Found my Mother of the Bride Dress here !!! It was stunning and Nicole was charming knowledgeable and extremely helpful guiding us through the wedding process!

My sister purchased a wedding dress from this place that she instantly fell in love with. Once she picked it up (months later) it looked like someone had worn it to their wedding, destroyed it, and the staff placed it back into the bag for her to purchase. The excuse they gave was that she can swear on the Bible that no one had wore the dress. No Im sorry or how can I make it right. NOTHING. Basically they told her the lighting in the shop is different, which makes it seem like a different dress than what youre actually buying. Really? Please, dont ever buy a floor model dress from this place & leave it for months. The dress was dirty at the bottom, ripped in back, and lipstick on the inside. Those things were not there before purchasing the dress. Even the cleaners stated that she was ripped off, and they did not want to touch the dress due to the fact that it was signed. She will not purchase any more of the bridal party dresss or tuxedos rom this place. For someones upcoming wedding day, the least you could have done was offered to make things right for the already stressed bride. Horrible experience.

We made our appointment via phone call. Paid the 25.00 fee. During the phone conversation, we asked if the dresses were ordered or did we buy off rack. We were told they would be ordered and would need up to 6 months for delivery. We arrived and were shown several dresses. My daughter picked her dress. She loved it. We ask about ordering it and the sales representative said that it could not be ordered and that we would have to buy the sample.This was a huge disappointment. It had pulls and tears and they still wanted 1,500 for the worn out sample.This was extremely misleading and very unprofessional.I do not recommend. Bait and switch.We will not be purchasing any of thebridal party gowns from them.Signed,Buyers remorse

Nicole was so welcoming and nice! As soon as we walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and inviting! Nicole already had dresses picked out, and she was very tentative, she was not pushy at all! We were able to find and buy everything we needed, and it was all affordable! I definitely would tell anybody in Albany, GA or the local areas to use Heavens to Betsy’s Bridal ship!

From the moment I walked into Betsy’s I was immediately greeted by the warm and extremely friendly staff. And it was great because the woman who greeted me had the same name!! I felt very comfortable and Nicole helped make me feel confident while I was trying on dresses! I was beyond pleased with the services rendered. There was not a wide variety of dresses my daughter was only able to try on 2 dresses but had to pay a $25 fee that didn’t go towards anything but money lost, soooo if you don’t mind giving away your money for poor service then be my guess with a small selection of wedding dresses. Btw I understand now why the parking lot was empty and no one was in the store the 30 minutes that we were there with the 2 dresses that she was able to try on.

This place was wonderful..after searching for two months I finally found my dress here..brought me to tears..the staff was excellent..would definitely recommend this place to everyone..going back for more dresses soon
