While Bennett has worked with our family on past projects, this was our first experience with them on our own project. They constructed a 2nd bathroom for us from an existing closet. We worked with Tony C and Justina during the design process and they were able to create a very unique space out of the odd shaped closet that they had to work with. They were flexible on materials, took into account our specific desires and worked through the construction loan process every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with their sales and design team and in the end, we are enjoying our gorgeous bathroom and all its many details. Within the same project scope, they upgraded our electric service to the house as it was old, and as a courtesy, slid that part of the project in earlier than scheduled so that we could have our AC unit working for the summer heat. This was not necessary for them to accommodate us in this way, but it made us feel considered and accommodated considering the lead time on building materials with this current market.The bathroom details would not have come to fruition without our Lead Installer, Adam Squires. Adam communicated regularly via text and phone, during the 6 weeks that the bathroom took to construct, asked our opinions regularly and in advance to give us time for input before construction and thought ahead of our instincts to make sure that we had a more than satisfactory finished product. He arranged for the soft closing hinge on the pocket door (knowing we wouldn’t want it to slam), took the time to experiment with the the stain color of the shelf trim to make sure it was exactly as we envisioned and added the motion sensor dimming switch for the accent light to make the normal lighting not so severe at night. These details accentuated his excellent all around workmanship from the planning of the rough plumbing, electrical, coordination with the plumber and electrician to the sheet rocking, tile installation, finish carpentry and painting.Our bathroom is beautiful and we can’t wait to do our next project with Bennett.

We contracted with Bennett Contracting to enclose our screened-in porch. We are beyond happy with the results! What went from a 2-season porch, mostly used by our cats, is now a beautiful additional room to our home! We could not have been happier with the work performed replacing our kitchen and dining room, also adding an upstairs laundry room to our 1960’s ranch house. The entire process from design to finished product was a pleasure and the results are simply stunning. The design team worked with us to come up with a general concept and was able to transform it into a vision even better than what was pictured. The construction team came in each day with a plan and was incredibly flexible in making adjustments to fit the overall plan into the actual footprint of our house. The process was enjoyable throughout, watching our house transform each day, and when completed looking as good as if the house had just been built. The team was also able to repair some old construction issues that used to leave us with freezing pipes, bringing everything into the heated part of the house to prevent future issues. I would highly recommend all that worked with us including EJ, Sarah, Jason, Joe, and Chris, as all are top notch and were incredibly responsive throughout the project. My only wish is we had done it sooner.

I decided to use Bennett to install my storm door. Im pretty handy and have done a lot of projects around the house myself along with hiring some handy man helpers here and there. What I have concluded is that you don’t save much time or money doing it yourself or hiring bad help. The best part about hiring Bennett was I told them what I wanted and I did not put anymore time or worry into it. They came when they said they would and the quality was what I expected. Very professional company. Also the storm door is awesome! Screen rolls down then you slide the glass. FANCY!

I used Bennett Contracting, LLC to transform my 1960 childhood home into 2021. I cannot say enough good things about EJ, Sarah, Jason, Chris A, Chris H and Bob P. Leland and his crew did an excellent job installing new siding on our house and sealing our windows with new flashing and tape to correct a chronic leaking problem. They were always prompt, friendly, courteous and professional. They communicated well on all aspects of the job and addressed any concerns we had. They suggested a number of nice touches that improved the appearance of the final project and went beyond what we expected them to do. They cleaned up after themselves every day. All-in-all the completed project was first rate and we would recommend their work to anyone.We can only give five stars, but if we could give ten stars we certainly would.

Our kitchen has been transformed from a 1980s one to a beautiful, up to date 21st century version. Tony and Justina were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient as we planned the project. Heath, our master craftsman, did an amazing job- he widened a door opening, completely changed the kitchen footprint, took out a closet, sheet-rocked, painted, installed our new floor and lighting.. the list goes on and on. He was always on time and so very respectful of us. We can not say enough about how pleased we are with the process and results and recommend Bennett Contracting 100%.

Got 3 quotes, they were $1K less for the same windows. They told me exactly when they were coming and knew how to do this in an old house. All good; I would recommend them.

