I had to make a trip to Albany to the Home Depot for a rare in stock item and googled antique stores while in the area. This is by far one of the best. They have An incredible clothing collection that takes you through every decade since the Victorian era. There is also a large unfinished room nestled inside with antique baby carriages. It felt like an almost haunting experience.
Very large store with inventory neatly arranged to make your shopping experience easier. Most items are priced reasonable and I was really amazed by the excellent condition most everything was in. If anyone is looking for Unique Antique Hardware, this is the place to go ! Wow ! They have so many drawer handles its unbelievable! At excellent prices also !The Store itself was clean and employees friendly and willing to help. Will definitely return !
This place was awesome! There were plenty of gems, and all were fairly priced. Unfortunately, I was unable to buy anything because I was traveling. If I wasn’t though… 😁
Wow this place is bigger than I thought, they have so many pieces it could take you days to see all they offer. Got some antique tools at a awesome price. Love how they preserve history and give you the option to own it for yourself. Most of the items I looked at where in there original condition giving it that old time history vibe. Just amazing to see all that history in one place brings back memories. Make sure to bring your walking shoes cause there is just so much to see and explore.
Good selection, quite pricey.
Massive selection their will definitely be something for everyone here.
2500 square feet of pure joy! Not to be confused with a thrift store but reasonable prices, amazing selection. Will visit every time I come to Oregon.
Lots of inventory, and plenty of affordable treasures as well as the fancy stuff I could never buy. The caretakers will call a vendor if you want to make an offer on an item. Great selection of vintage and repro clothes as well.
There are treasures galore in this large antique mall. There is something for everyone and then some. There are 2 floors so dont miss the somewhat hidden staircases to the 2nd floor. The downside is it doesnt appear to to have access for ADA standards to the top floor so my Dad cannot get up there. Other than that A+
Walked into this small town establishment. One female behind the desk not wearing mask. Asked us where our masks wear and I stated in vehicle. Long story short was told if I present proof of my vaccination I could enter without. HELLO I AM PROTECTED FEDERALLY UNDER HIPPA LAWS. Works walkinf without mask. How do I know you are vaccinated. Can you produce your card ans show me? I am so sick of your liberal agenda.
I came from eugene to check this store out and LOVED it. The young girl and guy Scot could be a bit friendlier but the other guy who was working and another lady were incredibly nice and helpful! Other reviews said they follow you around the store but they dont lol they have a holding area and watch for people to help out. I had three different people offer to take things up front for me and it made my experience so much more enjoyable especially since this place is MASSIVE
Absolutely loved this store! It is neat and organized and full of amazing things. Spent an hour and a half there and didnt even get through half of the store.
I love it here, most antique shops feel like you’re walking into a hoard- I don’t know about everyone else but I enjoy not being over stimulated by a ton of things.
So much great stuff here! We could spend hours! The aisles are a little small and inside there are stairs up a 2nd floor.
Love it, took home two new things for the house
This is a nice store, very organized, with a lot of product in it. The staff is always very nice and helpful. There is a lot of history in the building itself, I understand it was a car dealership, then Cornets district office, then furniture store. I wish there were more sports cards and things for younger people; nostalgia has made a comeback, even for younger generations.
The AC is broken. It was hot! Cut my visit short.
Has everything you need in an antique mall
Im sure I bought a haunted Scottish bobblehead just kidding I love this place
This is a place that i have been a patron of for years. I have been a participant of their Christmas night special events and outdoor hot rod flea market antique street fair as well. It has taken months for me to write this review. I believe in a 24 hour cooling off period before reacting to a situation. Obviously i am still bothered by how i was treated at a establishment that i have spent thousands of dollars at. I first thought, no big deal, its the mask. Then i noticed i was not the only one being treated in this manner. First off there is no reason for an employee to stand right next to you over and over never practiceing social distanceing and pretending she is looking for something. I guess in the Albany antique store they consider this customer service or asset protection??? Now that other collectors have also noticed the rudenss and said they will not shop their again, i have to agree. It was a great place to continue your day after the polk county flea market . They lost four sales that day from myself alone. Think about how many more this mall has lost from collecters like myself who considers this their entertainment.
I will never go back there again. The staff was rude, condsending, mask Brown shirts. Told three times to pull up my mask, even though it was up.
Good selection of items!
Neat antique mall! Drive by it on our way out and figured I would find some old Life magazines and maybe postcards. I sure did! Also if youre looking for 50s or 60s clothes check out the upstairs area.
Bunch of cool old stuff priced fairly if thats not why you went in there then not sure what you were looking for.
Fun place to shop!
Nice place. Nice people. Never know what you will find
Best antique mall in the valley. From usable mantiques to clothes, furniture, and housewares of old, the selection, quality and prices are fantastic.
This is one of the great antique malls of the United States. The Albany Antique mall--along with nearby antique stores, are simple filled with fantastic bargains. I know prices and am always astonished how inexpensive things are. For the price of things at Target, Walmart or the other big box stores, one can buy something with far more charm and character here. There are some outstanding dealers whose displays are thoughtful and imaginative. This is worth the trip or detour.
