Better prices for original manufacturer parts then other competitive dealership places
Great that they have a human answering the phone, but apparently they only serve customers looking to buy a new vehicle, and not customers looking for parts.Maybe its a Ford thing.
My 1st interaction with the all the Subaru people was very negative the man that we talked to at the parts desk was very rude He argued with me that I got a Box to an accessory piece that I did not receive and was adamant that I was wrong when he wasnt the one that sold it to me he was very aggressive and had a 0 star demeanor He was an older white slob That had no skills and customer service and should be fired immediately before he runs this business into the ground like a common mole And the Subaru dealership makes their employees Pay back mistakes made by the company From their personal pocket do not patronize this dealership at all