Fortunately Bennett was more reliable than I am with reviews. I am more than pleased with this company, right from the estimator Anthony, the head contractor Chris and his assistant Andrew to each person I came in contact with. Basically Bennett built a house on a house. I added a second floor with three bedrooms and a bath which included skylights and a fireplace. The professionalism and quality of work was incredible. They made sure things were done as I wanted and offered suggestions about things that I hadnt thought of. There were no delays due to weather, vacations or illness. The work was completed in the time frame that was given to me on the contract. I cant say enough good things about this company......and you get what you pay for!!!! Thank you

Joe and Chris came on time and were very professional. They converted a garage door opening to a window. They built in the picture window and finished the outside with siding. The picture window was sealed and weatherproofed. Not only was the work excellent, their estimate was well below other contractors. I got exactly what I wanted under budget. I look forward to working with them on other projects in the future.

Initially, we met with project manager, Tony Cicchino and project designer Sarah McDonald . We had more meetings and planning with Sarah . We found her pleasant to work with and she had ideas without being pushy. When it was time to select appliances and flooring, she met us at those business locations and together we met with the sales staff. Besides emails, we met with Sarah about 4 times at our home and her office. We enjoyed working with her and benefitting from her experience, Our only other contact with Tony was an issue with a cabinet with a lazy susan that that was resolved with a lowering of cost to remedy the the issue. Once the work began, the primary installer was Adam Squires.Adam was on site for about 6 weeks. He was at our house most days, at least 8 hours, sometimes more. Adam was a hard worker with quality skills and an eye for detail. He worked alone a majority of the days, unless an assist from a man named David, who helped with the painting and wall paper removal. We are retired, so my wife and I were home most days and we found him easy to be around while he worked. Adam kept the work area clean, which we appreciated. When we had questions or concerns, Adam was happy to discuss and sometimes offered alternative suggestions. This is the second time we have used Bennett Contracting. Overall, we were pleased with the renovation and recommend them highly.

We were pleased with the outcome of the first project (see comment below) and delighted with the results of the second. My wife and I used Bennett Contracting to redo our entire main bathroom. As this was our first major home renovation, we didnt know what to expect, as weve heard horror stories of contractors that were terrible for one reason or another. From initial contact with Josh, through the estimate and regular communication from Tony, assistance with design from Justina, and to the actual labor from Mark, Sammy and Bob, everyone from Bennett was professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. Our bathroom looks better than my wife and I had originally imagined it, and costs were clearly outlined ahead of any work, so there were no surprises.The most striking thing about working with the team at Bennett was when Mark showed up on day one of demolition (bright and early, by the way), and let us know that he was happy to work for Bennett. He saw our point, and offered to provide improved hardware to make sure we were satisfied. Sure enough, a few weeks later we received a small package in the mail from Tony, containing the new hardware. We hired Bennett to completely gut and remodel our kitchen. Their quote was competitive with other companies and we did not run into “extra charges” like many companies add on (especially for such a large project).I truly think we had a power team of EJ, Justine, and Joe. EJ was our project manager and VERY responsive for any questions we had. It is obvious he takes his job very serious and truly cares about the customer (which is often hard to find in the contract world). Justine was our designer and created a gorgeous plan. She always gave great advice when we were indecisive about some of the fine details. And lastly but definitely not least was Joe. Joe was hands down the best contractor we have ever had. He was very professional, clean, and had great attention to detail. We never felt that he was rushing or cutting corners to get to the next job. Weve used Bennett Contracting for a number of remodeling projects since 2004 and are consistently pleased with the professionalism and skill of their craftsmen. You need a good contractor. These guys are the bomb. They did some bathroom work a few years ago and professional!!!! Very trustworthy also. Lots of contactors could take some lessons from these guys.

We gutted and remodeled our bathroom. Bennett employee John did an awesome job. He paid attention to details and made sure it was done right (behind the walls and with the finished furnishings). He was always on time and treated our home with care, making sure to protect our stairs and wood floors before beginning the work each day and cleaning up at the end of the day. when it was done it felt like we were in a fancy hotel bathroom. we couldnt be happier.

