Even though some things are expensive others arent. They carry a lot of the things I like. Their kpop section is quite nice compared to others. They actually have groups other than bts and blackpink. And the employees are sweet! Overall a nice store, I just wish some things werent horribly expensive.

I have not been here in many years, I was a little disappointed that they had VERY LITTLE music but any and everything else you could want and then some. This is one of the most funniest things ever.

Great selection of DVDs, CDs, fandom/anime/horror merch, Asian snacks and drinks, etc. which is what I typically go here to buy. Store is always usually clean and staff are friendly. Not as many retro/vinyl things as they used to have, but still a great store for many other pop culture things.

Just the absolute worse!Ordered Alien Reaction Midnight figures but received the Dusk ones.Order these as a gift and got rush shipping as one of my friends kids birthday is tomorrow and knew they should arrive on time. His kid is a huge Aliens fan and already has a bunch of stuff but my friend said these were new out. So i ordered them and I just received them today in the mail and sure enough my fear came true. Wrong product sent. This was not the first time Ive had issues with FYE. During last Christmas I had a disagreement with a staff member at the Bensalem branch, who didnt want to honour their Funko Pop promotion because they said it was the last pop (that i picked up) was last in stock.Now during this lockdown time I cant even speak to someone, I have to email. Just poor experience. Bad customer service, will never use them again.

Has everything a nerd or geek wants when it comes to movies and music. Old records, DVDs, etc. They even have some novelty items. Very nice place indeed.

Fun, interesting, inexpensive! I was pleasantly surprised as I hadnt been to FYE in many years. My last visit, nearly a decade ago, the store was near the food court, big, and very expensive. EVERYTHING has changed. I particularly enjoyed the wealth of used movies this time!

Over all i had quite a few unpleasant experiences and the worst of all was accidentally getting caught up in some bizarre subscription purchase. Staff have a tendency to push the who subscription service that if you are distracted for even a moment bam you have some unwanted magazine. Otherwise the products that are sold are quite enjoyable and range from movies to music and everything under the geek spectrum.

Ive never gone into an FYE. I should have! What a cool store, everything under the sun in here. Exotic and strange, fun and funny cool and hip.

FYE used to be the king of music and television sales but now that they have redone most of their stores I find myself surrounded in a sea of cheaply made electronics and over priced merchandise and used movies. Staff are very good here but the most I ever walk out with is candy.

You can always find something fun here. POP culture heaven. pricing is always high unless you catch a sale. fun place to window shop.

The lady that was next to the guy cashing me out (employee) was very rude when I was trying to cash out, I was buying one of my favorite vinyls and she was telling me how the artist of the vinyl has an absolute trash personality. Which absolutely makes no sense how someone can judge another person without knowing them. This girl has colorful-ISH hair, she was a fatty, and she had a little Caucasian tan. I am disgusted and I never want to see her in that store again.

Good got newly released videos but can only get s decent discount with a fye backstage membership card with annual enrollment.

Used to love FYE, was so excited to find one while on vacation. Its unfortunate that they sold me a defective DVD and are uncooperative when it comes to returning it. Online assistance wont help with physical store purchases and returns can only be done in person. With half of their stores closed down, returns are near impossible. I now understand why my local store closed down years ago.

Very big selection of Funko POPs! The employees working here are very nice. One of the employees helped me if they had any of the POPs that were in stock that I was looking for and they had a few that I wanted!

My friend loves this place, Im not as big of a fan, feels like a watered down hot topic. Still a fun store to go into though.

One of the few surviving FYE stores in the area.. Has the right mix and finally their prices are now competitive instead of absurdly overpriced in compared to there competitors.. I always try to visit when at the mall, I always find something interesting tgere.

HATE this place. First you move to a smaller, less convenient location and then you rid of some of your merchandise,THEN you randomly make a charge to my bank account (mind you I havent been to your store since you switched locations because I hate it that much) and when I called to get a refund, your employee hung up on me.I work at a law firm in Albany and I will be pursuing legal action, this is ridiculous. How DARE you go into my bank account and steal from me? I sat at work all day today, never even set foot in the mall! How do you just randomly charge someones account?I couldnt be more pissed at a company. You absolutely disgust me.

I love the look of the new store! Its been a while since Ive been to an FYE and they have changed and upgraded their store. Paul, the manager, was super helpful. They have a huge selection of POPs and other pop culture items. Its straight up nerd-vana! And even though they have expanded their selection of collectibles and apparel, they have still managed to keep a fantastic selection of new and used CDs and DVDs/Blu-rays. They had some amazing sales when i was there and I will absolutely be back soon to check in and see whats new and what other sales they will have! Awesome store!

Wow, horrible. They moved into a smaller store and got rid of so much of their movies and music. A lot of candy for some reason and stupid stuff like toys. Its official, fye is dying, if not, already dead. Colonie center store just became number one.

Rude staff if you are looking for anything thats not normal horrible music selection. Nothing in the industrial or punk genres .
