Rip off. Located by the food court and by Best Buy inside crossgates.. I went to this guy with a cracked screen. My ear piece was working and my screen was working as well before I handed my phone to the guy. He quoted me $95 and when I went to get me phone back he asked if I wanted a screen protector at “no cost” so I told him sure.. he starts checking me out and my total is $118, I didn’t say anything because I was already in a bad mood and didn’t want to deal with it. I then head home with my phone and notice I can’t hear anything when making a call and my screen keeps glitching. I then go back (45 minute drive) the next morning and he says no problem I’ll fix it 20 minutes.. I come back and the ear piece is still not working so he replaced it with a new one and then tried charging me $50 extra for the ear piece that HE BROKE! I ended up giving him $20 after arguing with him for a minute. Im driving home again and guess what? My phone is glitching again. It works fine then it’s glitches then it works fine again and then glitches. This guy is a rip off and is not honest at all. I paid a total of $138 for a screen replacement to have a phone that glitches out all the time, not to mention it’s a cheap screen. Seriously thinking about going back, having him take it all apart and give me my old screen back. I could have bought a whole new phone for $160 more. It doesn’t help that you can’t understand what he’s saying to you half the time either. Typical Scam artist. Find somewhere else, you will regret going here!

I brought my IPhone 11 Pro to get a screen replacement from them a month ago. As I am about to pay for the screen replacement, which cost me $275, the guy asked if I wanted a screen protector. Before I could even say no he had put it on the phone and charged me a extra $50. I get home and the screen started glitching and malfunctioning. I kept getting a notification on my phone stating the display was not genuine. I called the guy and he assured me all phones do this with new screens. I had driven 2 hours each way to have this done (I live in a rural area,) and the guy on the phone told me to come back and he would replace the screen. Fast forward a week, I got a day off and went back. As they were replacing the screen I went into the Apple store there and asked what the deal with my phone was. They stated Shatter and Case uses knockoff refurbished screens. They are non retina screens, with cheap front cameras and facial recognition scanners. I went back to the kiosk and confronted the manager there. He told me they were lying and that his screens were legit. After getting my phone back once again the phone malfunctions and front camera and facial recognition don’t work. I would recommend staying away from these guys if you have a newer iPhone or galaxy. These phones aren’t cheap to begin with, you are better off having your screen replaced professionally.

I have never had a more unprofessional experience. This guy quoted me for 250$ for a half hour job and after 2 hours it turned out the replacement screen he put on my phone didnt work. My screen was cracked before but in working condition. He said he wouldnt get a new screen in until Monday so he gave me a loaner iphone 7 to replace my pixel 3 for the weekend. Fine. Things happen and I was understanding. He charged me in full. Monday comes and he tells my partner who called for me that he lost a sale over the weekend because I had the iphone and that he would contact me within the hour about the repair. I told him I didnt appreciate being made to feel guilty for him having given me a loaner when he broke my phone. He began to argue my phone was already broken which I reminded him wasnt true. It was cracked, not broken and I asked why he was arguing with me. He told me he wasnt arguing he was handling a hostile customer. I could not believe he called me hostile. And then he went on to tell me it would be Wednesday. I told him to put the old screen back on and I would get a refund and take it somewhere else and he told me he had thrown the screen away. I asked my partner to go to the store and handle it because I couldnt face this guy after how he treated me and he called my partner buddy a whole bunch of times, gave him a refund, gave back my phone but kept the case, and then low and behold.. my old screen was back on it and now it wouldnt even turn on. He lost the mesh for the ear piece which I couldnt get a new one of and lost pieces of the screen that were there when I took it in. He DID give me the refund but we had to go back and get the case. All in all this was the worst experience I have ever had and he tried to make me feel like it was my fault and that he lost business because his replacement screen didnt work. I took the phone down to iFix here and the lady there was VERY nice and charged me 70$ less than this place to replace the screen and clean up all the terrible sticky glue they left all over the inside of the phone. I hope Barry enjoys the 10 year contract he made clear he took out and needed good reviews to maintain. If this is how he conducts business I assume he wont be in business that long.

Chet was very polite and nice when working through the process of fixing my phone. He actually talked me through what happened to my phone and why it was acting the way it was. I had a great customer service from him because my phone dilemma was a lot but he was very patient and even though it took several tries to get the phone working he worked through it. I don’t normally leave reviews on sites but this is by far the BEST phone/customer service I have ever received!! I encourage everyone to ask for CHET. He’s amazing and now my phone works, thank you so much!!!

This place is a rip off! The screen protector is already starting to lift and it hasn’t even been a month. I do not recommend. They charged us $55 YES, FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS per screen protector with a “lifetime warranty” but no receipt to get that warranty and it’s starting to already peel off, let me give you some advice- you can get WAY better ones from amazon then this rip off joint in the mall.

