained how to clean it, what to use, what type of tobacco to get for my husband to get him used to smoking a pipe again! Their recommendations were amazing and I fully plan on going back.

There is no doubt that this is the best cigar shop in the capital district. The staff are very helpful, the selection is always abundant. Scott (the owner) is an incredible guy and really knows the business. Check out the lounges if you want to relax and enjoy a smoke. The lounges are WiFi equipped and the folks that sit in there are perfect company.

Habanas ability to recruit and retain such an excellent and knowledgable staff can only be described as impressive. They each give personal care to your enjoyment of your hobby. Their selection of cigars is among the best Ive seen anywhere and is far and beyond the best in the capital region. If you wish to stay and smoke, they have a comfortable lounge for you to enjoy your cigar in the company of friends or other welcoming patrons. Theres no better way to go unwind after a long day at work, but if your work day isnt finished and you just need a more relaxing environment you can use the free wireless available to patrons.

I hired a cigar roller for my wedding which was an absolute hit!! The one negative I have to say is that I paid for an hour of cigar rolling (8-9pm). Our roller didnt show up until 8:10...I actually had my phone in my hand ready to call to ask where he was because I noticed the time and he was not there yet. Im sure by the time set up, it was more like 8:15/8:20. The issue was that he only stayed until 9 on the dot, when he already was 10 minutes late just arriving to the venue; that is not one hour of service. My father also said the ash tray was never emptied in the entire hour and the ashes were piled high.Update: Alex contacted me personally and compensated me with cigars. Very professional and really appreciated it!
