I had a great experience at this store . As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Ada . She was very helpful with finding the perfect gift for my girlfriend . I will do all of my future candle shopping here because of her.

Today while shopping I was assisted by Erva, and Nikki both of them were friendly and helpful. Im not normally one to write reviews but these two definitely deserve some recognition! Thank you both for your help!

My Experience at Yankee Candle was AWESOME!! My Boyfriend had given me a $100 Giftcard to Yankee Candle. I had soo much fun picking out different Candles that I wanted! Ada Spadaro was TRULY AMAZING AND TRULY HELPFUL TO ME!! SHE TRULY EXEMPLIFIES CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My Boyfriend and I would definitely come back in a heartbeat!! My experience at the Crossgate Mall Yankee candle this Friday afternoon was absolutely wonderful everyone was very helpful, respectful, and patient. I went mid afternoon because I was shopping for a numbet of candles and gifts for vacation. I also wanted pictures on my candles which i had never done before, while I did not realize the time involved the young college women took very good care of me. She had to seek just a lil help from the manager but was patient and did an extraordinary job. While she was working on putting the pictures on my candles the manager stopped what she was working on to see if there was anything else she assist me with. While that was ny sole reason for visiting after the manager showed me the 50% off items and sale items I was able to pick up a few additional gifts. The two of them made certain my purchase was packaged and secured for me to not only make it home with them but the manager suggested how i should travel with my to assure i arrive with them to my vacation destination safely. My visit was certainly a breath of fresh air as Id stopped visiting store and have been doing most of my shopping online due to the lack of customer service so this was totally a pleasant yet welcomed surprised and experience. 5 Stars to the two of them! 😊