My iPhone XR screen had a crack in it so I brought it here(first time breaking a screen). The guy fixed it for $150 which I thought was a good price. 2 weeks after my phone was fixed, the screen started to turn black. I would have to wait like 2 mins for it to go back to normal. All of a sudden the whole screen just stopped working ! It won’t even let me turn the phone off. It’s stuck on my screen saver and will only go black if I let the phone die. When I plug the charger in, my screen saver appears but it won’t let me press anything. I wish I would have read the reviews before I proceeded to get it fixed here. I would have paid the extra money at an apple store to get it fixed if I had known that this would happen. WASTE OF MONEY.

Bought a new stylus for my daughter and picked it up a week later it fell apart after 2days.

I got an old iPhone screen replaced and 2 cases here. The guy told me the price and when I swiped my tax card it was declined. So I called the card to find out why knowing there was plenty of money on it and they told me this places device they were using to charge me wouldnt let me enter a pin so I had to go to an atm to get the money to pay. I told the guy I was going to grab cash and when I came back he tell me I owe $302. I was shocked and I said that wasnt the amount that he told me and that was on the screen let alone it now said I was charged $200 to put on a new screen all of a sudden which didnt seem right but I didnt know what else to do. When I left I called the card company again and asked how much the amount was that I swiped for at that store that was declined and it was way under the $302 this guy just took me for which proves he changed the amount when he heard I was going to go get cash. Im printing up the proof of the declined transaction which clearly shows it was from this store and a totally different amount and going to the police in the morning. This guy either owns it and rips people off or hes an employee pocketing the cash. This money was money taken from my children and I will make sure they pay for it.

Amazing experience. I came with my phone completely smashed it was ran over by a car in the rain. The employees were very respectful. The young man explained everything that was wrong with my phone to me while fixing the phone in a matter of minutes. Highly recommended.

I went here to get a new screen for my Pixel 3a. It cost around 100 dollars all together, which is how much it would have cost me to buy the screen myself. They did good work and my new screen works well. There was a little glue residue around the edges but it was easy to remove.

The guy was very nice. Seemed a little distracted between customers no biggie. Replaced my 7 plus screen in good time. Everything worked fine until the top half centimeter of my screen stopped working. When I tap where the touch isnt responsive, it almsot sounds like something is loose. I have contacted him through and text and it has been almost a day since I first tried. All I want is my phone screen to work. If Im paying the same price as I would in an Apple Store, I expect the same quality of service. Not trying to be a jerk, but that seems fair.

Very rushed service, was done in less than 15 minutes (which is way too quick to do an expensive job on a $700 phone) and ended up leaving glass shards under my new screen and never put 4 screws back into my phone and also failed to put a casing around my camera with the new replacement. My phone worked properly for only 2 days. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE

Trouble service.

I needed a screen replacement on an iPhone 8 and use my phone for various photography applications so it was very important to me that I have an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) screen installed. The business owner said he only used authentic parts and an OEM screen replacement wouldn’t be a problem. Upon picking up my phone it was apparent that the new screen was much duller and less colorful, i.e not the same as the original. It also lacks some of the touch precision of the original screen. I returned to the shop and asked the owner why it looked different and he told me that it was “impossible” to get real Apple screens as a third party service but that his screens were “OEM”. As an engineer, this does’t jive whatsoever with my understanding of the term. When I pressed the issue and told him I wasn’t satisfied with the screen, he told me that there were only two grades of screen, “OEM” and “copy”, and that even though the screen installed in my phone wasn’t made by Apple, the “original equipment manufacturer”, and was visibly different it was still somehow “OEM”. I am giving this business one star out of five because of the deception of the owner in my interaction with him, and for his willingness to lie to the consumer and imply that they are “misinformed” rather than owning up to his mistakes. I would like my money back or a proper Apple screen installed - it’s a shame he had already done the replacement and charged me before explaining his creative definition of “OEM”.

I am incredibly thankful for Max and I highly recommend him. He is kind, informative, quick and efficient at what he does. I was very impressed. He completely saved my daughters iphone and all her photographs. Apple Store refused to fix..said it was beyond repair and that we could trade it in for 300 bucks for a new phone. We owe Max a ton of gratitude! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I will not go anywhere else for iphone repair. This was such a blessing for my family.

Went there yesterday to have ipad screen replaced. When i got home it wasnt working properly. Went back today and they replaced it (took three screens) but they got it right. They were very easy to work with.

