This is my second time reaching to them to help me fix my cell phone. This time 2 cells broke at a time, I reached out thru messenger and responses were fast and friendly. Dropped my 2 cell phones and 1 1/2 hours later they were ready and looking like new! Amazing service. I hope I don’t broke any more cell phones but if I do I’ll come back to them. I brought my phone here for the screen to be repaired, the first screen was no good so I had I bring it back numerous times, then my home screen button start acting up after I got my screen fixed. After I fixed my home button I noticed they did not put my phone back together correctly, I started having issues with my phone, had to take it back again for the home button. Once I got there they claimed I had a swollen battery in which I did not have that issue in the past, had just bought a new battery. I believe they switched my battery when I got my home button fixed the first time. And just so people know this Phone Hub pays for reviews, my first there I was offered a discount if I write a review first, beware of this place, I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Now I am forced to buy a new phone because of this place, I will not be purchasing nothing from this store EVER!

They are very friendly I went in there today with a phone that had water damage and could not be fixed and she helped me get a new phone with in an hour same number and company. She has help with broken screens over ten times with me literally I highly recommend them for any of you phone services.🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Don’t judge a book by its cover.I initially chose this location for iPhone screen repair because it was open later than the others. It’s not in the best location. What a wonderful surprise in the service!! The manager Laurel was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Service was fast and professional. My phone looks brand new! They had a great inventory of phones and accessories as well. 5 star service in every regard!

I had some concern about where to go not having an apple certified provider here in town. I inquired with my friends on facebook and several people chimed in immediately with Phone Hub. They fixed my broken iphone 11 screen in about 30 minutes.. the job was really professional and no marks were left on my phone. The lady at the counter was super friendly. The pricing was less than I expected to pay. Would definitely recommend.

My daughters iPhone screen was completely trashed went in she gave me the price and told me to come back in 1 hour. Looks completely new and works great. Even have lifetime warranty unless we get water in it or it gets dropped!!

Great customer service and honest people! My sons phone stopped charging, we tried to charge it on a cpl different chargers and none of them worked.. so I brought it to Laural at Phone Hub. I left it with her and gave her my # to call when it was ready. Well, she called me about 30 minutes later and said the phone was charging fine and suggested instead of paying them to put a new battery in, I buy a new charger with charging block. So that’s what I did and it’s been charging just fine since! Thanks y’all!!

I had to fix my phones broken screen, and honestly I couldnt have found a better place. Phone looked brand new and prices were very reasonable. The customer service was top notch and the people were very friendly. One of the best workers there was a gentleman called Rami, really professional and helpful.

Bought two phones was told that they were new got home and found out they are not new asked if he could give me a deal if I bought both I was told yes looked at receipt and no deal then story changed seller doesnt have much knowledge of anything will not be going there again

I had a positive experience. Process was fast and my iPhone is working perfect.

Had an iPhone screen replaced for over $100 dollars, and half the screen just stopped working after 2 months. No cracks or drops on the screen. This place is just complete trash. I went back and asked to get the screen replaced and all they could do is give me a $10 discount.Why should we pay more if they are using garbage parts???Just don’t come to phone hub!

I came from Florida to Georgia to visit a relative and I dropped my phone and shattered the glass front, I went to the phone hub and they had my phone for four hours to replace the glass front, we left and went 10 minutes away to get something to eat and I realized on my note 2 I have a button on the bottom and it was not working so I called them and explained what was wrong, they first told me the glue hadnt dried yet and to give it a few more hours, and then said to bring it back in on monday and they could fix it. I explained I was going back to Florida on Sunday afternoon could I bring it back now or 2morrow? they said they were closing the store at that time and they were closed on sunday. they didnt try to rectify the situation at all and I just wanted people to know that now that I am back in florida I took it to have it fixed again and they found the two bottom corners were cracked and they had not put it back together properly thats why the button wasnt working, I was told by my repair guy here that the phone hub put a plastic cover over the glass which hid the cracks in the corners of the phone. DO NOT TRUST THEM AND CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE WALKING OUT OF THE STORE, THEY ARE APPARENTLY AMATUERS LEARNING HOW TO DO THIS TYPE OF WORK

I would not recommend any to get there phone fix here because I recently just got my iPhone 6s plus fix and my phone will not work it wont let my type or even unlock my phone i have restart my phone over and over again to get it to work correctly.
