Great customer service. It was pretty quick also. Services are limited and they do not do diagnostics on vehicles but oil change and tires rotated was great and a necessity. Highly recommend for these services.

Employee was to lazy to even check or ask to see if they stocked a certain size tire. He just stated, NO, HE DIDNT THINK THEY HAVE THAT SIZE, and that was all he said and walked off.

Horrible customer service. They were very upset I asked them to take a look at my tire. It was like I was asking them to do rocket reapirs. The two maintenance tech were and are horrible.

This visit consisted of buying tires. I was taken care of, and ready to go in one hour. The staff were all very friendly.

The auto care center is never opened on time and when they are open, they dont have enough mechanics to handle the load of customers, or a cashier to check you in. The wait time is unbelievably long. The poor guy working had to go and find someone to work the register and turn the lights on.

Called the auto center several times during the morning, afternoon, and evening. The phone continously rings. No one answered the phone, and Ive been calling throughout the day yesterday and again this morning. I hope they get the help they need, or fix whatever issues are occurring. Customer service is very much needed, especially at this time.

I made a $60 return and the new policy was not explained for gift cards or crediting back to a debit cards ONLY and I’ve returned maybe three or four things in about fours years or longer one was recently and I got my money back immediately but the employee did not inform the time range to receive my money back. I haven’t received my money yet and hope that the employee is advised about the urgency of customers money and satisfaction. Hopefully corporate shouldn’t have to hear about this. I still have a soft spot for Walmart. But employees should tread lightly.

We had an incredible experience at your auto center located in Albany, GA! Our car was leaking oil on our road trip and we found this location right before closing time (6:30pm). They got us in SO QUICK and stayed late to fix our car. They were kind, helpful and went above and beyond to give us a great experience. Without their help we would not have been able to continue driving on the road. I want to thank the Auto Zone Manager, Ed, who continued to work even after he had clocked out. He was very helpful and did everything he could to make sure our car was fixed. His technicians Carlos and Jeremy were hard at work and did everything with a smile. Cynthia worked the cash register and brought joy to the entire experience!! These are some incredible workers!!!!! We were so blessed by them!

I will never bring another car here. They are incompetent when it comes to the newer cars. Went in for an oil change they did not fill it appropriately and they knocked something loose which made my car sputter and stall. I had to take it to a car dealership to find out what happened and according to them this is not the first time this has happened. Called the auto manager at Walmart. He took no responsibility didnt even offer to check it. We pay for what we get. So I will be spending a bit more money elsewhere for not only getting the job done right but peace of mind. Couldnt even be bothered to look. Shame.

This one is clean.Still have to watch the employees to be sure you are getting what you want.Take a chance on correct oil and have left my Lincoln navigator a quart low as mine holds 7 quarts and not 6Found tool left under hood and returned it.All is not lost as you can by the oil and change yourself.

My boyfriend and I arrived at 6:06 to purchase and havre a battery installed but when we arrived (after having to go inside) were informed that they were done for the day. There was 44 more minutes left.Wow.

If I could put -5* I would! They have some non caring employees running the auto dept desk and even worse mechanics! Waited for 2 hours and my break light was out and transmission fluid leaked as soon as I restarted the car. The service inspection said they checked everything!They refused responsibly and I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Do not bring ur car here.

Would have scored better if the employees were doing there job instead standing in a bundle laughing and carry on and not working.

The worst service in the world. Waited forever when my car was the only one in there. The costumer service offered was awful, these folks should really get screened better before hiring to run a desk. It was as if I was getting ignored on purpose because I asked (after being there for almost two hours) what the hold up was. I even tried calling the store manager to go back there to motivate his employees but no one answered the phone....crazy. I guess I will just call headquarters so they can motivate their managers.

Employees not very friendly. Employee was talking to another employee the complete time. Never once spoke to me.

Very nice, but put directional tires on backwards, charged me for valve stems that I didnt need, but didnt put the caps on them, when i pulled into the street the weights flew off of my tires that I paid to have balanced, and charged me $6 to reset sensors that reset automatically or I can reset manually by pushing 1 button in the car.

This has to be the slowest Walmart Auto Center Ive EVER been to, and Charles the supervisor has the worst attitude Ive ever had to encounter and Im just simply trying to buy 1 tire. He needs to definitely work on his customer service skills and how he talk to people.

I bought a tire for My Kia Soul. I had a blowout on Saturday morning. The price at Wal-Mart was a lot lower than other places. I was on and out in less than 30 minutes.

Could not find the item I went there to purchase. When asked an associate about the product I was told it would be put out tonight or tomorrow.

They do quality work and theyre cheaper than the Honda place I dont have any issue out of my Honda once I get my oil changed with them the prices are reasonable and I was in and out in maybe 30 to 35 minutes so that was a plus for me

Left standing 20 minutes before telling me they wouldnt have time to get to my tire repair. Too late to go elsewhere. Never again.

The wait time is ridiculously pathetic, they are always short staff, and they almost never have any one to check you in outside when you pull up for service. The only reason I come is because of the prices. The customer service is okay.

Waited 4 hours for oil change other people were there 5 and 6 hours. One man came for new tires the emplyees took one tire off then went to lunch... so the man couldnt even take his car somewhere else. Employees did not apologies for long wait, offer to turn tv on for the 4 kid waiting with parents all under the age of 7 or offer to brew coffee even though the coffee maker was in the waiting room... they just didnt care at all. One woman was told her car was done over 20 minutes before but the employee working on her car needed a break so he waited till after his break to pull her car out... just crazy. One emplyees told another customer who was planning on getting tires the next day I cant tell you when to come, but better beat the church folks if you dont want to wait 4 or more hour then made a jester to all of us that had been waiting for hours and laughed it was a joke to him that we had all been waiting all day...

They always have an excuse of why they dont have time to do an oil change. This has happened the last 4 times Ive been there. They never have enough workers. They will NEVER get my business again.

Arrived a 6:05pm. All doors open. 1 car getting a tire changed. No one in either oil change lane. Was told that they were through for the day even though business hours show that they close at 7pm.

It always take to long need to hire more workers.The cashier said they want hire.Spent 3 hours for a battery.Almost a whole day for a oil change.

Horrible Customer Service!! Every Experience I have had either the wait time was ridiculously long or I was turned away due to not enough staff. In my opinion if this Location cant run any better than just shut the lube Department down!!! EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!
