Went here for an appointment to get my first ever piercing done because I had heard and seen such awesome reviews about this place. I was scheduled for 5pm and the piercer couldnt be found at first, then I was told they had to leave due to a family emergency. I understand that, but I was never called to change the appointment time, then told I had been rescheduled for a random time in the upcoming weeks without me ever being told about or confirming the time and date? Sorry, but I will not be returning here. Drove over an hour and a half for nothing. Giving three stars because the male staff member that greeted me was very friendly and concerned about my situation/the shop was otherwise very clean and professional looking.

I took myself and 2 of my friends kids to get nose piercings. Se7en did them. I liked that it was a relaxed environment. He was very nice and explained the different rings and prices to us. I took a star off because 1 of the girls bled a lot and she was super scared. Other than that, we all got what we wanted at a pretty good price. I want to go back for another piercing. I got my nose pierced here and Seven, the specialist, was very meticulous! He’s also a great conversationalist; open, honest and takes your mind off of the process. The front is a barber shop and the piercings and tattoos are done in the back. They used a needle here, not a piercing gun, so it stung a little but it was all clean. There’s a beautiful dog named Medusa and everyone in the shop is very friendly. Would recommend for anyone looking to get a piercing in Albany!

Went to get a piercing yesterday and i can say it was by far the best customer service I have ever received. The owner was so patience, friendly and generous. I highly recommend this place. Also they have a barber by the name of randy/dread he fire 🔥 at hair cuts. My friend couldn’t stop talking about her hair.

Se7en is the best barber shop/tattoo/ piercing place in the capital district, my wife went in for three different piercings and I have to say I was blown away by how clean, friendly, and knowledgeable the owner and staff are. There is always someone out in the main area who will greet you, the owner se7en who does the piercing has over 30 years of experience and it shows. He was extremely gentle during all steps of the piercing process and was beyond helpful in answering any questions we had. Great clean nice place that really represents the hospitality and professionalism of businesses in the Albany area.

Brought my 17 year old daughter for cartilage piercing on a Sunday afternoon. No appointment needed, very reasonably priced. Piercing was done very fast and very little pain. Would highly recommend for piercings. Great experience and very satisfied with piercing results

My friend and I got our tounges pierce and it was fantastic. Great service friendly people and an overall relaxed environment! Prices are unbeatable. UPDATE: just kidding I had to take my tongue piercing out yesterday because it wasn’t pierced in the wrong spot. The under side was way to the side in my blood vessels so every time I spoke or ate or literally did anything my mouth would fill up with blood. I do not recommend.

Just got a cover-up done and have no complaints whatsoever it was a great experience all the employees were friendly. Walked in and the guy there had another appointment already but called another artist, Alex to come in and he came in willingly, took his time and gave me an amazing tattoo! I went into the shop to get 2 piercings today. i have never been there before but i drove an hour and a half to get these done. i called two times prior to the appointment to confirm. i got there but... the piercer left and forgot i had an appointment. i am very disappointed in this service after all of the great reviews.

We went in for nipple peircings and it was an amazing experience. Even though we were nervous they lightened the mood. Clean and thorough.Even when we had a girl that was Light headed watching and even faint all attention was put on her. Well deserving of 5 stars!

I had an appointment at 4.... at 4:30ish someone walked in and asked if I had a tattoo appointment and I said yes then he left and never came back, another worker (i think a barber) was sitting there watching tv until 4:40 I got a call saying to go to a different location??? When I went the lady working there had no clue what I was talking about... unprofessional

Went just yesterday and no barbers at all but was open to tell you no barbers. Wow. Still doing floors? Half the barbers in pics on website dont even work here. If youre lucky to get a haircut, they wont be there when you need another cut.

I came here back in January to get an industrial piercing and I was a little paranoid on whether or not this place would be legit, but after getting it done I was completely fine.