Things were obviously put on hold for a while but they kept in contact with us throughout this time. This was the first major remodeling project that we have done and I must say EJ and Sarah really helped to guide us through it as there were so many decisions to be made. Bennett Contracting has completed two projects in our home. We had our master bath done last year and new flooring and backsplash done this year. We are so happy with the work. Sarah is extremely helpful with design and color options. She helped us pick out tile, flooring and paint and answered many questions. EJ is great to work with. He handled both of our projects. We have worked with EJ and team from bennett contracting on replacing our front door and interior doors and will be using them this spring/summer to replace our deck. we absolutely love the work that they do, as well as their professionalism! We had them in our house for about a week doing work- and Justin was extremely professional, kind to my super interested kids, and took all covid precautions. And best of all we LOVE our new doors. they look amazing and were installed perfectly.

Bennett installed vinyl siding on my house, which included removing the old shake shingles. The job also included installing new front porch decking, replacing a handful of exterior electrical outlets, installing a new driveway flood light, replacing a few additional exterior lights, installing a couple smart (on/off) electrical switches and a few new rain gutters. It was a pretty big job, to say the least... and Im happy with all of it. They are real pros. Im very glad I went with them. I can be pretty critical of people I hire to do work, and I have nothing but good things to say about them and the work they did.

They quoted me 8k to put railings on my existing deck, lol.Dont let them dupe you. Fixing a water damaged beam and replacing a 25 year old slider. Involved repairing siding to stop future water damage, installing a new beam, installing a new slider and transom window. Work was done quickly and the craftsmen knew what had to be done.

I wanted to send Bennett a note regarding the design staff and the field staff. The measurements and templates your staff provides us, consistently, are always right on. Your field guys are always a pleasure to work with and are always happy to help in any way possible. We don’t see that positive attitude and company value very often in a business that size. A few years ago we had Bennett replace all of our windows. The crew worked diligently to repair water damaged frames and sills before installing new windows, and did the job quickly and cleanly. Years later (and outside our original warranty date) when we noticed some ant activity in one of the windows we called Bennett again. They came promptly, identified the problem, repaired the window frame and even got rid of the ants for us! All at a reduced price because they couldnt be sure their work from all those years earlier hadnt contributed somehow to the issue. I never asked for a discount or suggested it was their responsibility. Ants are ants and find their way in sometimes in spite of best efforts! But Bennett chose to go the extra mile for us. I dont know any contractor that would be that honest and work with a client to resolve an issue like ours at their own expense! We were fans of Bennett before - but now were telling all our neighbors and friends that theyre the company to use for any and all renovations or repairs! Way to go Bennett!

Bennett completed a kitchen remodel, which included fully demolishing the existing kitchen, taking down a wall, and all new everything. My kitchen went from small, dark and cramped, to open, bright and beautiful. The process of working with Sarah and EJ to come up with the floor plan and design was fun. And the work, which was primarily completed by Joe, is simply beautiful. Joe kept a tidy job site and was a consummate professional. He did a beautiful job with some tough fixes, including matching new hardwood floors with existing, and some tricky electrical issues. The finished project is a really beautiful and functional space. I will definitely go to Bennett for future projects.

Got my windows done last December and couldn’t be happier. Windows snugged the place up and they look great. There are not enough nice words to describe Bennett Contracting, Tony, and Heath. We recently hired Bennett to renovate both of our restrooms to ADA compliance. They sent one person, and I thought it would take forever. He managed to get everything done in 3 weeks, keeping one restroom open at all times. We start early here, but he was waiting in the parking lot for us every morning. He worked all day, every day. He was very nice about doing quieter work while we had programs in the adjoining room. There are over 20 employees here, but he answered questions from anyone. We made some changes, as the work progressed. No problem: change order was done, signed, and changes were added seamlessly. He was pleasant and polite and had the best work ethic I have ever encountered. He did a great job, under difficult circumstances, and managed to get it all done in a timely fashion. And, he cleaned up after himself everyday. I would not hesitate to hire Bennett again for any project.

We had our bathroom remodeled by Bennett and we couldn’t be more pleased. From the estimate to the completion of the project, it was handled professionally. The work was meticulous and Heath did a great job!

We have been extremely happy with Bennett Contracting. They put in 9 replacement windows for us over a year ago. Their responsiveness, honesty and professionalism have been exceptional. The estimate, the work, and response to questions have always been top notch. Jeff, came recently to repair one window which was not working quite correctly. He checked all of the windows and was very thorough. Additionally, we had some handyman work done (different department). This work was, also, good. The handyman department is a little more expensive as we had plumbing, electrical and other work done. It adds up, but having specialists come in and do each of these jobs would have been more expensive. Last of all we had an estimate for some work we decided we couldnt afford. Still, Bennett gave us good advice and a fair price.

