Five Star Collision Center is a very valuable choice after a collision. I was completely satisfied on the turnaround they performed; from the date of MY accident, until I was given the keys back to my vehicle.

Stripes has bubbles. Didnt match original stripes. Tail pipes were uneven before and after the job was done. Definitely was a rush job.

Was in Ga visiting family/getting my brothers situated for college and was in an accident. My insurance recommended Five Star Auto Collison for the repair and I cannot say enough good things about the great work done to restore my vehicle. My car looks exactly how it did pre-accident. The staff kept me informed throughout the entire process and were very accommodating when I needed to travel back home to Indiana after my car was dropped there.The staff are professional and kind. I mostly interacted with Makayla the receptionist who was amazing (give her a raise please!) and Michael the manager (give him a raise too!). I didnt know Michael prior to visiting Five Star but he took care of me and my car like i was family. He even test drove my vehicle himself and found time to call and assure me that my vehicle was safe to drive.All in all, I would take my car here again if I needed to due to the awesome service and kindness of the staff.

The people here do not know how to paint a car. There is bubbles and blemishes in the clear coat all over the hood of my brand new car for a small minor paint repair. They said they were going to “repaint the whole hood” to fix the issue. All they did was put ANOTHER spray of clear coat. There are swirling scratches all over the hood as well. Do not use this place the paint tech have no clue what they are doing.

These guys performed an outstanding job in restoring my car.....quite a task in removing white paint that was splattered over half of my car. They exceeded all of my expectations.

The actual work that was done to my car was very outstanding. However each time the expected date would arrive they continuously backed it up. They did express that a part came in damaged so that was out of their control

Really nice people. I think they did a good job. My negatives were that they didnt always follow-up when they said they would and they were 100% late and kept giving me wrong dates. I came from 15 hours away. I didnt care when it was done (I wasnt in a rush) but I needed to know the date. God took care of me and they tried to help. But they did a fine job and were very nice. When they get all in the new facility, I bet they can do even better.

I walked in and got an estimate done within 30 minutes, Michael Flynn and his staff were amazing. Professional and kind even though they were busy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get an estimate or repairs done. Thank you Five Star!

My daughter was in an accident and our insurance company had her car sent to Five Star collision. They were very helpful in getting a tow truck to our home to pick up the jeep and taking it to their business. ( about an hour in a half away)After receiving her jeep back, she had some issues with the auto start being damaged and Michael had us bring it back and they had it fixed in a fast and timely manner. I would not recommend anybody to this place of “service.” My car was damaged from a hit and run & i sent my car in to them. They received it 10/25 to fix the front bumper, headlight, radiator and a few other minor issues. Every time i called to check the status of my car i was always placed on hold and given the runaround about someone calling me back & never receiving any calls back. They kept lying about the ready date for my car & would always switch it up saying “they were waiting on parts”.. after 3 weeks when they finally grasped all the parts, they claimed it wasn’t the right part & couldn’t weld properly so I was yet again on a waiting game. I did not receive my car back until 11/26.. a whole MONTH after it being given to them! When i walked in to pay for the services, there was one lady at the desk who was very new, like second day on the job at the time, and her service was good. She tried to assist as best as she can with being new while Michael and the other guy didn’t greet, speak, or anything. They stood there, handed the paperwork over, then walked away looking out the windows real carelessly. I didn’t feel welcomed at all, just wanted the payment & for me to go vibes. Two days after receiving the car, I found out they did not check/replace my radiator that was apart of the claim which led to my car overheating & running hot constantly, they only replaced one headlight, and my engine light kept coming on. I paid over $1,000 for them to fix all the damages for me to find out 2 days later that all these issues are popping up on my dashboard. Other services may be good here, but I would not recommend ANYTHING more than a paint job from these guys & barely that.. 0/10!!

