The first call to the total installation and education on how to use the equipment was awesome. no pressure. its my home and my decision. each step brought me closer to having the security system i wanted and it meets my needs. custom security at a affordable rate.

Installation went well the technicians were friendly and courteous. The response time has been good. The system has been installed in my mothers house. Both smoke detectors were faulty but were replaced in a timely manner. We have had a few issues but we are in a wait and see mode for now. We are very hopeful the system will work well when the bugs are worked out.Over all we are satisfied

Thorough. They explained the process and guided us through our needs and how our security needs and the ADT system would benefit us and what exactly we would need to match our house requirements. They were very friendly and courteous and new their job. They took no longer than needed. They taught us how to use the system. Everything was a plus, plus.

Arthur really looked at our home and took the time to make sure we were protected, and not just sold a package of security devices. He was thoughtful, and quickly installed a system that is working for us. He was polite, thorough and took the time to answer all our questions.

Could not adequately protect all areas. Had to contact NYS AG to get refund. Used subcontractor that was rude and info not reliable.

Wes did our installation. He was very nice and explained things quite well. We were very pleased with everything and how well he and ADT worked with us.

DO NOT LET ADT on your property!! One year after they came to our house we have received a letter from an attorney...one of the installers is claiming he slipped and fell on our property?!?!....my wife was here the whole time and nothing of the sort ever happened or was mentioned. BEWARE these are the types of people they will have at your home. You could be next. When we called, ADT told us to just turn it over to our insurance company and not to worry about it....I wish i was making this up. I am not.

Best alarm company period. ADT Go is easy to use and works.
