Absolutely great. Mark was on time, did a great job repairing our spin bike and if anything undercharged. Its hard to find anyone that even returns phone calls these days but PNW bike repair does, kind of like the olden days. Best recommendation possible.

I preferred using Marks service to the local bike shops in Albany or Corvallis for the specific reasons: I live a few minutes away but hell come to you. He repaired and tuned my brakes the same day unlike others. Ordering parts and installation took less than a week. Prices are fair and competitive. Supporting an independent local business.

I highly recommend Marcs services as he is one of the few competent professionals still doing great work at a very affordable price. He maintained excellent communication prior to, during, and after fixing my two severely neglected mountain bikes. He adjusted, cleaned, and lubed everything the right way, and they finally function the way they did when I bought them.Remind me again why anyone would waste the time dropping off and picking up their bike at a shop when Marc will come to your house, itll cost less, AND you dont have to wait a week? No brainer.

Im one of those classic love to ride bikes, am overwhelmed by repairing them kinds of people, and also the type of dude whose mental health kinda depends on riding.It stands to reason, then, that I need a reliable line of bicycle repair and this guy is it. I bought a bike on Craigslist that was a little too good to be true, and of course it is a box of interrelated problems, bordering on being a lemon. I went to ride it one day and the shifting just stops working. The brakes have never really worked right. I dropped $200 at a local bike shop to fix the brakes and a day later they worked at 10%.I wasnt taking it back there, obviously, but not living in a very bike friendly town I was basically SOL. I started looking for other cheap bikes to keep my sanity, knowing Im setting myself up to fail. Anyway I remembered this service was a thing so I gave it a shot. And I am still kind of amazed how solid the whole experience was. He immediately responded to my text and had the bike in for diagnosis with rapidity. He was quick and upfront with an estimate, and had the work done in barely two days, I was able to even sneak in a shakedown ride the next sunny day, the last for what seems like months. The value of having a knowledgeable person who actually cares and has accountability for the work is exceptional. I get that bike shops have it hard but have had some awful experiences that were completely ridiculous, like aforementioned shop that misdiagnosed a problem and did a bunch of unnecessary work.I am very impressed and will go immediately to him for more repair work when the time comes. Highly appreciated and recommended.