We had 10 replacement windows put in my moms house. From my first phone call with Bennett, I was pleased. They communicated/coordinated well and were very competitive in pricing with other window installers. Their workers were pleasant and efficient. Very happy with it all.

We have employed Bennett Contracting for two large jobs. A kitchen remodel (7 years ago) and a bay window replacement (recently). This company, from its sales department (EJ was awesome) to the guys doing the work are all a pleasure work with. The work they do is exceptional and I cannot recommend them enough.

We hired Bennett Contracting to replace our second story deck and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product! When we watched them tear down our old deck we were shocked how poorly built it was. This was contrasted starkly by the way the crew from Bennett built. They cut no corners and built us a fortress of a deck! I didn’t realize just how much was included in their estimate until I saw the quality of their work. Their price was a steal when you think of how much more work and materials went into our new deck compared to our old one! As a note for anyone currently shopping for a contractor, I hired Bennett just before the COVID lockdown and experienced some serious delays between social distancing orders and supply back orders. It’s definitely tough right now to get a big project like ours done, but Bennett didn’t forget about us and they ended up being worth the wait. So, I definitely suggest being patient and picking someone who will do the project right!

Jeff B. and Tony S. just completed home repair of both garage and basement leaks, the latter occurring 14 hours before I was supposed to travel internationally. Needless to say I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. Perhaps what I most valued...Already fixing my garage, Jeff stepped up without my asking to offer him and Tony to monitor and fix the basement in my absence. Was an immediate relief. With both repairs, they were totally professional--responsive to all questions and otherwise communicated well, timely and thorough, and cleaned up each day. I know almost nothing about house repairs etc., and they made what was for me a stressful situation go as easy as it could possibly go. I thank them both. Ive previously used Bennett for smaller projects, and went directly to them for this situation, no shopping around, as I knew I could trust the quality of their work. While costs may be a bit higher, the comfort of knowing the situation will be properly fixed with minimal time on my part made my decision easy.

I had 4 windows replaced. The house is an older one. The windows were special sizes. From beginning to end they were wonderful. Completely clean from beginning to end. The gentleman were professional and very pleasant to deal with. While here, I expressed some other concerns, and they helped me fix the problems so winter would be a little more pleasant. I can say enough about the job they did. The best compliment is return business, and they will be comming back in spring to do more. This is a wonderful company. They return calls quickly. I have tried many contractors over the years and in every case, Ive been disappointed and ripped off. Id heard good things about Bennett Contracting but for whatever reason, never called them. My daughter used them for window replacement and just raved about their quality of work and professionalism. I gave them a call to replace an old bow window, install a front storm door and repair some siding that had come off during a harsh winter 2 years ago. Bennet was the ONLY contractor that called me back, gave me a reasonable estimate and did the job in a reasonable amount of time. Now, I know a lot of reviews speak of their high prices. I did not feel that their prices were too high. They were about the norm. The crew that had come out and did the work was awesome. They took pride in every detail of their work. They were pleasant, respectful, and really know their trades well. They dont cut corners. Im so pleased with the work that they did and knowing that its all guaranteed gives me a sense calm. Their professionalism shown brightly from the first phone call, estimates, punctuality, and the high level of skill and quality work was stellar. I will definitely use them again.

Really, a tremendous experience from start to finish. Bennett stripped and completely rebuilt two bathrooms, and added a bedroom and bathroom as an addition. The process was efficient, and the quality is outstanding. There was excellent communication between us, the work crew, and the Bennett office. No surprise extras, and no disappearing work crews as seems to happen so often with renovations. I cant recommend the company enough.

Had a new front door installed on porch, replacing two old screen doors that were there previously. Joe (one of their carpenters) came out and installed the new door and it looks fantastic! A superior level of craftsmanship! I cant stop looking at the door. Will be hiring Bennett Contracting for more work in the future for sure.

