Plenty of great house decorations that honestly I never knew was around. For any holiday this is the place to get the decorations from. The instock is amazing and customer service is outstanding.

A little on the pricey side, but you can find some really good deals. Very organized; reminds me of Ikea some with the way the store is set up. I enjoyed everything except the employees. The two ladies working the register while I was there were not professional at all.

Amazing place for home decor! Wide range of selection of home products including frames, mirrors, Christmas trees, kitchen appliances, etc. Great deals on pillows, carpets, decorations as well as furniture. A must visit for anyone looking for good quality home decor items.

Overwhelming amount of stuff. Its great!! My only issue is though you can find plenty of deals and fun finds, theres also a bunch of over priced stuff that isnt made well at all.

Every time my mother comes up here to visit she has to stop at the store at home has a selection of beautiful decor and decorations you can always have fun coming here and being creative to make your home a better place with their accents of creations

I shopped on Martin Luther King Day 2021 and the store was in such disarray, it was terrible. Some of the isles you could hardly walk down because of so much merchandise strewn all over. This store obviously has very poor management and absolutely no oversight of its employees.This was a nice store when it first opened but it will be a long time before I step foot in it again. Where has good work ethic gone to in this country - no one takes pride in anything anymore, such a shame.

We went to At Home for a planter, and we were met with kind, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. At the moment we walked in, Annie, an At Home staff member, greeted us, guided us to the planters, and previewed the wide array. We appreciate her taking the time to help us. There was a great selection of both premium and low-cost planters available. Once selected, we were delighted to have Annie check us out at the front. She got us through the payment process very quickly and sent us off with a smile. The whole experience was a breeze, and I will definitely be back.If you are reading this, thank you, again, Annie!

Amazing choices for home decor

Im like a kid in a candy store when I shop here🤗. It takes your breath away when you walk in and see all the color-coordinated Christmas decorations. Well-staffed so no long lines to check out. It puts a smile on your face which is needed during 2020!

Tried to return something and was told it was over 60 days. It had all the tags on and I had receipt. If I was a member they would of returned it because it was still within policy. Unclear policy. Like the store but wont go back

They have beautiful items for the home. At great prices and if you join their membership you get discounts. It was a great experience shopping there for the first time.

I found the hairpin furniture that I like. The hairpin side table (see picture) was $29.99. I was going to give 3 stars BUT they placed the price tag sticker on the actually picture frame, even though it came in its own plastic wrapper. I had to wipe off the sticker.This mirror (see picture) was $79.99 pre-tax.They def have more furniture/home decor options than Walmart or Marshalls.

If you did not want anything for your home dont go here because you want to change your whole house around lol they have everything awesome stuff

Cleanly and interesting. Never organized, customer service is non-existant. If you enjoy shopping clutter on your own, this is the store for you!

This place is HUGE! The people that work there are real nice, but its very unorganized in there. Everything is all over the place. The prices are on the higher end but not unreasonable. Sometimes we just skip the purchase and go to target or Michaels.

Attempted a curbside pick up, ordering 3 chairs and 2 tables. Website said they had 8 chairs left at the Albany, NY store but got an email saying they didnt have them after I had ordered. Thats fine, went to go do curbside pick up as I had my kids and wont take them into stores yet. I followed directions to receive my pickup with no response, finally I had to call into the store to tell them I was here. I wasnt sure if I texted the right number. The employee then told me to come inside because theyre open. I told her I couldnt and after a pause, a sigh and a lot of attitude, she agreed to come out. If your store offers curbside pickup, your employees need to abide by these services with the grace and attitude that anyone else should receive. During these uneasy crazy times, its the last thing people need right now. The 2 tables she brought out were scratched but I didnt say anything as I was done conversing with her. Apparently she didnt care to be nice to me either because I received no greeting, smile, or anything besides I need your credit card. It will be a very long time until I go to that store again. I would say never, but I know thats not true.

Shelves crowded and many empty shelves. Not well marked or well organized. Like hobby lobby much better.

Need more time to look but did get some of the things I wanted!

My first experience with this store was just AMAZING! Ive never been to a home goods store to buy things for myself, so this experience was spectacular. There are so many things to choose from from decor to kitchen essentials, storage and bedding. It was a wonderful experience and I can definitely say well be back soon!!

