I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Jonathan he was very informative and took the time to show me all my option. I don’t have a lot of money to spend my daughter is a student in Albany. She had to find housing of campus so she needed a bed. I just want to thank Mr. Jonathan for his help.

My daughter was here looking for a new mattress and Sam was great in his assistance with the process. There was another gentlemen that didnt even bother to speak. He left a lasting impression. Thanks Sam for your diligence and patience while we asked questions and you even told us to be safe out there. It was very much appreciated. Well be sending you more business just because you cared enough to SEE us.

Staff was professional, however never received mattress after 3 scheduled deliveries and the item never arriving. Eventually, had to get a refund. As with many suppliers in 2020- 2021 mattress firm went too lean with inventory and now are having some severe supply chain constraints. Would recommend to any buyer go to another supplier until the supply chain interruptions calm down. Some good suggestions in the Albany area would be mattress world, Sams club or online.

Shopping at the mattress firm in Albany was pleasant. Jeffery walked me around to show me the mattress I needed for my price range and comforts. I found the one I wanted and decided to look around the city to find the best deal. I returned and before I went in I noticed online about a special promo. While Jeffery was an excellent salesman he was unfortunately unable to double up the deals going on. Luckily I remember a salesman in my hometown and she was phenomenal. Trina in Valdosta was able to get me the deal I wanted and it took only 3 minutes. She is the best!

OMG! I needed a mattress for my moms guest room and was so delighted and pleased that I walked into this store. There was a snack bar there that allowed me to have a very great shopping experience while enjoying snacks. I am very indecisive and while I know I can be a lot for a lot of salesman, this was not the case at this store. When it just feels right you know it. The first employee was busy with other customers although he tried to help us simultaneously and answered our questions. We started to leave, but I sawan area in the back and went there. Kelvon helped us when we first arrived at the store and was very helpful with answering our question regarding what bed would be the best for us and getting on the right path to our 2nd purchase through mattress firm. When we made our decision we also came in contact with Charles that was able to work with us and help Kelvon get us the best price given the specials going on did not apply to our purchase but Kelvon and Charles worked out a way to satisfy us and make sure our purchase received a type of discount also. After three delivery updates and ya waiting at home for the delivery they still do not have the mattress in stock! The only good thing about Mattress Firm is Charles, our sales rep. I truly feel sorry for him because apparently they only have one mattress type actually IN STOCK which is the most important part! The only option would be to spend $1,300 MORE for the in stock mattress and that was supposed to be our “deal” to make up for it with free delivery and base. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Total waste of two months! So frustrating! I do NOT recommend them!

He electronically signed and FORGED a leasing application on ME was told it was financing !!! . At 100% interest at 12 months ..He broke the law TWICE !!! Thinking about filing charges . Nice place to shop for mattresses at, but one of the workers told me over the phone, that they carried Purple mattresses in store. WELL, when we got there, they said they did not! What a waste of gas!

My husband and I went into mattress firm 30min before closing only to do a quick browse not planning on buying today. We went in to see if they had a particular mattress which they didn’t. After explaining to Teresa what we came in looking for she started showing us the products they had relatively close to the one we wanted. Although we only went in to browse we walked out with an adjustable base and a brand new mattress. Teresa made the experience very informative and was not pushy at all. She gave us so many options that we never even thought of and she was very patient being that my husband and I like 2 different feels of mattresses (soft/firm) she set us up with something that we could both agree on.

The Mattress Firm staff today was amazing! Teresa, Matt, and George were awesome. I initially came in for a mattress, and walked out with awesome service, a great mattress, and an adjustable base. What caught my attention was the 72 hr. sale that George was advertising outside. When we walked in, we were greeted with awesome service. In addition, Teresa and Matt took their time in giving me the best upgrade I need in a mattress for the best sleep experience I need. I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my mattress and adjustable frame from Teresa. I was very upset when my mattress was delivered without the frame, forcing me to sleep with my new mattress on the floor. I was told the frame wouldnt be delivered for 3 weeks!
