Took forever and told me I wouldn’t get the 450. RebateOn my phone, when I gotHome I called Verizon and they said I should of gotten it. Not an easy experience, the girl was nice but I should of gotten the 450. For my old phone. At Verizon I talked to a manager also and and he said I should of gotten it.

We never could get anyone at verizon to help us..but going to Costco we had a fantastic lady named Amber who went beyond her duty. Im beyond impressed...thku you Amber for all you did.

Im 70 years old, changed my phone # to Verizon with promotional free phone. They were very eager to answer my Qs and set me up with a plan of $64/. Went back to ask Qs and he just played games on his phone while I talked. Bill was much higher than expected 😞
