I went here looking to get sheets and comforters that the website said were in stock at this store. After combing the store 3 times and not finding what we were looking for we asked for help. This employee asked us if we had looked. When we said yes she just said then we dont have it and walked away. Didnt look in the warehouse to see nor even looked in the store. The store in general was disorganized and stock items left on carts and shelves are empty. Probably wont keep my membership for this place. Not worth the discount.

There are just a few items where Bed Bath and Beyond has the best supply and good pricing. If you get coupons in the mail, dont be afraid to use them even if they have expired. Many times BBB will accept even expired coupons. You can join their frequent customer program for free shipping and an automatic 20% discount on purchases. Love their vacuum storage containers for basic supplies like sugar and flour. Have purchased 2 tornado fans which literally keep my house comfortable all summer.

This is a large location in the middle of a remodel, which I think may be the cause for the relatively low stock on higher end items that you usually find in Bed Bath & Beyond (certain knife sets, etc.). Also, this location doesnt have their stock listed online. I also noticed a substantial departure from the online pricing. I went in for bedsheets and while looking at the shelf found the sheet set I was looking for but it was listed as being $204.99 with a 20% off sale. When I had looked online before going to the store the sheets were listed as being on sale for $127.99 down from the regular price of $159.99. So I went to check if I could just order online and pickup in store but the location was listed as having none in stock of an item that I was looking at that had no less than 5 sitting on the shelf. So instead I just ordered them online and got free shipping plus an online coupon so my final price was about $101 before tax.Bed Bath & Beyond is now paying to ship me sheets that I could have gotten in store. So now there is extra stock taking up shelf space in a location that they are paying for (and to remodel) because the online price was ultimately half of the in store price. Im excited that I got to see exactly the sheets in person to know that they are going to match the rest of my bed set and feel incredible, but its frustrating that Ill have to wait another week to sleep on them and I didnt get to patronize the physical store that provides jobs locally.The reason that I give 4 stars instead of fewer is because the staff were all very friendly and helping many people throughout the store, particularly the surprisingly large number of elderly shoppers. They were all patient and walked with the customer exactly to the product they were looking for, helped them load it into their cart and car, etc. All in all it was a fantastic in store experience except that the online pricing is undercutting their own physical location.

It’s just like every other BB&B except that the building is a bit smaller and squatter. It could use with a lighting upgrade. It sometimes seems a bit dark and dreary.I come here to get my Sodastream refills and the staff is always nice enough.

Original prices can be a bit high for my budget. BUT they have Great deals! Great staff, I love BBandB 🙃🙂

Once again Bed Bath,and Beyond proved to be more than satisfactory,and a very pleasant shopping experience. The customer service, of knowledgeable staff helps as well. This kind of environment, makes it pretty easy for one to decide,to make Triple B, a staple fixture in their selection of places to shop. Fair pricing for Wamsutta linen,Henkels knives, Calphalon and Alclad pot ware are pretty real incentives also.

Full disclosure this is very long, and this is due to the VERY distasteful attitude an employee had towards myself, my husband, and another employee. I would give this no stars if I could.Yesterday evening an employee (Victoria) at this location- claiming to be the only manager on duty- targeted myself and spouse (yes, I believe her actions were maliciously motivated due to our race).1. There was a tempur pedic pillow that a) on sale (with the wrong sale price attached to the demo piece) and b) the only pillow that matched what I was looking for in a pillow.2. As a former employee and CST at this company I decided to go to the customer service counter to ask them if the item could either be ordered online or done as a direct ship at another location that might have the item. Unfortunately neither options were available based on what the young gentleman that was assisting us had researched.3. However, while doing the research the gentleman asked Victoria to assist him with something he was unsure off. Her reply while entering the CS vestibule (not even looking at what he was asking her) was I dont know (with a very condescending attitude) and then she walked off with an attitude while stating to Hakeem that he could do a price adjustment to give me the pillow.4. Because I was so impressed that this particular pillow was exactly what I needed I stated that I would take the floor model at a discounted price despite it already being marked down.5. While leaving the vestibule Victoria (with her scornful tone) told Hakeem to proceed with a price adjustment of 10% off.6. Hakeem, after my spouse and I finally decided to go ahead with the purchase, proceeded to do the price adjustment however instead of the 10% being taken off the lowest sale price of $35 (roughly) it continuously took it off the highest price. Hakeem finally decided to do it another way by manually inputting a new retail price -after calculating how much the item would come with 10% off the lowest marked price. This inputted price however required a key turn- which once again Hakeem had to rely on the incompetent Victoria for.7. Upon returning to the desk (with an attitude) to give the key turn I explained to her politely he needed the key turn as he was getting 2 Hum toothbrushes from lockup for us. She turned the key and once the key and once the POS system indicated the new selling price (which was obviously much lower than the incorrect ticket price) she immediately voided the transaction. I immediately asked her why she did and that was when Hakeem reappeared with our toothbrushes and reexplained what I had already told her when she came to give us the key. She immediately said that there was no way I could get that 10% off plus use my coupon despite it being a floor model that had been touched by hundreds of individuals.8. I explained to her that as a customer the price had to be honored- especially since I knew the price would probably be marked down for less as an as is merchandise once the revamped the pillow area.Please view pictures for remaining complaint.