Large antique mall, has lots of antique and vintage things to buy, the place is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Read the reviews about this store, wish I had the same experienceUnfriendly staffOverpricedStaff seems to follow people around the store. Maybe they have issues with shopliftingJust made for an unhappy experience
So much to see. I love it here
So well organized! Clean. Tasteful. Something for everyone!
Aloha from Hawaii! This is probably one of the best antique malls (if not THE best) Ive been to in Oregon! I went there for the first time since visiting my daughter and was overwhelmed with joy !!! (Unfortunately, we dont have stores like this in Hawaii.). Plan to spend at least 2-3 hours to look around. Its a two-story store with many booths to visit. My daughter found items to decorate her new apartment, and I found some dressess and many other things I collect! All the different vintage items are displayed beautifully! I cant wait to go back and shop there!
The associates follow you around the store just staring at you like you’re going to steal something. Employees just pop out to watch you shop. They’ll harass you and stalk you. Awkward shopping experience. They want your face shrink-wrapped in plastic at entry. Overpriced, too. Save your time!
Major assortment of items in organized booths. Two floors of merchandise.
Neat and clean. Prices seemed fair. Some items unique. Lots of stuff!
Great selection at reasonable prices. We found lots of treasures to take home to the Portland area. Even our pre-teens had fun browsing which is a hard crowd to please!
Always helpful and curtius!
Friendly service and amazing treasures! A great place to find unique gifts and decor.
This place is so much bigger than I expected, its filled with beautiful and cool items, great prices, and the people are so kind! They have beautiful paper to wrap the fragile stuff in thats perfect for Christmas too!
So so cute and fun! I love the second floor
$85, Victorian, says the tag. These are not Victorian. This is a label from the 80s. Even a person who does not know how to read could tell you these are not 100+ years old, nor worth $85. I love this mall, I love the selection, I love that there are more sellers other than #33 because if there werent I would actually combust with anger. Who is 33? Can I meet her? (She wasnt here today, I asked.) In a mild effort to sound less like a psychopath, let me clarify that most of the things this seller has (and she has tons! The selection is literally amazing! This is a really great place to shop!) are mislabeled and/or overpriced; these boots are just the straw that broke my back today.
Let me count the reasons I love this place...oh wait I cant. So much great stuff from dishware, period clothing, classic signs to hardware. A great place to spend a couple of hours if you want to see it all.
Nice place...lots to look at.
I had a terrible experience at the store working with the staff I found multiple items that I wanted to buy for over $50 and asked if they could work with me at all on price and they said they refused to work with me unless I spent my money on $40 or more items individually and then when trying to talk to him about speaking with his cosigner he flat out told me there’s no way I would connect you with any of our sellers then I asked if I could leave my information and refused to except my information as well And the whole reason I tried to do that was the turn a negative experience into a positive one and he realize that but still refused to work with me at all honestly if the customer service would’ve been better I would’ve bought them at price anyways save yourself the trouble do not go here very negative experience!
Had a great time. Good place with tons of items and great variety. One of the few places open on a Sunday and super great service. Really good prices too. Fun to look through if you dont really know what you are looking for, but Id be surprised if you dont find something you cant live without. Thank you for being open!
Yes i love ahhhhh
Just love the place, love love love
Such a cute store with so many things. It takes an hour or more just to see everything! Only go if you plan to take your time, it’ll be worth every minute.
Friendly staff, & always prompt load out
Huge, great variety and quality.
Nice place. Enjoyed shopping here. Brought my mom before Christmas and found some nice things. Very fun.
Very nice Antique shop lots to offer
Huge store with great vendors!
This place is huge! Its a great place to browse, and buy antiques. Things are well displayed and reasonably priced, with a wide variety of items.
Priced for everyone. Lots of stuff
They have lots of cool antiques, but at high prices. Way too expensive!I have been to many antique stores and I have found ones that have older items and items in better condition for less money. That is probably why I have seen a few items still in their store when visiting a year later.I did not buy anything the last time I visited.
This the best antique store in Albany. I go there not only for antiques, but also for inspiration and delight. Thank you to the owners and vendors that make this a must-see in Albany. Their special events are not to be missed. Even my daughter says we need to make them a tradition.
This place is great. More stuff than I could look at in one trip. Staff is friendly.
So much cool stuff in this store. I could spend hours here. I could also spend thousands of dollars here with little ease, as everything is priced quite high. Unfortunately, my budget doesnt allow for it. Fun place, though!
Extra large space with 100+ vendors. Good variety of inventory with many unique and hard to find items. Prices are about what you would expect for most items, but there are bargains to be had. The owners/staff are friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be back!
Love the set up. Lots to see. Great prices. So much fun
Love this place everyone is very nice and things are nocely priced!
This place is awesome!! So many antiques in such a large space and it is super fun to walk though:)
Very helpful, and friendly.