This place originally told me they would update me twice a week on my vehicle, but majority of the time I had to call for an update. They also told me it would take 2-3 weeks, but they had my car over a month. The shop manager Mike Flynn dodged all calls from me. They gave me false deadlines, and did not update me. I had to call each false date they gave me, only to be disappointed that it would be the next day or the next week. I totally understand that things happen, but be honest with the customers instead of giving false hope.Update 3-29-2021After having an original date of 3/19/2021, and having it changed to 3/24, to 3/25, to 3/26 and was finally told it would 100% for sure be ready on 3/29, my vehicle still is not ready. Upon arriving to pick up my vehicle the shop manager Michael Flynn was super rude to me! He accused me of cursing every time I called for an update but I asked could he pull the recording. I have never cursed at anyone. I have been more than professional and patient. He treated me as though I was absolutely nothing instead of a customer. He talked to me VERY harshly and I still did not get any clearer details on my car.

Wow. This establishment is awesome. They fixed my car after a deer flew into the hood of my car. Great, concerned and pleasant customer service and my car drives wonderfully and looks great. I would highly recommend them!

My car was fixed is a timely manner and I was given updates periodically about my body work. The staff from the start and the calls about my car updates was very professional. When I picked up my vehicle I was very happy to see that the repairs made my car look new plus they did a complete detail inside and out. The detail showed me that they went the extra mile on service to make me smile and happy. Thanks to Micheal Glynn and the staff for the excellent service. Awesome! Allowed us to store our daughter’s wrecked car until our insurance adjuster could come and take it to an insurance approved shop.

I was given a time frame of 3 days, but that wasn’t fulfilled more like 9 days. I had to call to find out when it would my vehicle would be ready. The quality of it looks really good & looks like they even vacuumed out my car so I do appreciate that. I rather things to be taken slowly opposed to them doing the job fast.I do hear a small whistle on my car that I’ve never heard before and it is unknown of where it could be coming from.Highly recommend.

When I called they answered right away. When I got there to get repaired it was an easy process. I also had to pick up a rental car across the street at enterprise and they accommodated someone to take me. They gave me updates on my car and when I came to pick up my car it was like nothing ever happened to my car and they didn’t leave any trash in my car either. They also were very nice in taking my rental car back to enterprise. Overall good experience.

They got paid and difficult my They give you the run around. & dont fix your car .They had me to come pick up my car twice. & it wasnt fixed neither time. They take puts off your car and dont replace it. I wouldnt recommend nobody to them. Im missing the stick that holds up your hood. They took it off and didnt replace it. Dont go to them. They suck.!

Five Star collision fixed my 2016 Nissan Maxima after an accident. The staff was very professional and made me feel very welcomed. The car looked awesome when they finished, looked as if nothing ever happened to it. Five Star Collision made sure I was informed about everything throughout the process. Shelby and Keirra are very knowledgeable and very professional.

This place is top notch! I live in Florida and was traveling back from visiting family when I hit a deer in Albany GA. I chose Five Star Collision as my body shop based off of recommendations from family. I can’t say enough good things about Shelby. She kept the lines of communication open at all times and answered any questions I had. Being that I was four hours away from them, they made sure I was kept in the loop. My car took longer than expected to finish and when my insurance was done covering the rental, they picked it up until my car was complete. They even had my car delivered to me so I didn’t have to make an 8 hour round trip to get it on the weekend. I will say, when my car was delivered there was a check engine light on. But Michael and Shelby worked with my local Honda dealership to get the sensor replaced and put me in a rental until it was done! I would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of collision repairs!

Brought my car into the Nissan Collision center due to a tree fell on my hood and completely damaged my entire front end of my vehicle. Nissan fixed my car better than new and kept me updated on the progress along the way. I will definitely continue to use Nissan Collision

This is the worst car place to take your vehicle in Albany Ga. I went to get a body repair from hitting a deer. The shop gave me my car back with malfunctions under the hood. I had a better driving car with the dent in my car from the deer. The same day I got the car back a lady complained about her car not functioning properly before she left the premises and they expected her to pay for their repair mistakes. I would not recommend at all. Albany Body Works or Duren Auto specialist corrected FIVE STARS mistakes.