My husband and I hired Bennett Contracting to remodel our full and half bathroom. We bought an older home in Delmar and our bathroom left us without a tub with a baby on the way! During our initial walk through Kevin was very knowledgeable and professional and really listened to what we were hoping to accomplish with our projects. An accurate quote was provided and any questions we had were answered promptly. Justina accompanied us to pick out the design elements of our bathrooms and helped make the overwhelming choices very easy! Our head contractor was Joel and we were so happy with his work. Joel went above and beyond with how clean he kept his workspace and our home during the project. I was very concerned with paint fumes, dust, etc. while pregnant but Joel took every precaution. He worked efficiently and my husband and I were in awe of his attention to detail, especially with our floor and wall tiling. We absolutely love our new bathrooms (and the baby is happy to have her tub!) and we cannot wait to bring Bennett Contracting back into our home to remodel our kitchen.

Highway robbery. Look elsewhere.We agreed to a flat rate of 95.00 an hour and ended up getting a bill for twice the amount. When questioned, I was told that it was per technician at the site! This was not disclosed at the time of hire. They also apparently charged extra for a propane tank they said they had to rent to warm up siding which wasnt disclosed either. Let me add, they wanted extra money for their gas! Do yourself a favor and find someone else.They may reply to this to defend their business but as a consumer, listen to us and not them. We are the ones looking for honesty.

We paid over 20 thousand for them to replace the rotting trim around our house. They painted over most of it and we couldnt tell until a year later when the paint began to peel. Now Im doing it myself and we wasted 20 thousand dollars. After I found out what they did. Their contact Paul wouldnt even come out to look at it. Still considering legal action.Yeah, we hired you to replace the rotten wood, not paint over it. The paint was peeling off within a year because rotten wood does not hold paint. The work was NOT done, please refrain from saying so. We did not pay you over 20,000 to paint over the rotten wood, we paid you to REPLACE it. You did NOT do so.

I talked with Steven today about future endeavors with our home in the Adirondacks and I’m simply blown away with his knowledge professionalism and and ability to retain the smallest detail that I have brought up. This company is just miles above the rest.

Recently I needed emergency repair of my severely damaged living room ceiling (due to a sudden water pipe leak) and Bennett Contracting Company came to my rescue. From my first contact with EJ at the office service department to Jeff, the contractor who completed the work, every contact was highly professional and dedicated to providing quality service. Jeff did an outstanding job. He arrived on time, had an array of the proper materials and tools to do the job, worked carefully and efficiently to preserve the wallpaper, removed a propeller fan in order to do a thorough job (reinstalling it at the end of the project), and had a an impressive eye for detail. He also tested the paint for lead, deep cleaned my rug, and completely removed any debris, cleaning thoroughly. And, he was respectful and very pleasant to work with throughout the project and answered any questions I had, including giving some ideas for a closet renovation Im planning. I highly recommend Bennett Contracting for highly professional and skilled workmanship and dedicated service.

The work they do is great but way over priced when compared to competitors. 6k-7k higher then the avg siding install when I priced at 5 local competitors. I Would recommend to shop around unless you do not mind paying a higher rate. I have heard good things about the quality of work. The reason for my score is the extremely high number I received for the first quote. The guy that came was for the quote was nice.

I know that others have complained that Bennett might cost more than other options you can find, but to me, it was money well spent. There was never a doubt about the quality of the work and materials being used and they couldnt have been more professional. Ill happily pay more for a better product and that is what Bennett provided.

Bennett renovated my 32 year old, builder-grade small kitchen and two baths down to the studs. Their work is beautiful in every respect, carpentry, tiling, etc. They work straight through, i.e., non-stop. I would definitely use them again. I knew their excellent reputation from coworkers who had used them for quite different projects and felt it was worth it in order to have complete confidence that there would be a satisfactory result.

I recently hired Bennett for a plumbing job and could not be happier. Their level of service and quality of work went above and beyond what I was expecting. From the start of the job to completion was on schedule. EJ Bonacker, the project estimator, and his staff were in constant communication with me. Would recommend them for any home improvement project.

