Every time I have ordered from Parr, the quality of the product has been exceptional. Furthermore, the level of service has impressed me even more than their product. Today, I had an order delivered for a large fence to be built at an investment property. I needed the materials in the garage since the project was not going to start for several days. The driver, Omar, went out of his way to ensure all of the lumber, concrete, and hardware was stored in the garage. If not for him, I would have spent many hours moving everything. Thank you Omar!!! Staff that know the product they sell and you can be sure the product they are selling you is good...unless you are in the middle of a boom... then they are just scrambling to fill orders. They are still just about the only game in town for a variety of higher end materials and special order stuff.

As an owner/builder, Im not what youd call a pro, and need information when I make my building material purchases. Tim at Parr has been amazingly accomodating and responsive over the past two years while I have been remodeling my home. Parrs delivery drivers are amazingly careful, skilled and responsive and even handle returns taking back material I dont need and crediting me for it. If they dont have what I need, they suggest alternatives, or can get what I need usually the next day. Their pricing is great, and their entire staff is helpful, professional and even friendly...even to a wannabe builder like myself. I thoroughly enjoy working with Parr in Albany and highly recommend them for any home or yard building project.

Great place for lumber. From door hinges, doors, plywood, facia board and many more lumber product. I got some 2x6 forest trim 20ft. Good price too.

I had a great experience when purchasing lumber and supplies for a recent deck project. The delivery driver worked extra hard to place the materials right were I wanted them. Contrary to what I originally thought, their prices where cheaper on all but two products. Id highly recommend Parr Lumber to other homeowners and DIYers.
