Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Limited furniture on site, its supposed to be customizable but the color options for tables were pretty limited. I found that none of the chairs were comfortable either, so we continued to another location for our purchase.

Our swivel chair is meticulously made. Every seam is perfectly lined up(its a bo;d plaid charcoal and cream.) Although it was more than we wanted to spend, and we waited 5 months to receive, it was worth it. It should avery long time! Lost one star for the wait.

Steven from Ethan Allan helped us locate a beautiful glass dining table that was out of stock online. He looked up in the warehouse and helped us place the order. All of this in the middle of the pandemic in 2020. He was very helpful and showed great customer service. I highly recommend Steven!!!

I relocated into my new home February of 2020. Steven designed my interiors using the pieces I owned, my antiques, and new interesting pieces from the store, that added greatly to the décor. Yesterday my new loveseats arrived and I LOVE them.They have transformed my living room. While in the store I worked with Steven picking out the loveseats and fabric. He was incredible patient. I finally picked the fabric that I thought would work. Steven could tell that I was not 100% sold on the fabric and offered to come to my home. At first I declined but then he reassured me that he was happy to come. Boy was I glad Steven persisted. What I had picked out was all wrong and Steven helped me pick out the perfect fabric. My living room looks amazing. While Steven was at my house he suggested that I have my dining chairs reupholstered in a similar fabric. He even recommended a great upholsterer. Steven is a great designer. He has great ideas because he listens to what you are saying to him. He gets you to where you want to be. Thank you Steven. Ethan Allen is lucky to have you!

Amazing shopping experience! Upon entering the beautiful showroom I was greeted by sales representative Christopher Lyden. He was patient and helpful and guided me to exactly what I was looking for. He came to my house to choose finishes so that I could be sure they matched my existing furnishings. Furniture was delivered earlier than expected. Delivery team was prompt, polite and efficient. Customer service is lacking in so many businesses these days but not at Ethan Allen. Great experience from shopping to delivery. And of course the furniture is the same top quality you would always expect from EA.

Great selection of timeless American furniture. Warm, friendly, and attentive staff without any high pressure sales technique. Sam, in particular, is excellent.This store in particularly stocks a good variety of floor models and other marked down pieces that can be quite affordable. It’s worth checking in frequently as inventory and prices change frequently. There are also a number of great accessories (lamps, pillows, art, etc.) that circulate frequently and are worth checking out.

We shopped at several area furniture stores for our new home. By far the selection and quality of Ethan Allen and the design pro they had assist us made our decision easy.

Designer was extremely helpful. Came to my house to help select fabric for a new sofa. Delivery was timely and quality of the sofa is excellent.

My wife and I stopped in to Ethan Allen on a Sunday afternoon looking for a coffee table. We were just starting to look had no intention of purchasing that day. A saleswoman approached us and asked if she could help. When we stated that we were just browsing. She couldnt take the hint and proceeded to ask us about the style of our house, how much room we have, our other furniture, etc. We entertained a few of her questions but then told her we were really just looking and proceeded to move on. As we were heading for the door, she approached us again and began peppering us with more questions, including asking us for our name and address. We asked why she needed that information and she huffed and stormed off.I know the Ethan Allen salespeople bill themselves as interior decorating consultants, but we were not looking for that. Some people just want to come in and buy one piece of furniture. We purchased our bed frame at Ethan Allen about a year ago and had a much better experience, but weve run into this woman twice now at this store and both times she has been pushy and rude. We will not be going back to this Ethan Allen.
