Typical Albersons with a wide variety of items but not deep. When we visited they were out of about 30% of their produce and the shelve were missing some items. May be the result of the supply chain. They did have a nice row of Gluten Free items.

This store is a scam! Sale items aren’t on the shelves during the sale and they refuse to give a rain check for the sale items. I even ordered online during the sale period and was refused. Never again

We visited Albertsons in Alamogordo, we were very impressed, all grocery isles were well stocked and very clean. The checker was helpful and told us our points were ending soon. She credited our bill. Thanks

There was one exceptional worker when I went to Albertsons today his name was Taj he went out of his way to do everything he could to help me I dont know what you do or how you get your workers but this is one that is off the charts you really need to get that way a raise thank you

They are our only place in town with fresh seafood, and I love that they have it. I like their deals and the different varieties.

Its ok. Im from out of state and they made it difficult to take advantage of their reward prices during checkout, by making you signup online. so I was unable to utilize their reward program on my trip. I gave 3 stars bc I felt jipped. But they have a decent store with reasonable selections. Prices on liquor are better than the Lowes store. Titos should be $29...not $37

I go to Albertson when I have RX prescriptions to fill. I shop while I wait & always find wonderful deals. I found freeze pod made by Powerade. I havent seen that anywhere else.

The store is clean, organized, and well stocked. They offer a variety of products. Some of their products are more expensive than competitors and some are better priced. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hand sanitizer is offered all around the store for customer protection.

I swear the pharmacy must fill prescriptions while people wait in the Drive-Thru. What part of picking up an order takes 20 minutes per car. On multiple occasions I have left after 25 minutes and a single car hasnt moved

I appreciate that the store is not as crowded and chaotic as Walmart but it is definitely more expensive. And, while you can find specialty items you cant at Walmart, theres simple things they dont have.

Excellent bakery. By far the largest assortment of options for quick cakes of any of the chains in town. Great produce section with a great selection and good looking products. Meat department carries prime rib and tomahawk steaks which are almost impossible to find anywhere else. There is also a Starbucks inside by the pharmacy for those interested.

The big issue I have with this store is like all the other ones: baggers. Ive been coming here since you opened I have never once used your rewards because your app doesnt work. Seriously: Open the app, it doesnt recognize this store, but its been open for what 8 years?One bagger I have an issue with, and every time, I ask her not to bag my stuff cause she breaks items. I understand that you will replace the food items she broke but who has time for that? Honestly, I spend an hour in the store shopping, every week or every other week. So now I have to wait for you to get these items, which I have waited on before. Only for you to take way too long to get those few broken items. If I have $200 worth of groceries, meat, frozen to things, when I get home the stuff is melting.

Its just your basic Albertsons. Alamo definitely needed one because of the Starbucks inside. Store has a good selection of things. Staff is friendly. The bakery and deli are very good.

I went in for a money order. Asked a bagger if they sold them. He said no. He probably didnt understand me with my mask on. Instead of walking out, I asked simeone else where the customer service counter was and was directed. Sure enough, they have them, and theyre cheap. Off-the-cuff responses hurt customer service. The store was clean and well organized. I might go back for that reason.

I ordered 2 trays for catering and dropped one. The employees were so nice. They cleaned up my mess and made another platter for me to pick up that same day. I am very happy with the customer service here and will continue to be a customer

Best place to shop! good old fashion hospitality with fully staff checkers who are fast & friendly. Baggers who bag your groceries with a smile & will take your purchases out and load into your vehicle(tipping is optional). Store is clean and has a large organic selection. Its currently Hatch green chili season. They a wide range of green chili items plus free roasting with chili purchase.

I love the fact there is a Starbucks in there.

Not an efficient operation. Very pricey produce and not always good quality. Often out of advertised products. A friend worked there and said they dont pay well or treat employees well. Wish Sprouts would buy that store.

I love this market. What it does for produce and meats is the best in town. The pharmacy has always been helpful. I just wish their organic selection was more diverse.

I don’t go to Albertson’s often but when I do it’s a great place to shop it’s a little pricier than other places but it’s worth it and a shout out to the guys in the deli the hamburgers were awesome

They always have mold in the fruit. The meat market has taken food that has expired and re-wrapped and changed the date so that they could reduce their shrink. I have heard this is sometimes how they offer sales. I have bought out of date food so many times that had/ needed to be returned. It’s not an actual Albertsons. Albertsons bought out a failing Texas conglomerate called United then allowed them to run Albertsons stores. I always hear the management staff insulting New Mexico too. They treat the New Mexico employees badly and protect their Texas employees. So in short you are not really shopping at an Albertsons. If you don’t believe it wear a jersey in at sporting events and see if you get a discount like you do at a real Albertsons. That’s just an example try other Albertsons perks and see if they honor them. It’s like a slap in the face to shop at a place that only wants your money and insults you as you shop there. So play the fool and keep shopping there.

You know the store is funny and comparison they always have buy one get one free on the meat products but all it is is a manipulation tactic what they do is they double the price per pound to make it look like youre getting a free package but youre really not look at the pricing of each item and then when you go in there the next week and they have a buy one get one free of the item youll see that the price is almost double per pound so it is never truly a buy one get one free youre just paying double per pound so youre actually buying two packages the prior week at the poundage that it was the prior week I even had a talk with the person that put out the meat and he said he agreed with me on most of the issues on that hey guys can it be a truly buy one get one free sometime I really love you guys. Albertsons but you dont have to charge double of a product to make it look like youre getting a buy one get one free
