Sold me a truck engine locked up in four months. Had a problem with the air compressor didn’t know but found out about it later. Alarm system on it gave me problems called them they never returned my call. If you’re looking for temporary transportation and don’t mind having a vehicle with defects go get you a ride from there.

That moment when youre 500 miles from home and your car wont run... Yeah, that was us. But happily, Pat and the gang at Premier took care of us, even getting us into their busy Christmas schedule. Thanks so much!

Honest people, very friendly and informative

I live in Tallahassee, FL and as I was driving past this repair shop yesterday my vehicle suddenly started to make a funny noise, overheat, and the battery light came on. I immediately pulled off the road, and parked in the gas station next to this repair shop. Even though it was 7:00pm, the repair shop was still open, and the mechanic was wonderful. He checked my vehicle, told me that a belt had broken, and offered to stay late and fix it immediately. Since the engine was very hot, I told him I would leave it and have him fix it the following day. He replaced all the belts, added coolant, checked everything under the hood, and even put air in my tires and the vehicle was ready by 9:30 am. The mechanic was named Jeff, and he was wonderful. I highly recommend this auto repair shop!

Scammers. I took my truck on a Wednesday morning at 8am to get my headlights and windshield wipers fixed. I was told they would get to it around lunch time and I would get a call. I did not get a call. On Thursday, I called. I was told I would get a call back. I did not get a call back. Around 5pm on Thursday, I called again. I was told my car was out front and it was ready to be picked up. About 15 minutes later, someone else called to tell me they had made a mistake and my car was not ready. On Friday, there was a similar pattern. I called early in the day and was told I would receive a call on that day and they had not found the wiper motor yet. Around closing time, I had not heard anything; I called and talked to the wife. She told me her husband was running an errand and would call me back in 15 minutes. I never heard anything. On Saturday, I called three times. There was no answer. I am hoping their posted operating hours are wrong and that they were closed. If not, that makes this review so much worse. Sunday, they were closed. On today, Monday, I did not call. At 8am, I went to pick up my car. They (the owner, I assume) told me they still had not found the wiper motor. He told me he would look on eBay. Also, he told me it would take about 30 minutes for them to put the headlights in if I wanted to wait. At this point, Im wondering if thats the case, why have these things not already been done? I told him I was unsatisfied with the service and the charges considering neither of the two things were completed nor did I receive satisfactory customer service while my truck was there. He told me that he charged me half price for the $120 diagnostics and offered to SELL me two bulbs. (What diagnostics? I told him the headlights and wipers were messed up when I took it there. IF THEY DID A TRUE DIAGNOSTICS TEST, THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO TELL ME EVERYTHING THAT IS WRONG WITH MY TRUCK BUT THEY TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT I TOLD THEM. WAS MY OIL LOW? ANTIFREEZE GOOD? How come yall didnt recommend ANYTHING else?) I declined and paid. After, he gave me the two headlight bulbs for free. I appreciate the attempt but my truck was there for 5 days and nothing had been done. Meanwhile, I am paying to rent a car, receiving horrible customer service, and my truck is in the exact same condition it was in when I took it there.
