Daylight Donuts is an amazing shoppe that has been in business here for decades. They are customer-centered and their donuts are the best Ive had anywhere! The staff is very generous, too. I always find extras in my bag, more donuts than I ordered, a package of donuts holes, that sport of thing. Go buy some donuts or fritters... you wont be disappointed!

Blown away by the amazing customer service and tasty donuts! We ordered a dozen donuts and two burritos, but left with a bag of donut holes and two large extra donuts for free! I’ve only had one donut so far but it was SO good. The line was long but worth the wait!

Delicious donuts! I loved the pine cone shaped cinnamon donut a lot. What a novel shape for a donut and fitting for a donut shop in New Mexico.

There us always a long line here so I wanted to find out what the deal was. They have mini burritos that are ok for $2.00 but if you want a real breakfast burrito try elsewhere. The raised donuts were very very good. The cake donuts were a 3. If you go stick to raised donuts and you will be very happy.

Not only did we get THE MOST DELICIOUSLY FRESH doughnuts we ordered, our waitress gave us TWO full sized glazed doughnuts and extra munchkins. ALSO. Order the Pincone. You wont regret it. You could skip the breakfast burrito though, good strong coffee. Made better when you dunk the pin one doughnut ;)

I tried everything from their burritos to the kolaches and donuts! Everything was really tasty! The spicy kolache really wasnt spicy at all but the bread on it was supurb. We tried a variety of 6 donuts and my favorite was the chocolate glazed cake! If you love a maple donut, def get the butterfly donut. Unique and really yummy! 4 of 5 stars because the line was SO long and they arent efficient... but worth the wait! Clearly a favorite spot in this little sleepy town.

This place is it! Best donuts and service in town. Great assortment, fresh, great prices, and the sweetest and most generous owner, this place nails every point. The building looks a bit old but don’t let that fool you, this place is booming. The line out into the street every morning speaks for itself! My husband and I compared Daylight’s and Dunkin’s chocolate glazed, chocolate cake, maple, and blueberry cake donuts side by side….daylight wins 100% Daylight’s flavors are more spot on and less artificial in my opinion. Seriously, try them out! 😋

Highly recommend the Beef and Potato burritos with the provided sauce. I had first eaten them as a child and after more than 15 years (including change of ownership) they are still just as I remember!

I was visiting Alamogordo. Got caught up in the DD long line. Decided to go to Daylight. Doughnuts were nice, and the employee was so delightful! Added an extra order of doughnut 🍩 holes!! Idk why people stay in the DD they don’t have variety, this place had bear claws, and all kinds of different ones!

Waited in line for 45 minutes just to be told they have no burritos, the least the couldve have done was put a sign up saying they are out I literally waited 45 minutes for nothing

Have gone there several times. Located at Florida and 1st. Street. Delicious different types of donuts and kalachese. Also the best sausage cheese and egg on croissant rolls. Also with ham, egg and cheese. Very friendly and of course with great food they are very busy.