At first I thought Bennett did excellent work for a reasonable cost when I saw all these reviews. Boy was I wrong.We got a rough ballpark estimate to remove two walls in our living room kitchen area, and add a beam for open concept, as well as remove 600 sq ft of popcorn ceiling. He said we needed a structural engineer first to draft prints which is $3,000 before we even hire them, then an additional $20-$25k and they would not be able to start until August. That is absolutely outrageous. Of which another company quoted us less than $10,000 for the walls, beam, popcorn ceiling, and no need for a structural engineer.With all due respect their estimates are way way over priced compared to pretty much any other contractor out there. Three years ago, they quoted us at $95k for the basement, that was done for $30k including a full bathroom and all new windows. We helped out a little with cleaning to keep cost down considerably but I just dont see how we got a $90,000 quote for something that was realistically about $30k when all done, with even a little diy. They said we needed an egress exit when we already had the garage access through the laundry room and the stairs to upstairs as well.I understand they might want things done the right way but I dont see why anyone would or could afford roughly three times the quote of any other company.My Aunt got a quote from them for her deck in 2012, it was considerbly more than who she decided to go with. How does Bennett get any business at all when their ballpark estimates and time frames are extremely unrealistic?They probably staged the reviews here and on Angies list. No matter how much reputation this company has for quality or You get what you pay for 5 star reviews that would want to rate ten stars for a job well done it will never compensate for how much overhead they charge.I would like to say someday we will hire Bennett, and that was my dream because I see how other people are so happy with them. But our wallets just cant do it compared to literally every other company. I pray someday their prices will be more reasonable once competition starts kicking up.

Contacted several contractors for an estimate on siding and gutters for our addition. Bennett had the best price, took the time to explain our options and made the process as easy as possible. Finished product still looks great a year out. Would definitely turn to them for future projects.

So ... Bennett just wrapped up a project at our home East of Albany. What started out as a possible siding job wound up as a complete window replacement, siding and roof replacement job and... minor bathroom renovation. Throughout the process, from the initial visit with Kevin Gutman to the men on site, the experience was a positive one. I strongly recommend Bennett for all of your renovation needs - Just started a fund for what I hope to be phase two come spring!

We just used Bennett for the first time to replace some fairly large windows my husband couldnt do himself. I am very impressed. We had gotten a few estimates and these guys seemed to have the best product for the best price. We also loved that the sales guy was in & out of our house unlike some other ones that stayed here for over an hour trying to sell us everything under the moon. The windows were put in yesterday & I cant believe how quick they were. The contractors were professional & skillful. If I ever need anything else done to the house I would call them again for sure.

I hired Bennett contracting to convert an L shaped deck from wood to Trex. They were a delight to work with from beginning to end. Price was very fair. EJ is very professional in producing the estimate and takes the time necessary to ensure that you are going to get exactly what you want. Joe C. built the deck and did a masterful job. It was clear that he would make sure things were done right. Problems with the deck foundation that came up along the way were carefully addressed and corrected. The Trex deck is beautiful.

They provided a quick quote. However, Bennett was $10-15k more than other contractors. Shop around.

I had a gentleman come out for consultation for removal of a wall and pantry closet and possible installation of cabinets that will be provided by direct buy, makes no sense to pay upsale fee from Bennett’s when I’m a member of direct buy. So this gentleman tells me I would be looking at 55 thousand for a kitchen remodel and btw it’s a ranch style home so the lay out can’t really do much and it’s small, For 55 thousand that would be work to entire home. He further explains he wouldn’t be Interested in the work plus liability if other contractors do work. It seems to me Steve was going to tell me without saying it how I was gonna spend my money instead of doing what I ask. Great to see small companies flourish especially with there’s family history and longevity and years backing. It comes across to me they don’t do little work anymore if it’s not big money involved. So Steve was in the office and was suppose to give me a call later on it’s now 3:41pm and no return call on top of the outrages prices he quoted. I’m not saying these guys are not good cause I will never know, but my personal experience with a one on was awkward and unsettling. The search continuesNEVER forget about the little folks!!

Just completed a re-deck of our 32 x 16 deck with TREX. EJ sent Joe to do the project. The entire experience was terrific. Although Joe did the entire job solo in weather that was, at times, difficult, he was meticulous, expert, and very tuned in to exactly what we wanted. He always asked, is that what you wanted before completing any section, keeping us in mind all the time. If something didnt look exactly right to him, hed re-do it to be sure it was correct. Could not be happier with any contractor. We had prices from 2 others, who did not have the credentials of Bennett, and the prices were virtually equal. They also installed a replacement sliding door that looks great, and trimmed it out perfectly. Id highly recommend Bennett for your home renovation work and will use them again, without a doubt, when time comes for windows or interior re-model. Thanks to EJ and Joe!