I didnt have an opportunity to shop here since I was flown in to assist with their remodel. I can tell you that the ladies & gents that work here are well mannered, helpful, and nice. It was a pleasure to work along side them in the beautiful city of Albany, N.Y.

Store was clean and staff was super helpful. We went in Black Friday in the afternoon, expecting things to be hectic and messy but there was plenty of staff around, things we looked at were in stock and the cashier and manager helped answer our questions.

I had not been there in a year. Lots of empty shelves, which is sad. Looking at online website first, I sàw about 15-25 of one particular item, both plug in & battery. In the store, I found only ONE!! Luckily, it was what I wanted.

I wanted to give more stars & if not for the female sales associate that mask- shamed me @ the checkout, I could have. It was absolutely uncalled for inappropriate because I HAD MY MASK ON. My nostrils were totally covered but when I was loading items onto the counter, it may have slipped down to the tip of my nose, not up to my glasses where it had been so they didnt fog up. She was walking by and not even my cashier. The male and I looked at in other in amazement over this busybody comment. Please reprimand the girl that did it last Sunday afternoon around 3:45. It makes a very unpleasant shopping experience to be confronted by “mask police” when it is totally unwarranted. I shop very often here because of the bridal registry popularity. I dont look forward to going back if I will get unnecesarily disciplined.

We went to this store to buy a vintage style warm candle light because we needed right away there were only for the the price tag said 15 dollars for 8 bulbs and we got one for Christmas that cost 3dollars and this time didnt show in the cashier as single and the manager that was working that night she was very disrespectful with us and she couldnt help us because she didnt want to do it so we pay 10 dollars for it as business owner I felt that she was very rude and this woman has no idea how to treat people being a manager

This was the very first time visiting this store! I was looking for something very specific for my kitchen. I looked throughout the store but didnt find it. I asked the manager if they had them. She explained they use to carry them a long time ago. She said they may have it on line so she called a store employee for assistance for me. We looked on line and found two! I ended up ordering two of the one I liked. The salesman had my order shipped right to my address and NO shipping charge!The cashier checked me out and she helped me obtain a box to wrap up one of my purchases. All the staff was very accomplished and friendly!I believe I had a very good experience at this store. For this reason I can highly recommend this store!🎄😊

Store is beautiful now. Needed help with curtains. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to get some of what I needed today, the rest ordered to be shipped to my home.

Keeps changing there coupon policy at the counter. Use to take one coupon per item. My wife and I was told the employee was wrong for doing this. Weve been a regular customer since this past summer and never had this problem. They need to get there sh.t together.

Look its a comprehensive homewares store. However, it didnt have what I wanted - an interesting duvet cover set for a king-size bed & liquid Old English furniture polish. Parkings easy as is wheelchair access.

The store on Wolf Road, Albany, NY is always enjoyable. Its clean, laid out nicely, and has a section for personal products from shampoos, to toiletries, as well as facial cleansers, creams and scrubs, and large selection of nail care products and cosmetics. Same product choices for men and women. But, wow, caught an amazing day for savings on great items. The store is going through redesign and other changes and had a huge sale on, among other products, a variety of Vera Wang products, Nespresso and other well named brands of coffee and tea units, Wolfgang Puck cookware, and frames and wall decor. Discounts ran 33%, 50%, 75%, and 90% off already highly discounted prices. AND, more discounts with their coupons. Bought early holiday gifts. Yay!

