I have my own oxygen concentrator. I needed some new tubing with nose piece attached. They told me I had to have a prescription in order to buy the tubing. Ive never heard of such a thing. After not having oxygen for almost a week, a friend brought me what I needed. I have lung cancer so Thank goodness for my friend
I want to thank Lincare, especially the receptionist at the front desk. It has been an exceptionally difficult time for me having to start using oxygen 24hrs a day. It is not only difficult getting used to it physically but also emotionally. She has helped me throughout the process with her understanding and patience.
Very perffesional and is very supportive of clients needs and the employees are very experienced and well educated in there set field.
Ive been a customer for fifteen years or more and have never been treated badly untill I needed to replace my portable oxgyen machine, simple no !! Code update, computer crashing, on its way, never ordered it ect. Im very disappointed in what I thought was a good company !!! Wendi Egbert
Unable to get someone to come out and check units operations keeps popping off internal filter is black cant seem to get new filters or unit serviced last recorded service date was 05/24/1999