It doesnt even worth a single star.2 weeks back I went to this shop and asked for a screen protector for my Galaxy S8, he gave me one and installed it by himself without showing it to me first, or even ask me if I wanted it or not! I didnt refused it because he seemed a very nice guy. but after using it 10 minutes after, the touch functionality was weak and I had to press harder on my screen to access my phone apps and calls. I returned back to him and explained the problem and asked for a refund! He surprised me that they dont give a refund (what kind of company or business that doesnt give a refund to customers)?. After arguing about it he agreed to give me another type of screen protector and he had to order it and come back later to get it! I have been going to that shop back and forth for two weeks but he kept stalling and stalling. When I went today to speak with him and tell me whats going on and why he keeps stalling? He wasnt there and I talked to the other guy, he called and he said we only have the type that we gave you first we dont other type!!!! WHAAAAT he said that he is gonna order another type with same price??!! He said no he didnt say that.He is a big liar and doesnt have respect for me as a customer, I really dont recommend dealing with those guys. And be careful before you go to this place, think twice and go fix your phone at trustworthy places where they have manners and honesty and reasonable prices.Liar liar liar.

Continuously lied to me telling me that they were apple certified screens when they werent. Foreign worker was very unpleasant and ended up getting into a verbal and aggressive arguement. 10/10 would not reccomend going to this place.

I work in a warehouse and I unknowingly ran over my phone with a pallet jack. The screen was completely shattered and the frame was bent. I instantly thought in needed a new phone. My carrier is sprint so In order for me to get a new phone i had to get the screen fixed. I originally went to ifix the worker informed me he could fix the screen but he wasnt sure they would take it because the frame was bent. I went back to Sprint asked them would they accept it even though the screen was bent. They stated no and recommended me to go to their guy at Shatter And Case the kiosk right in front of Aeropostale. I showed the worker my phone and he was in complete shock the phone looked like it did. He said and I quote this is probably the worse phone today. He opened it up inside and notice the battery was corroded. It had smoked it should have caught on fire. He fixed it and it it looks like a brand new phone. We both commented and said he should have taken before and after pics because you wouldnt believe its the same phone. I decided to keep my phone and not even trade it in. I recommend anyone to come to Shatter And Case you wouldnt regret. Also theres a free 3 month warranty. You cant beat that!!!

After researching this place online it seems promising. They quoted me a price and I agree to put down a deposit because I was reluctant to give them my money if this phone didnt work. So they allow me to put down half the money and told me to call back in a few days. The day that I go back to see if my phone is ready they tell me the screen wasnt ordered yet and that I had to wait an additional few more days for them to get the screen in. Then I finally pop up to find out whats going on with my phone after few days had already gone by they install the screen and the phone doesnt work. The gentleman assured me he was going to send the screen back get another replacement phone screen because he believed it was defective and just to come back in a few more days. Come back a few days later as asked with another replacement screen the phone still doesnt work. Two weeks in two waiting on my phone I show up again at the store asking about my phone he says the phone is not responding to the touch screen and he will send the phone out at no charge to me additional. The gentleman told me to call them back Monday so I agreed and said Ill give you an extra day and call you Tuesday. Monday I decided to call the gentleman directed me to call his boss I called his boss I leave voicemails and text messages with no response. I called Tuesday and the gentleman says hes not at work so he doesnt even know whats going on but to call his boss. So again I called his boss and leave voicemails and phone calls and get no answer or response back. I get out of work I come to the store to check on my phone and the gentleman behind the counter has no idea what Im talking about and informs me that they ordered the wrong phone screen and to come back again the next day to speak with the original gentleman I spoke with about the phone. This is 3 weeks I have been waiting for my phone to be fixed and if it could not be fixed he should have just given me my phone and my money and sent me on my way so I can get somebody who can fix it. This is very unprofessional to tell people something is going to be ready and its not and be given the run-around over and over because nobody has a definitive answer on whats going on I have never been so disappointed in service in my life and I hope the owner of this company sees this and does something because this is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Crooks run this place. Beware there is no refunds. They do not tell you that. There is a tiny business card with a sloppy handwritten message saying no refunds posted on the register, however they check you out on a tablet.They sold me car charger for my phone. Terrible ownership brought my phone on the 29 of June to change screen and it stopped working on the 30 of June I didn’t crack the screen but they told me I had to pay again. This is the worst experience I’ve had with the worst business.

I shattered my iPhone and thought about using my brothers Galaxy, so I went shopping for a case ( for the Galaxy). I met Keshawn at the downstairs kiosk, Shatter and Case, and he was so honest and sweet, I decided to trust him to repair my screen. This is a very busy kiosk, and its all because of Keshawn. He bounces around repairing phones, answering questions, and does it all with a smile. I was nervous to have my screen repaired, but after chatting w repeat customers, I felt confident that he would do a great job, which he did.
