Always fairly priced and quality craftsmanship. He takes his time to get things done right. He’s old school in his approach to customer service. If you want fast and pricey… go to Michael’s. I bring my business here because this is a local business in a space where experienced craftsman are rare.

This man...knows the business and has an artists eye and spirit. I am writing this in this moment because I didnt at the time of the job I am taking another painting, a gift from a visual artist who is able to paint her heart. This man is my trusted go to for matting and framing because he is respectful and heart-full in his craft. Lastly...you will still have an arm and leg when you leave this shop...with any job you might bring

We love Al and his crew at the Frame House and they do such excellent work. Al is also a huge community supported and its wonderful to have him in historic downtown Albany. Cellar Cat has all of its framing done here and would never dream of going any where else. The prices are great, the quality top notch. By supporting small, local businesses like this one we keep our fabulous historic districts alive.

Love Al, hes so much fun. Lots of choices, and a great chat while youre there.Al and Steve are great - invested in the community (Al runs the Veterans Day Parade each year and donates his time to the local 4H clubs in the valley as well). We get wonderful service every time - and they have art supplies too - paint, canvases etc

I stopped by for some art supplies. Theyre a small store so they have a small selection, but they had what I needed at a great price and quality. I was promptly greeted and offered the assistance I needed. I will probably continue going there for my art supply staples.

I wish we got the person that waited on all of you! The man who waited on us was so extremely rude! He was annoyed with our questions & CHOICES! He just walked away when we finished choosing, didnt say a word, not even thank you! We have no idea what this is going to cost, when it will be finished & apparently we are not entitled to the answer. When I called today I was told it will be finished when I get done & it will cost what it costs! I am not joking, that what we were told! We will never, EVER go there again! I wish we could just go get our things back & go some place else! I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PLACE!
