My drillers called them out to put drill rig motor on computer because it kept shutting down. They instructed us that it needed a new wiring harness. John instructed us that if he was needed after installation to call him back and he would return to help. My drillers drive 5 hours each way to Denver to purchase harness. The next day they install harness to find out that was not the problem. They called John Deer back to be told he would not drive back to help. Thanks for nothing John, not only was your diagnoses wrong you set my drill exploration program back three days. I will never purchase any John Deer equipment due to the way you represented John Deer.Mark Cape