A multitude of items! Looking for an outdoor rocking chair and found 3 types in 3 colors. Looking for an outdoor weighted umbrella stand and found 3 to chose from. Remembered we needed Goo Gone, yep, they had that too. Passed a display of outdoor solar lights and remembered over half of mine were not working. No problem, they had 7 models to choose from. Found a nice model and purchased six; now I can use three of my old ones for a separate area that needs just 3 lights to compliment the front yard. This is a great place to shop for the home; inside, outside, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. Lots of decorations for the seasons, too. NOTE: Eat a meal before you arrive and wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Then you can take your time and take it all in. My idea of no stress shopping

I would score inventory at 5 stars service and corporate service as poor. Few employees on floor for help. Cashier didnt know how long one departments sale would be in effect. My friend spoke w manager and cashier for over 20 min because her brand new At Home credit card didnt function, manager had to call corporate. They are sending her a new card but she couldnt buy tonight

I was really happy with the help I received from Michelle today. Whenever I ask a clerk if there is anymore of an item in stock, possibly in the back, I always get the same answer - whatever we have out is what we have.However, Michelle did not give me that answer. She went above and beyond and scavenged through the store to help me find an item. When she could not find one, she checked online to see if there were any in stock. Michelle is a great employee and is to be commended for her excellent customer service!

The moment I walked in, it was magical with all the Christmas goods decorated all around! They did a good job. Other than the Christmas goods, they have rows and rows of beautiful decorations for your house. I just wanted to buy everything! The staff was nice as well and very helpful. Definitely will go back there again.

What a delightful experience of the senses! This store does not appear fully filled out yet, or is in the midst of changing seasons (its mid-August, here comes Christmas!) but there was plenty to look at.Too difficult to look at mattresses which are the right price point for a guest bedroom. No one in sight for help.Prices compare well to JoAnns and selection is better than Marshalls.Only two people on registers - do you want a bag? Uh, yes we do! What an odd question when we have 6-7 items.Look forward to returning.EDIT: Went back October 22: very limited Christmas wreaths left! No more coming. Obviously I waited too long. Unbelievable!

Anything you could possibly need for your home and more. Somebody who likes to shop could get lost in here for hours. Little pricey on some items but then others are incredibly cheap.

Watch out! if you want to buy anything around the Holiday season, for what you pay on your ORIGINAL receipt, they will only give you HALF of what you originally paid! SCAM. Totally wrong and unjustifiable! Comparing this store to Walmart and Target; they will honor your original receipt. But not this store! There is NO customer service number. You have to email them, & get no reply back. Very poor customer service! I was ripped off. The store throughout is very disorganized and disarray. Pallets of merchandise are literally piled up. It’s crowded and would make it very unsafe if there ever was a fire. Big fire hazard. Customer’s safety should be the upmost concern. The store has looked like this for what it seems to be like months. I’ve seen broken merchandise that has been in this store since last July, and should just be sent back to the company. If the fire marshal ever went into this store I guarantee they would be penalized!

A vast superstore of home decor items. Its basically the Costco of pillows, mirrors, pictures, and everything you can imagine decorative. Be prepared to walk if you want to check out every department. There isnt a tremendous selection of bed sheets, tablecloths or home linens in general. I also wouldnt choose this store for tableware, especially China. However, if youre looking to transform your living room into a specific theme, everything is displayed in the store based on style. Seasonally there is a wide variety of outdoor items, including furniture. The clearance is very reasonable and you can score great deals on markdowns.

Its a big box home furnishings store. Lots of mid-grade stuff for your home, some practical, some cute and decorative, always entertaining and lots of choices. Prices seem fair for what youre getting. Not a bargain, but fair.The rewards program is ok. We made our second purchase, an area rug, tonight using the 10% off coupon we for last time. Coupon was easy to use, no hassles. Havent gotten a ton of emails, about one a week. Eventually they may become annoying, but not yet.My one complaint is the same as I have with many big box stores: very few employees, hard to find one, and when you do they often dont know a lot about the products. Finding a rug was like finding the proverbial needle in a haystack. None of the samples could be found, even though the employees fancy tool said they had multiples. We ultimately found one we liked, but had to decide from the very small picture on the rolled up rug. Turned out OK, but the colors didnt quite match.The service and store maintenance isnt a draw,but well definitely be back because of the selection. A mostly good experience.

