Great customer service!! Was charged twice for the same part,simple easy refund.parts I bought were spot on!!

They had everything I needed. In the 40yrs Ive been a customer, never had an issue at NAPA.

Waste of time didnt have part.

Crew there was very helpful, got me the battery that I needed. Interestingly enough they call me the parts, but to be honest I really didnt know much about the products themselves. In fact, its a good thing that I knew what battery I needed. Paychex by just looking at my car and seeing which one fit the size of the battery slot. they were very friendly and super helpful, but if they knew a little bit more about the products that they were offering I would be a lot more happy with the service. Also they dont do installations and that was kind of a bummer. although they do offer better Parts than other Auto Parts shops as far as Brands go their are some of the best on the market besides Interstate. However, if you can find an Interstate battery on the internet you might as well buy it there because theyre not going to install it at NAPA anyways and they last longer than Legend.

The staff here are pretty unwelcoming. When I walked in they were arguing with a customer. When it was my turn to be helped they were not helpful. I was looking for an inline fuel filter and I didnt have the exact size. When I asked to see one or two the response I got was. They are upstairs, I have to get them. You need to know what size you want before I do that.... Do I need to say anything else in this review? I was not helped because I did not have the exact size.... I came all the way to this location and was not helped (btw I was the only customer in the store at this time and there was 2 other employees on the floor). Only reason Im giving it a 2 star is because the oil I needed was on sale.If you need help finding something, go somewhere else.

Great guys, stocks okay, but they will next day order almost anything.
