Who ever just waited on me should not be working with contractors or public real rude no help what so ever.

My first visit was fine and my first impression of Keller Suppy Co., was positive. The guy at the parts counter was helpful and courteous. I was told that I would be called when the parts I ordered arrived.8 days later, I called them to find out in my parts were in after not hearing from anyone, of course, they were indeed in, (no doubt after sitting in the back for several days) even though I was told that they should arrive by the end of the week, and to expect a call on Friday. The lack of a call delayed my project by several days, but I was willing to simply go in and pick up my parts, simply writing off the fact that no one called me to notify me, as a petty oversight, which sometimes happens.Upon my return trip to pick up my parts, I happened to witness two employees behind the counter arguing and trading expletives at each other throughout my business transaction. The parts guy seemed to think it was funny, and did not address it, neither did the, (I assume), manager/supervisor, who was sitting in his office, ignoring the conversation. At first I simply shrugged it off, being a manager myself, knowing that they would most likely receive a warning later for their misconduct, at the least.However I could no longer ignore this situation, when my employee called me (while my transaction was processing) and I politely excused myself briefly, taking a few steps away from the counter to quickly address my employees questions. I had to plug one ear, and struggle to understand what he was saying, while I attempted to block out the continuing argument which had now turned to yelling and swearing and practically a knock down drag out fight, in the middle of the showroom. I have never been so embarrassed in my life, to have been a customer to a company. I certainly hope that both of those employees were dismissed on the spot after I left, as I certainly would have done, if any of my customers ever witnessed an argument such as that between two of my employees. I most certainly will never go back, and I would be very leery should you ever decide to go here.

Very rude and not helpful. Wouldn’t sell to my dad cause he wasn’t a Plummer. Wouldn’t recommend visiting here at all. Front guy was disrespectful

Lack of knowledge beginning with the front desk boy all the way to the manager, worst customer service in town as well.. very disappointed

Called for information about Moen products and the man that answered was so rude and cocky. I am a contractor and I will go out of my way to buy anyplace but Albany Keller!