Went for a wedding registry consult. Gillian was super helpful. We knew what we wanted but had never taken the time to understand the different dinnerware types of silverware compositions etc. He really explained things well and made our visit completely worth it.

I had the usual odds and ends to purchase for my house, so we headed to BB & B. I had not been to this store in several months, and I was not thrilled to see that such a large part of the store is now devoted to health and beauty. There are tons of places to buy all that. I want stuff for my home in BB and B! Selection of bed and bath items is noticeably smaller. I got what I needed, but with zero other options in two cases.

I like shopping here. Employees are very helpful, especially with the coupons. I havent had a bad experience yet. Good deals can be found; you do have to search really hard for them, but when you find one, theyre a steal when combining them with a coupon. I always like to check any items on clearance and the As Is rack. Certain items can be overpriced, so I definitely recommend signing up for their coupons.

I went in to purchase a specific item I knew they carried. I checked online to make sure it was in stock before going to the store. I browsed a bit before looking for the item. I was headed to the service desk to ask where in the store I might find it when an employee asked if she could help me. She must have detected by the look on my face that I needed help. I had a picture of the item saved to my phone & showed her what I was looking for. She said she had just seen them in the store & radioed for someone to bring it up front to me. I really appreciated that someone brought it to me instead of her taking me to where they were. At the age of 67 I often find it a bit difficult to keep up with the person leading the way.

It has also been my experience, over the years that BB&B carries many of the latest and most innovative home ideas available.

Bought a couple of tools I needed for Thanksgiving. I ended up getting a a cutter set for pastries that was missing a piece. Turns out it had been returned and put back on the shelf. I ended up going back for an even exchange no questions asked. Good customer service but should do a better job of making sure they arent putting partial items on the floor when it is returned.

Lots of nice stuff for your house. They pretty much have everything! Lines get kind of long as there arent many cashiers.

This Bed Bath and Beyond is super convenient with plenty of parking and located just off the Northway and Central Avenue. Cleanliness is good and there is a great selection. It can be hard to find a salesperson to help you, otherwise great store.

A guy Jerry helped me get something that was empty on the shelves but was in the trailers. Had a great experience.

Very big store with lots of choices. You may have to search a bit for lower cost options, but they are there (and worth the hunt). Huge parking lot and for Wolf road it is pretty easy to access, but there are a limited number of checkout lines and employees tend to be hanging around talking rather than manning the tills. That being said, the staff is friendly and helpful and its no problem to grab one to check you out.

Just left BB&B. Christmas decorations on sale. Not much left. Christmas toys still not a great price. Christmas wreaths hangers not on sale????? Was located with the other Christmas decorations but told not on sale??? Maybe store need to make sure items are back in the proper place.

They need to call up Coca Cola bottling company (38 Warehouse row, Colonie NY 12205) and put some drink refrigerators up-front by there checkouts ...it would be great plus

Helpful staff member walked me to the area I was looking for but the product from the ad wasnt there. Overall, it was difficult to get around all of the endcaps and stock in the aisles. I left without making a purchase.

Went to purchase gifts off a bridal registry. Very clean and organized. Free boxes and gift wrap when purchasing off the registry. They have a self wrap table with everything you need to make your gift look special.

Bought a bedskirttwo weeks ago but cant return it even for store credit because I lost the receipt. I didnt want any money back. They should have the new return policy posted and/or tell the customers of the new policy. Ive shopped with them for years. Never again. The manager was condensing and had an attitude

The parking lot was practically full and the line for the cash registers was very long. I was in just to exchange a SodaStream carbonator and was prepared for a long wait in line. To my surprise, the line move very fast. I was in line maybe five minutes. They had an associate whos job was to direct customers to open registers and to get more cashiers. I was very impressed.

Wife shops there all the time,I shouldnt have to say more than that. They mail you cards that you get 20-30% off and they dont expire. Beat dat!!

Theyve got a good selection of inventory, but the layout of the store is awkward and inhospitable to anyone unfamiliar with it. Even the exit to the store is like a secret passageway behind the customer service desk. Its weird.

Went to purchase one item, sales woman was right there to unlock item, walked me right up to the register, and I was in and out quickly on a busy shopping Sunday. Had my 20% off coupon, and was surprised theres a 50 mail in rebate, as well. ❤❤