I like this place very much. Tons of options for very season and tons of items to decorate your home with. I say they have everything you are looking for as far as the house needs. Huge place. It takes good 30-40 mins to just to explore each section and it’s details. Few items I felt were over priced very the kitchen gadgets and curtains. Few items like decors very reasonably priced.

StephSteph and I love going to the at home store we can get every kind of pillow that we could possibly want they have pillows of every single type of texture and color and softness and we can have a whole pillow party and a pillow pile in the store and then we can take them all home and we can build pillow forts and go into pillow fights and have a just wonderful magnificent pillow adventure

Website says they have 2 mirrors in stock. Nobody can find them. Ive been calling for WEEKS w/the UPC. Nothing super @ this store, what a joke...

Interesting store. Lots of different things to look at. My wife enjoyed it and I know a few other friends wives who like it. Take your time through the store as there is lots of different things to see.

Very large, and somewhat overhwelming, selection of home furnishings and goods. Think Bed, Bath & Beyond, but super-sized. I saw very few employees on the floor, so asking a question about something was near impossible. Price point seemed reasonable, comparable to Target and/or Bed, Bath & Beyond. Sign up on their website for their perks program, to get a 10% coupon for your purchase, otherwise you may be better off going elsewhere

The store was dirty and disorganized, it made it seem that all the products were over priced junk.

Love the variety of items for inside and outside. Every holiday and season is well represented. The prices are pretty fair and especially when they are trying to move inventory! If you dont have 2-3 hours to waste, you need to be on a mission for a certain item!!

Very big warehouse. Any possible color of anything you need to decorate with. A very dangerous store to get lost in! I could spend hours inside. Ive gotten a lot of items (pillows, headboard, artwork, glasses, throw rugs, etc.), and they were all high quality. This will be the first place I go when I feel like redecorating again.

I love coming here! They have so many things and styles. I always get lots of ideas. Wish the asiles were not so hard to squeeze through though.

The store is nice, nice things. Its like the store that sells all stuff to Marshall Home Goods. The prices are very high and just like a Hobby Lobby half of it is on clearance but the prices are still high. Cars like to go flying through the parking lot careful if youre walking with your children.

Lots of different stuff here but the clutter makes me go nuts. Decent prices and the staff was friendly.

Attention all thieves!!!!! This is the store for you. Simply walk in fill up a shopping cart and walk right out the front door!! Nobody will stop you or ask for a receipt or even question you. In fact they may tell you to have a nice day. This store has been robbed multiple times by the same people even. And get this if u dont like the stuff you steal just bring it back for store credit!!! Terrible, after I made my purchases as I was leaving, I noticed something else I wantedwent back to in line( only two at registers) waited again and was told couldn t use my 20 percent off again. Same registar 10 minutes later and then informed me they dont take checks. I left without another purchase! I will go to Macys and purchase it there for $5.00 more.

I came here back in September with the intention of spending a couple thousand dollars. I asked a salesman if I could have an order sheet to mark down the items I was interested in purchasing, that way I didn’t have to lug each item around the store with me while I continued shopping.The salesman said they didn’t have any forms up front but that he would ask his manager to print some off in the office. The manager ended up coming to talk to the salesman to clarify the request and then said he would be right back with the order form. I waited for about 20 minutes with the salesman and the manager started to ignore his employees calls for him over the walkie talkie. After waiting an additional 10 minutes I noticed the manager on the other side of the store just standing around. I confronted him and asked about the form he said he was going to print. He responded by saying oh yeah I looked and we don’t have any. Sorry. In the 30 minutes I was waiting and the multiple calls to his walkie talkie... he didn’t think hey maybe I should tell them I couldn’t find the forms?!Long story short if this is how their managers treat their customers and employees then I will never be coming back to purchase anything from your store. You lost out on a couple thousand dollars. Your loss not mine, I ended up going to another home goods store and buying all the things I would of bought at At Home.
