When I called to ask about bringing in my Dell laptop to determine correct battery, she responded that their turnaround time was 24-36 hours. Since visiting area, this wasnt feasible. She gave instructions to go to Dell website and get the info neded. My battery is not accessible without taking machine apart.Greatly appreciated.
