My floor project had some major glitches due to the installer I chose (who was not referred to me by this business), but Direct Flooring went above and beyond to solve my problems. Sam was easy to work with, communication was prompt and thorough, and he made sure the final results met my expectations. Their integrity was exceptional and outstanding. I highly recommend doing business with them, and my new floor is beautiful.

Provided second rate service fraught with problems. Floor was cut shorter than baseboards are thick in more than one place. Walls look like base boards were removed with a claw hammer like tool when a 12 inch flat prybar would do zero damage. There are at least 10 dents in the drywall just above baseboards throughout the house and 20 or more serious black scuff marks in the walls and door frames (the paint was new throughout the house). Closet doors were removed and reinstalled improperly or not at all. Demanded 100% payment up front (cant believe my wife agreed to this) and refused to install toilets and sink they removed. Installer tried to repair some damage by touching up paint and used the wrong color even though correct paint was right next to the paint can they found and used.

Very friendly and knowledgable staffs, great selection from carpet to hardwood. Shout out to Keith, helped me getting my laminade from out of state and explained my all questions about installation. Forgot the names of other staff that helped me loading the laminade, Thank you guys! Will be back for more after I finish installing the first batch.

We worked with Keith for our flooring needs. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process so there wouldnt be any surprises. When his staff came to install the vinyl flooring, they were prompt and professional. They even got the job done early because the first day they worked from 8:15 to almost 7:30 and they cleaned up before they left! Because we were installing vinyl our baseboards had to come off..... Going into this process, my biggest concern was the baseboards and although a few did break they were able to glue those pieces before reinstalling. With a little sanding and paint, no one can tell the difference. We will definitely use Direct Flooring for our future flooring needs.

I chose Direct Flooring Center to install linoleum in our 3 bathrooms because of their high quality product at the best price - but as it turned out, there is a far better reason to select them as your contractor...they stand behind their work!We were thrilled with the quality of installation of the flooring, which completely changed the appearance of all 3 rooms. Unfortunately after a week, it became apparent that a small pebble had been missed under the new linoleum in a high traffic area. I was even more concerned when a neighbor warned me that many contractors will try to push an easy fix of cutting out and replacing a 1 patch, which he said would surely fail within a year or two at most.I was not looking forward to a confrontation, but prepared for the worst when calling to report the issue. The call was answered by manager Keith Kessler, who immediately put any and all my concerns to rest. From the outset, he expressed concern for the problem, and told me the only way to fix this issue would be complete replacement of the flooring. He offered to work with me regarding removal/replacement of fixtures and toe boards, and schedule a complete flooring replacement as soon as possible. I had chosen the mid-level of a product, which as it turned out would take 6 weeks to deliver from the East Coast - the same product in the premium level (with lifetime warranty) was readily available (at no extra charge) locally and the installation was scheduled almost immediately. Mr Kessler returned my call several times that same day to update me on availability and scheduling, each time expressing concern that he wanted me to be a satisfied customer in every respect.I am well beyond satisfied, and submit to you that the best reason to select Direct Flooring Center to be your supplier/contractor is the fact that they honor their commitment...their word is their contract, something that has been lost to so many of this generation!

Bought carpet and pad and installed with a friend who professionally installs two separate occasions in 20 years. It’s been eight years since my last purchase and the quality of the carpet is good, because it still looking great. Returning this week as a return customer for another home.

I’ve worked with Keith Kessler for years on multiple projects a year. I find him to be 100% honest and fair 100% of the time. If he says something will happen, it happens. On the rare occasion where something goes wrong, he’s the first one to step up to make it right. His work ethics and business practices are beyond reproach.

Judge at Direct Flooring was great from day one! We went in several months before we actually had an install done, and looked at hardwood floors. Then a few months went by, and he gave us a call to see if we had settled into our new home and if we were interested in revisiting the store to look at new products. The phone call prompted us to go in, and we started the install process. He was VERY patient and allowed us to look at all the options again (I am very picky). After we had narrowed down the different colors, he gave us some samples to take home and look at, and set up to come out (on his day off I might add) and do our measuring so that we could get an estimate. Then, emailed us several options, and we went forward. He made sure that we had the best installer and was helpful throughout the entire process, including deliver the product so the install would be on time. I would recommend Judge and Direct Flooring if you want a job done and done right the first time.

Best flooring place in town!

My worst experience with contractors happened with Direct Flooring.I ordered vinyl flooring from Direct Flooring and hardwood flooring from another contractor. Following the advice of the store manager at Direct Flooring, I scheduled the vinyl installation on the last day of my hardwood flooring installation, so that vinyl and hardwood installers can work side-by-side and coordinate on transition.On the scheduled date, the installers arrived at my house 1 hour late, saw the hardwood installer who was finishing up his work, and walked away abandoning the job. They left the job because the hardwood installer was still there, whereas this happened only because of the store managers advice. They ended up not working in any area of the house that needs to have vinyl installed, including the areas where hardwood installation has already been finished before they came in. The store managers only proposal to resolve this is to keep me waiting for weeks before the installers come in again. I have to postpone all my contractor appointments that cannot start until the vinyl installation finishes.I did not find out about any of this until I got home after work. Direct Flooring ruined my plan for remodeling my house. If I continue working with them, my house would remain in uninhabitable condition for 4 additional weeks.

