Of course, if your air conditioner is going to fail, its Friday evening. By Saturday morning our house was getting pretty unbearable. We made a call to MGS and Matthew showed up a couple of hours later; he did a great job of cleaning things out, topping up the refrigerant, and getting us up and running. Even with the call-out fee, we thought the price was very fair, and Matthew is calm, methodical, and efficient. Well have no hesitation about calling MGS when we need HVAC work.

Capacitor went out on Saturday. I called at 8pm hoping someone could come as the temp rose in my home. Team showed up a half an hour later, fixed the problem, and checked to make sure everything worked. Super professional and courteous on Saturday at 9pm. Would call again in a heartbeat.

My furnace started false starting. Called the office and spoke to Dana who was sweet, professional and upbeat. She was able to schedule a tech to come out right after the weekend. Jeremy called prior to coming to make sure I was home, was also extraordinarily friendly, and fixed the issue (faulty thermostat) without trying to upsell me on something I did not need. They will now be my go-to for any HVAC needs I have at the house.

The service on my home was done wonderfully. The customer service was great and all my questions were addressed. They even came to my house for a callback when I thought I was having issues with my furnace without any charge. They have military discount as well so I saved some money!

The technicians came out on a Friday evening because our A/C quit working. We appreciated it because it was 1 of our 100+ degree days. They did not leave until it was working again.

They installed new A/C unit in Dec 2019. Seven months later came back to repair indirect problem with duct work attachment to the new unit at no charge. They honored their warranty. They correctly diagnosed problems with the existing ductwork. George was especially friendly and helpful and professional.

The 2 gentlemen that came out Thursday June 20th evening (6:20 p.m. ) were so outstanding on fixing my A/C. They were very friendly and made sure it was working properly. The brown hair, brown eyed man who drives a awesome truck, brought a new filter for me today. As they had told me when they left Thurs evening. They were very professional. I appreciate the service I received. If I ever have a need I will definitely be requesting those 2 men. Thank you so much!

Do yourself a favor, Call them First!We have had three different companies work on our AC unit. It would not work. In walks a MGS technician and less than an hour later the tech had it running like a champ. Will be my AC people from here on out. Thank you very much from Sleep Well.

I called them to come switch over my swamp cooler. Supposedly everything worked fine. Three weeks later it stopped working. Because it was over a month when I finally called I had to pay again. Turns out the float was broke. How did the technician not notice that the first time? I wasnt aware things could break in 3 weeks. The secretary tells me, These things happen. Fine. Three weeks later it breaks again. Definitely not calling them ever again. I suggest you dont either! Trying to milk money by doing the bare minimum.

I called your company to get a bid on a heating and air-conditioning system. George came out to my house told me it would be a few days and I would have my bid. Two weeks later I got a bid for the wrong house. I sent a message and no one responded I walked into the company, talked to two young ladies at the desk and was guaranteed that somebody would get back to me, several weeks later no one has got back to me I would never recommend MGS to anyone.

Outstanding service

Bought an expensive heat pump. It never worked, had a freon leak that was filled yearly on scheduled maintenance instead of being fixed while in warranty. Now that its out of warranty, they want to charge me to find the leak. Ive heard this same story about others who had same experience with this company.