Nice shop with several vendors selling in little booths. Ive found some great stuff here, but every time I go I have to laugh at the items they call antiques. For example, I brought several glass pieces with me from the east coast. Brand new, less than a year old. Donated them to Goodwill and they were bought by several vendors and are now being sold in the antique mall for 8 x what I paid and marked antique with a fake year. I also found several antiqued metal pieces directly from Ross superstore. One little bench is at Ross right now for $7.99. The vendor is selling it as an antique for $38. Thats a huge markup. So if you know what you are looking for and are careful not to be scammed, its a nice place to shop. I would say about half of what is being sold here came directly from Goodwill and then was either painted or doctored to look antique. Shop at Goodwill first so you know whats not antique and what is. There are now two booths I immediately go to and look at whats new. I ignore the others because theyre not honest.
Absolutely massive! We kept wandering and wondering where it ended! Booths are well kept, selection runs from rustic/primitive to high end antiques. Theres a fabulous booth of Fiestaware and vintage clothing booth upstairs that are worth an gander.
Hands down best antique mall Ive ever been to! Many antique malls just feel like an over glorified garage sale, but not this one! Each vendor had actual antiques and it goes on and on. The employees are very helpful. I just love this place ❤
My wife Montana and I stroll thru quite often and are always greeted with smiles. So much to look at we could spend all day! Prices are great and the service is amazing!Make sure this is a stop you take on your treasure hunting ...you will not want to miss this gem 💎
Wonderful mall. Extensive vintage and antique clothing offerings. This is not a quick stop. Prepare to spend 2 hours just looking.
Im not really into antiques but they have some pretty neat stuff at this place. The variety of antiques is pretty darn amazing because they have several vendors that have separate spaces within the antique Mall. I would definitely recommend a visit.
I come here every time I am in the area and I always have a great time looking through the wonderful things. A lot of vintage shops are very feminine, but I have been able to find many items for my picky boyfriend. The clothing section is amazing and Im so glad theres two levels and so many rooms! I could literally spend all day in there if I could and spend all of my money, haha.
I love this place, so many rooms and so much to look at. Really nice things, Im definitely going back.
This place is nicely organized, well lit, and the counter folks are very knowledgeable about the booths and can make intelligent and thoughtful suggestions for you based on what you say youre looking for. Tons of cute kitsch, useful items of yesterday, and hours of fun even if youre just browsing!
I used to live in Albany and this was happy place. I still make trips down from Portland a few times a year to walk through and I always come home with something new/old. Its a fun place with lots of good things inside and the prices are great!
I had high hopes for this antique mall after reading so many good reviews on yelp. Sadly, I received poor service and not much of interest. I called ahead looming for a specific type of item and was told by the man who answered that they might have it. I figured its a pretty big place and they do consignment so thats alright I will take a look for myself. Before I got to say anything further (I was thinking him for the information) he hung up. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that maybe the line dropped and went on my way to check out the store. I arrived to a couple of people purchasing items with one employee and the other idle. There was no greeting or anything along those lines just a stare. Again I didnt think it was that big of a deal. I dress in all black and do my makeup a bit differently but I am a potential customer nonetheless. I walked around searching for the specific item and eventually found a section that had a couple of options. Finding them required looking through piles of junk. It seems like different sections are different peoples consigned goods but they could afford to be a little more picky. Some sections are full of great-grandmas old figurines and plastic knick knacks. I did add a star as there were a few items that were very nice in the mix of things. In particular their back rooms on the first floor were pretty well kept. As I walked down the hall back toward the entrance after looking around there was another employee who was staring at me. He didnt bother saying anything. He just stood in the hallway and stared at me for some reason. At this point I had been in the store for quite some time if I was going to do something wrong it would have been pretty obvious at this point. I assume he just wanted me to leave. I went back to the front where both employees were not busy and looked around wondering if they would say anything to the one customer left. They did not. No hello, no goodbye, no asking if they could help, nothing. Other customers who were there before me were greeted and talked to but I was ignored presumably because they assumed the worst of me. I left and went on my way. I will never go back for the multiple layers of poor service and sub-par quality.
I really enjoyed my visit! Huge selection of cool stuff to look at, all reasonably priced. Very high quality, lots of fun to browse through!
Always a new adventure
Awesome place, expect to spend a long time seeing off of the great stuff. They have a Buyer which is a cool way to get a little money for old/interesting stuff you may have.
This place is awesome! I really enjoy coming here with my daughter she likes Antique teacups and I like looking at all the jewelry it is massive and tons of things to find.
Great mall with lots of fun finds from many eras! Plan to have time to spend as it is fairly large. Definitely worth putting on the must stop list. Just make sure you are not in a rush.
Albany Antiques has a wide variety of items. The items they have are in very good condition. It was fun to check out their memorabilia room. I enjoyed wandering around taking in all the pretty trinkets. Saw somethings I just have to have. Will return soon.
Big selection of Antiques
I always find the most cutest things here! Me and my mother love coming here and looking around finding treasure a great place to admire the good ol days!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our daughter loves the vintage clothing. Wife and I like to check out the original building supplies. Stock changes fairly regularly.
Fun and interesting place to visit and see old and eclectic or historic items
Great selection of records
Fun place to explore. Many lovely antiques with great prices.
Great place to shop. Set some time to walk around. Lots to look at and see. The gentleman that helped me was super nice.
Great store. Plan on spending a lot of time here.