They turned my ugly basement into a lovely living space. How ever im now scared to drink my beers down there because I dont want to ruin the lovely carpet.

We had one room done several months ago, and we had another room done recently, with no problems. We will have another room done in a few more months and we will use Direct Flooring.

My experience with Direct Flooring was awful. Initially when Moe came and measured the house and showed me samples things were great. She was nice and extremely professional. After payment was made things went sour. They either no showed or canceled my installation 3 times either the day of or day before and came across as if it was no big deal. When having to prepare for installation it is a lot of work and turns the house upside down and my home was in this state for 2 months because they couldnt fit us into their busy schedule. After installation I had finishing work that was not done and had to call 3 times and explain it to 3 different people because the employees I spoke with were no longer there and my needs were forgotten. I would not suggest using this company.

Just had the new flooring put in and it is so beautiful, it changes the look of the whole entire room. Carl at Direct Flooring in Albany Oregon made everything so easy and at our convenience . They came out and measured and called us on the next day with a price. The flooring was ordered and a day was scheduled for the work to be done. There were no hassles or having to jump through hoops to have this done. When the installers came in my house they got to work, put the flooring in and cleaned up any messes they made. They took all the empty boxes and old molding with them. They were extremely polite and answered all my questions. We will be going through Direct Flooring again when we decide to do another room.

The schedule date was not kept, the install people were unprofessional and the quality of the work remain unfinished.The floor entries to kitchen and bathroom dont match, and they removed the front door and left the job without rehanging the door. Leaving the house wide open until I got home. When I called their Albany office I was informed that the install had kids and had to leave and he would be back on Thursday. (2 days later).Needless to say am not a happy customer. And will never refer Direct Flooring to anyone.

My husband and I had just purchased a condo in Corvallis and we were excited to get new floors in. We went to the showroom and the sales person, Judge, was very friendly (as was everyone else in the store) and helpful. He guaranteed we could get a good price and have our floors done in the time that we needed them to be. We scheduled a consultation and he figured out how much we would need to get done and how much it would cost us. We picked the floors that we loved but they need to be ordered. We planned to have the floors done 6/24 and have them finished on 6/26 and we would move in to our new home on 6/27. Judge guaranteed it would all be done by then.My husband stopped by our condo to see the progress on 6/26. To our surprise, no work had been done. My husband called Direct Flooring and was told he would get a call back from Judge. He waited for an hour waiting for a phone call but never got one. He called again and they were closed. He drove back to Albany where we were living at the time. He called Judge first thing in the morning and he wasnt available. He was told he would get a call and a few hours go by and he hears nothing. My husband calls AGAIN and it was explained to him that they double booked an installation so they didnt start ours but said they were sending more helpers so they would get the job done by Friday.Friday comes and we were concerned the floors wouldnt be done. After a 10 hour work day, I drive to our condo to check..this was about 630 at night. I was extremely upset to find that the floors were in fact NOT done and it was a MESS. They didnt finish the transitions in the entryway, in the closets or in the bathrooms. They also did not finish installing the closet bracket that the doors need to slide open and close. They left a light on and our ceiling fan on. There was dust and dirt EVERYWHERE. I was so upset because we were moving the next morning at 6 AM. I had to drive back to Albany, pick up my husband and cleaning supplies and drive back to Corvallis to clean. We didnt finish cleaning until after 10 PM.We were FURIOUS. My husband called them the next day and Judge was not available--big surprise. The gentleman he spoke with was very nice and tried to appease my husband but we were just so angry. It was finally explained to us that they ordered the WRONG transitions and thats why they didnt finish the job, that they had to order it and it would be delivered sometime in a few weeks and we would have to get it installed whenever the installer had the next available appointment. This, of course, was absolutely unacceptable. I sent an email complaint to Direct Flooring telling them that it is unacceptable. That once the transitions come in, they should work around OUR schedule and get them installed ASAP. We finally got a all the next morning AFTER my complaint, and they said they get the floors finished when it was convenient for us.They send a different installer than the one that had worked on our place previously. He then realizes that they didnt order enough of the transitions and more would have to be ordered. This time the nice gentleman that my husband spoke to previously called him right away and explained that the previous installer didnt know that there wasnt enough and will get it ordered and have it finished ASAP.We wanted some of our money back but they said they cant do that and could only give us a discount on future services which is ridiculous because we will never use them again. We should have waited to pay them until the job was done. If a manager reads this, I would like our terrible experience reviewed and have you really take into consideration refunding some of our money because this was a horrible ordeal. Had they been in contact with us and let us know what was going on, then we would have understood. If they didnt leave our place a mess and have us find out that things werent done on our own by surprise then we wouldnt be this upset. I DO NOT recommend them!

Direct flooring installed carpet for a commercial office we are working on. They installed on schedule, their rubber base work was not amazing and they scratched up the newly painted walls by leaning the rolls of carpet on them. Im not impressed, I hope the client saved a lot of money on the purchase price.
