Really nice people here. My sunroof got entirely wrecked from a rock dropped from the sky (or maybe it was a metal part from that Chinese rocket). It left a hole in the top of my car, glass everywhere. I stopped by this place to ask for help and just as courtesy they put tape and sealed up the hole in the top of my car until I could get it fixed. My insurance already set up an appointment with another company to get the top fixed, but I still really appreciate this company taking time to help me even though they weren’t getting anything in return. Now THAT is quality service. We need businesses like this.

Bob is a standup guy and runs a GREAT business. I have taken both my 66 and 67 Broncos to Bob for the last 5+ years. He has made my dream rides into reality. I drive from Portland to Albany to have him do the work, which says A LOT. His right hand guy Ryan is a very knowledgeable and great employee that has assisted in all the work done. All in all, I would highly recommend Bob and his staff!

Bob and his crew are fantastic, and really came through for me in a pinch. I was on my way home to the Seattle-Tacoma area and ran over some debris on I-5, knocking loose a part on the undercarriage of my car. It was hanging down far too precariously to attempt the long drive home. B&B was a few miles away, and when I called, Bob told me to come right over. He pulled one of his mechanics to do an emergency repair. They were all kind, courteous, and professional, showing me exactly what they found and explaining the repair thoroughly. And bonus - they were very reasonably priced. HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for a stand-up guy to repair your vehicle.

They charged me what they quoted me prior to the work being done which is rare and they also did not try to guide me into unnecessary repairs! Their shop rates are second to none! Excellent service and advice.

Extremely disappointing. Had them look at my truck, and basically paid $200 bucks for them to test and see my oil pressure was good. They wanted to do more “Diagnostics” but I stopped them after that because If it took them two hours to check oil pressure, that removing a valve cover would cost thousands of dollars. And then as a slap in the face I get in my truck to leave and I am greeted with a pile of disgustingly dirty wipes sitting in the drivers seat, probably would have been an extra $50 to go the extra mile and throw them out. Please look elsewhere.

I had a swap that needed to be finished. The new motor was in the truck already and just wouldnt start without putting starter fluid directly into the block.I told the owner that my budget for the job was $800, the next time I heard from him the total was sitting at $1400, I took work off and came to pick it up by the date we had agreed upon(2 weeks later) and it hadnt even been touched. By the time I picked my rig up- we were at $1900, the truck STILL is not finished...have another mechanic looking into the receipt I have to verify the work done.I never write reviews unless theyre good, I work in he customer service industry so am patient...this was the worst experience I have EVER had with a shop and while theyre the go-to shop for Bronco lovers....I have to post something.Im sure they do great work, but this was not an example of such.
